The 2025 Torang Muamalah Program to Strengthen the Sharia Economy and Halal MSMEs in Sorong, West Papua
This study aims to examine the impact of the Torang Muamalah 2025 Program on strengthening the sharia economy and empowering halal MSMEs in Sorong, West Papua. The method used was descriptive qualitative, with data collection techniques through interviews, observation, and documentation. The results indicate that the program has successfully built an inclusive economic ecosystem involving local governments, Islamic financial institutions, Islamic boarding schools (pesantren), and MSMEs. The program provides training, access to Islamic financing, and effective halal certification facilitation to increase the capacity and quality of MSME products. Furthermore, market expansion occurred through participation in the Islamic Economic Festival (FESyar). The program's socio-economic impact, in the form of improved community welfare and new job creation, is significant. In conclusion, Torang Muamalah 2025 is an effective and sustainable model of sharia economic empowerment and can serve as a model for development in other regions. This program not only increases microeconomic capacity but also strengthens the social and spiritual foundations that serve as the foundation for sustainable economic development in West Papua
The Role of Muslim Women in Fighting Corruption
This study examines the role of women in combating corruption. Efforts that must be made by women to play a maximum role in combating corrupt behavior must be planned and systemic efforts, namely: First, it is necessary to build a shared awareness within the Muslim community, that women are complete human beings who are assets and have the potential to build the community. Women were also created to be Khalifah Fil-Ardh, namely as managers on earth together with men, who must be responsible for themselves, to other humans and most importantly to Allah SWT. Second, improve the quality of education both formal and non-formal, and be involved in the interests of all aspects of life. Third, it is necessary to emphasize a shared commitment to all elements of society, both men, women, rich and poor, officials and ordinary people that corruption is a crime against humanity and is a major sin, every element of society must have a part and take a clear role in efforts to eliminate corrupt behavior in their respective scopes

At the beginning of the 20th century, Indonesia had an education system that was secular and traditional. Secular education is an educational system established by the Dutch East Indies government. In this system, only general knowledge is taught. Meanwhile, traditional education is an educational system founded by ulama, where in this system only religious knowledge is taught. This shows that education in Indonesia has not achieved its true goals. The aims of education include enlightening the life of the nation and developing the whole person, namely a person who is virtuous, has good morals, has knowledge, skills, physical and spiritual health, a stable and independent personality, and a sense of social and national responsibility. KH. Ahmad Dahlan, the founder of Muhammadiyah, attended because of his disagreement with the education system created by the Dutch East Indies government. Therefore KH. Ahmad Dahlan offers an education system that collaborates the secular education system with the traditional education system
The Influence of the Giving Question and Getting Answer Learning Model on the Learning Activity of Class IV Students in the PKN Subject at MI Mathlaul Anwar
The problem in this study is the lack of student learning activity at MI Mathlaul Anwar. The purpose of this study is to describe the steps of the learning model of Giving Questions and Getting Answers, increasing student learning activities, and increasing learning activities in PKN subjects. This research uses descriptive quantitative research. The sampling technique used is the saturated sampling technique. The subjects of this study were fourth grade students totaling 81 students. The data collection technique used is a questionnaire. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that the value of the correlation coefficient of the variables X and Y obtained from tcount is 15.248 which is greater at a significant level of 5%, then Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. The result of the coefficient of determination is 0.746 or 74.6%, which means that the Giving Question and Getting Answer learning model has an influence of 74.6% on student activity. The results showed that the Giving Question and Getting Answer learning model had an effect on students' active learning in Civics subjects
Capitalism Work Problems: An Analysis Study of Islamic Worldview
Work can have a negative impact on a person's life. We can see this from the emergence of work cultures such as karoshi. So it is not surprising that many cases of suicide are found due to excessive work. Apart from that, quite a few successful people whose lives ended tragically, such as Marilyn Monroe, who died after consuming illegal drugs. In fact, they should live happily and peacefully. This shows that the success of a person's career does not guarantee happiness in his life. Islam does not deny working as an individual interest, but it is also related to social interests. This is certainly different from the working concept of Capitalism. This article aims to examine how the concept works in Islam, as well as providing a critique of the working concept of Capitalism. The contribution of this research is to provide a deeper understanding of how Islamic values can offer a more balanced and sustainable alternative in the world of work compared to the capitalist paradigm which often prioritizes personal profit above individual and social welfare. By comparing these two concepts, this research seeks to provide a more holistic insight into how healthy ways of working can be achieved and implemented in modern society
