Analysis of Beginning Reading Difficulties in First Class Students at Pagundan 1st State Primary School
This research aims to describe the initial reading difficulties of class 1A students at SD Negeri 1 Pagundan, Kuningan. This research uses descriptive qualitative methods with the research subjects being teachers and class 1A students. Data was collected through interviews, observation and documentation. The research results showed that around 44.4% of students experienced difficulty in beginning reading. These difficulties include an inability to read syllables, word for word, diphthongs, clusters, and diagraphs; not yet able to read consonants; not being able to read vowels correctly and repeating and paraphrasing incorrectly; and don't know the meaning of the words. To overcome this difficulty, teachers provide special guidance to students who need greater attention. Teachers also use letter cards and story books as visual aids to make the learning process more interactive. In addition, regular reading practice is carried out both at school and at home through small groups of students to prioritize those who need additional help. Encouraging parent participation in their child's learning process is also an important part of this strategy

Wasatiah in the Qur`an: Gadamer's Hermeneutical Analysis of Moderated Verses in Al-Mishbah's Tafsir
This research focuses on the understanding and application of the concept of wasatiah in the Qur'an, using Gadamer's hermeneutic method in Tafsir Al-Misbah. This research was conducted in literature, where the researcher analysed the tafsir work using Hans Georg Gadamer's hermeneutic analysis tool. The main findings of this analysis show that Tafsir Al-Misbah is not just an explanation of the text, but also a response to the social context and conflicts that occurred at that time. Through Gadamer's approach, researchers found that Shihab integrated the concept of wasatiah with various contextual dimensions, both from the Qur'anic text and from the surrounding social reality. The results of the analysis show that the concept of wasaṭiyyah expressed by Shihab reflects a fair, balanced and tolerant attitude in everyday life. This concept applies in various aspects of life, both in world affairs and the affairs of the hereafter. The importance of this research lies in the effort to understand and apply the concept of wasatiah in the context of an increasingly complex and turbulent life, especially in the face of the phenomenon of moral and mental decline in Islamic society

Critique of Malay Manuscripts: A Philological Study of the Book Khutbah Muharram Month by Guru Haji Ismail Mundu (1870 – 1957 AD)
This research aims to conduct a philological study of the Malay manuscript entitled Kitab Khutbah Bulan Muharram by Guru Haji Ismail Mundu (1870 - 1957 AD). This research is motivated by the importance of preserving the Malay manuscript heritage as an intellectual and spiritual source of the archipelago, especially in West Kalimantan. The methods used include physical inventory of manuscripts, cataloging studies, digital photography, and text variant analysis to produce a clean and critical edition of the text. The results of the discussion of physical condition are still good even though there are stains and translucent ink, as well as neatly sewn and stored in a pest-proof box. The text description reveals that the sermon structure consists of praise to Allah, salawat to the Prophet, advice on fasting the ten Muharram, and the story of the martyrdom of Husain bin Ali, presented in Arabic-Malay letters. Researchers also highlighted a number of reading variants and writing of Arabic terms that need to be standardized. These findings are important to provide a philological edition that can be used as a reference for further studies in the field of Malay culture and religion
The Implications of Extending the Term of the Village Head on the Sustainability of Governance in Village Development in Purwakarta Regency from the Maslahah Mursalah Perspective
The extension of the village head's term of office from 6 years to 8 years based on Law Number 3 of 2024 raises various implications for the sustainability of village government, especially in the implementation of development. This study aims to analyze the impact of this policy on village development in Purwakarta Regency using the Maslahah Mursalah perspective. The research was conducted through a qualitative method with a juridical-empirical approach, using interview, observation, and documentation techniques. The research location focused on two villages with different statuses, namely Ciwareng Village (independent) and Malangnengah Village (developing). The results of the study show that a longer term of office can be beneficial if supported by visionary, participatory leadership, and a strong monitoring system, such as in Ciwareng Village. Conversely, without accountable leadership and good community participation, as in Malangnengah Village, this policy has the potential to cause harm in the form of development stagnation and weak village governance. Thus, the policy of extending the term of office of the village head will only be beneficial if accompanied by a sustainable evaluation and accountability mechanism

The Influence of Islamic Law with Tafsir Bi Al-Ma'tsur in Indonesia
The sources of Islam are the Quran and the Hadith. However, when interpreting legal verses, not all use Tafsir Bi Al-Ma'tsur, which essentially means non-negotiable legal issues. The purpose of this study was to determine the application of Tafsir Bi Al-Ma'tsur in Indonesia, which was only applied to laws concerning marriage, religious courts, waqf (waqf), Islamic banking, and zakat. This research employed a qualitative method. The researcher consulted sources on Islamic law, the history of Islamic law in Indonesia, Tafsir Bi Al-Ma'tsur, and other related matters. The results of this study indicate that Islamic law with Tafsir Bi Al-Ma'tsur in Indonesia has not had much influence.
