Development of Website-Based Learning Media at MTs Aswaja Kalidawir Tulungagung
Get PDFThis research aims to analyze the development of website-based media at MTs Aswaja Kalidawir Tulungagung. This research uses the Research and Development (R&D) method. This research adopts the Borg and Gall development model, which has ten structured stages: 1) preliminary study involving information gathering, 2) planning, 3) initial product development, 4) initial product testing, 5) product revision, 6) final testing, 7) implementation, 8) evaluation, 9) revision, 10) consolidation and dissemination. This research uses data analysis techniques with qualitative data, obtained from interviews, observations, and documents. Quantitative data, which is processed using statistical methods. The result of this research is the development of website-based learning media at MTs Aswaja Kalidawir Tulungagung, carried out by designing a website for the IPS subject. The level of effectiveness of website-based learning media in the IPS subject at MTs Aswaja Kalidawir Tulungagung was conducted through periodic evaluations via feedback from students and teachers, as well as analysis of website usage data
The Impact of Transformational Leadership on Teacher Performance: An Organizational Psychology Perspective in Educational Institutions
Get PDFThis study highlights the research gap regarding the impact of transformational leadership on teacher performance in educational institutions from the perspective of organizational psychology, which has not been widely discussed in Indonesia. The purpose of this study is to analyze how transformational leadership affects teacher motivation and performance. The method used is a qualitative approach with a case study at MIN Bandung. The research participants consisted of madrasah heads and teachers, with data collected through interviews, observations, and documentation, then analyzed using thematic analysis. The results of the study show that the transformational leadership of madrasah heads has a significant impact on improving teacher performance, especially through the influence of ideals, inspirational motivation, intellectual stimulation, and individual consideration. In conclusion, transformational leadership is able to increase teacher motivation and productivity, as well as create a work environment that is conducive to innovation and professional development
Criteria for Justice of Narrators in the Book of Sunan al-Tirmidhī Persfective al-Dhahabī and Nūr Al-Dīn ‘Itr
Get PDFThis article examines the criteria for the justice of narrators in the book Sunan al-Tirmidhī from the perspectives of al-Dhahabī and Nūr al-Dīn ‘Itr. The research method employed is qualitative with a descriptive approach. The focus will be on literature analysis, collecting data through various literature reviews, describing them objectively, and subsequently analyzing them. The aim of this article is to identify the criteria for the justice of narrators as expressed by both scholars and to analyze the similarities and differences in their views. The discussion results in the conclusion that al-Dhahabī and Nūr al-Dīn have different approaches to the criteria for the justice of narrators in Sunan al-Tirmidhī. al-Dhahabī emphasizes the aspect of jarḥ wa Ta’dīl, focusing on the classification and epithets of the narrators. He centers his attention on the science of rijāl al-ḥadith. Meanwhile, Nūr al-Dīn ‘Itr adopts a more structured approach in criticizing hadith and includes specific conditions
Internationalization of the Indonesian Language: An Ontological, Epistemological, and Axiological Study
Get PDFHistory records that the Indonesian language has developed rapidly and has been used throughout the archipelago. In this era, the Indonesian nation must continue defending its existence. One way is by promoting the Indonesian language on the world stage. This research aims to delve into the ontology of the scope of the internationalization of the Indonesian language, formulate strategies for the internationalization of the Indonesian language epistemologically, and axiologically find the goals of the internationalization of the Indonesian language. A qualitative descriptive method is used in this research. The results describe that the Indonesian language is increasingly known worldwide through education, culture, bilateral and multilateral communication, and teaching that is very appealing to foreign speakers. Indonesian is now superior to Malay. The Indonesian language must maintain its existence to play a strong role in facing global dynamics and gradually become an internationally recognized. Therefore, Indonesian society needs to understand the urgency and existence of the internationalization of the Indonesian language by utilizing available technology and promoting BIPA programs

The Influence of Stad, NHT and Conventional Cooperative Models and the Ability to Read the Qur'an on Fiqh Learning Outcomes
Get PDFThis study aims to analyze the effect of the implementation of learning models (STAD, NHT and Conventional) and BTQ ability on Fiqh learning outcomes. This research method uses an experimental method with a quasi-experimental design. The population of this study was 60 students of grade 4 of SDIT Plus Al-Muhsinin. The instruments used consisted of; 1) Tests given to students totaling 20 multiple-choice questions; 2) Al-Qur'an reading ability test through oral tests, namely reading and writing the Al-Qur'an. The data analysis technique used in this study used two-way ANOVA analysis. The results of this study indicate that; 1) there is no difference in Students' Fiqh Learning Outcomes based on learning models (STAD, NHT, and Conventional), 2) there is a difference in Students' Fiqh Learning Outcomes based on BTQ ability, 3) there is no interaction between learning models and BTQ ability in determining students' Fiqh learning outcomes. Thus, learning outcomes are not influenced by the implementation of learning models but are influenced by the ability to read and write the Al-Qur'an

Get PDFHadith is a summary of the prophet's life journey which is a guide and guidance for Muslims. Hadith writing is thought to have existed since the time of the prophet and then continued its development during the time of the shahifahs. The development of hadith writing became increasingly rapid with codification starting in the second century Hijriah. This development continued in the 3rd century Hijriah, which is considered the glorious time of hadith writing. In these two centuries, monumental works in hadith literature were born, each of which had its own characteristics and format, structure and systematics, representing the writing of hadith in those two centuries. This article aims to reveal the development of the hadith writing movement in the second and third centuries of the Hijriah as well as the characteristics of hadith literature writing in those two centuries. This article uses the library research method by collecting and compiling data sourced from books, articles, scientific journals and papers. -other electronic papers