The Influence of Digital Sharia Banking Services on the Digital Financial Literacy of Generation Z in Malang City
The aim of this research is to determine the influence of digital sharia banking services on the digital financial literacy of generation z in Malang City. This study including in type study quantitative. Object for this study is generation z in Malang City consisting of from 100 respondents . Retrieval technique sample use technique purposive sampling. Data collection techniques through spread questionnaires and for technique data analysis using simple regression analysis linier with SPSS software. The variables studied are Digital Services (X) and Digital Financial Literacy (Y). The research results show that digital services provided by sharia banking have a significant and positive effect on the digital financial literacy of generation z in Malang City. It means that every additional digital sharia banking service can increase the digital financial literacy of generation z in Malang City
Implementation of PAI Textbook Development Based on Religious Moderation for Students at SMKN 10 Bandung
Character building in students is part of the main task of the vision of national education. In the process of character building, an educator is important to instill the values of understanding religious moderation in order to foster an attitude of tolerance and a spirit of unity in everyday life. The purpose of this study was to determine the development of religious moderation-based PAI textbooks implemented in SMKN 10 Bandung students. This research uses a qualitative method with a descriptive approach by conducting observations, interviews and document studies. The results showed that students have a better understanding of religious moderation, tolerant and inclusive attitudes, and positive character based on the principles of Tawasuth, Tawazun, I'tidal, Tasamuh, Musawah, and Shura
Multicural Awareness Among Millenial and Gen Z Teacher in Multicultural Education
Multicultural awareness can be the first step, especially for teachers to form a more tolerant and empathetic generation in multicultural education. This study explores multicultural awareness between millennial teachers and gen z teachers in Indonesia. This study uses a quantitative approach by collecting data using the Teacher Multicultural Attitude Survey (TMAS) instrument. The sample of this study is 140 from various schools in Indonesia. The results of the study showed that there was no significant difference in multicultural awareness between millennial teachers and gen z teachers. Reflecting that the generation factor is not a barrier for teachers in realizing multicultural awareness. This research also suggests the supervision and development of teacher multicultural awareness that is continuous and uniform in each generation. Further research can be more in-depth to examine multicultural awareness with other variables such as student learning outcomes or inclusive competencie
Empowering Resilient Livestock Communities: Sustainable Green Economic Independence
Ciangir, as a village, part of which is an agricultural area, has potential in developing tough breeders and goat breeders. The aim of this research is to empower the poor-marginalized community who are squeezed due to the condition of the area in the final landfill (TPA). This study used a qualitative descriptive method based on what happened in the field, data collection was carried out through interviews, direct observations, Focus Group Discussion (FGD) and documentation. The selection of informants was carried out using purposive sampling, namely the empowerment of underdeveloped villages, analyzed through an approach using Paticipatory Learning and Action (PLA). This PLA-based approach is an empowerment method that prioritizes community participation in an empowerment process. The PLA method process has a broad impact, because the community is involved, starting from planning, processing and fattening as well as transparent and profitable marketing. The research results show that society in general has the desire and expertise to raise goats, goat farming is resilient to the Covid crisis, demand is high and however hampered by accessibility and capital, people are slowly starting to feel the impact of the rocks being rolled out, such as becoming muzaki and independent breeders and able to move the local community's economy to become more competitive and reduce levels poverty and unemployment
قضايا اللغة في سريلانكا: تحليل من منظور لساني وإسلامي
تستهدف الدراسة تحليل القضايا اللغوية خلال الجانب اللساني والإسلامي في البيئة التعددية تركيزا على الأوضاع السائدة في سريلانكا. وقد ألحت على أن البيئة السريلانكية التي تتعدد فيها اللغات تستلزم الاتصاف بالكرامة والحرية والمساواة والهوية التي رشحها الأمم المتحدة لصيانة الحقوق الإنسانية والتي أكد نفسها إرشادات التشريع الإسلامي السامية لبناء أمة متحد الأفراد وقوية الأساس بالإضافة إلى أن تحقق إمكانيتها متوقف على الوعي الثقافي والتفاهم العام من قبل المواطنين مما يترتب عليه الحصول على الحلول المقنعة لكثير من النزاعات التي تنشأ عن القضايا اللغوية. ولعل هذه الدراسة تساعد على أصحاب القرار والنشطاء الاجتماعيين على الاعتراف بالتددية اللغوية والثقافية واعتبارها أثناء معالجة القضايا اللغوية في البيئة التي يتنوع فيها اللغات والأجناس
