Financing Education in the Development of the Islamic Education System
This research aims to identify a legal basis, sources, components and challenges in the management of Islamic education financing, and offer solutions to these problems. The method used is a qualitative approach to analyze related issues and produce strategic recommendations to improve the effectiveness of Islamic values-based education programs. The results show that the legal basis of Islamic education financing is based on the National Education System Law No 20 of 2003 and Minister of National Education Regulation No 69 of 2009. The financing components include investment, operational and personal costs. Challenges in management include limited funding sources, high education costs, and lack of transparency and accountability. To overcome these issues, the researchers recommend diversifying sources of financing, improving accountability and developing a financing plan. The findings are expected to make a significant contribution to Islamic education policy in Indonesia and serve as a reference for educational institutions in designing more effective financing strategies.

Settlement of Abuse of Authority Relating to the Independence of the Curator Based on Law Number 37 of 2004 Concerning Bankruptcy and Suspension of Debt Payment Obligations
The curator has the principle of independence and impartiality which is one of the main principles recognized and desired by Law Number 37 of 2004 concerning Bankruptcy and Postponement of Debt Payment Obligations. The curator is responsible for errors or negligence in carrying out the duties of managing and settling the bankruptcy estate. Bankruptcy occurs due to bankruptcy experienced by a company. Bankruptcy is part of civil law. However, several bankruptcy cases eventually developed into crimes when the bankruptcy curator who was tasked with handling and administering bankruptcy cases abused his authority, especially in relation to independence. The complexity of resolving bankruptcy assets is further increased by the inclusion of a criminal sanctions article in the Bankruptcy Law which states that if it is proven that the curator is not independent, he can be subject to legal sanctions, both criminal and civil, in accordance with the law

Pancasila as the basis of the Ahlusunnah Wal-Jamaah Islamic Perspective
Pancasila, as the basis of the Indonesian state, has five precepts that function as the ideological and philosophical basis of the state. From the perspective of Islam Ahlussunnah wal-Jama'ah, discussions about Pancasila can focus on how the values in Pancasila are in harmony with Islamic principles. The background regarding Pancasila as the basis of the state from the perspective of Islam Ahlussunnah wal Jamaah (Aswaja) is based on several important historical and theological factors, apart from that, Pancasila as the basis of the Indonesian state has a harmonious relationship with Islam, especially from the perspective of Ahlussunnah wal Jamaah (Aswaja). Nahdlatul Ulama (NU), as the main representation of Aswaja in Indonesia, has expressed a positive attitude and supports Pancasila as the basis of the state. Muhammad Mahfud MD in the introduction to the book Constitutional Sharia in an Islamic Perspective by Masdar Farid Mas'udi explains that Indonesia, based on Pancasila and the 1945 Constitution, is an Islamic country, but not an Islamic country. The Islamic state referred to by Mahfud is a country that does not officially use Islamic names and symbols, but whose subtansions contain Islamic teaching values. Such as leadership that is fair, trustworthy, domocratic, respects human rights and so on. Pancasila from the perspective of Islam Ahlussunnah wal Jamaah (Aswaja) can be understood as values that are in harmony with Islamic teachings adhered to by the majority of Muslims in Indonesia. Aswaja emphasizes moderation, tolerance and balance in religion and in social life
