The Role of Religious and Ethical Values in Preventing the Influence of LGBT Among Adolescents at State Vocational School 1 Cikampek
This study aims to analyze the role of religious values in shaping adolescents' character in facing negative influences, particularly LGBT, in both the school and family environments. The methods used in this research include in-depth interviews with Mr. Wawan Iwank Kurniawan, an Islamic Religious Education teacher at SMKN 1 Cikampek, and direct socialization to students in the classroom to enhance their understanding of the importance of religious values in dealing with such social issues. The findings indicate that religious values such as faith, worship, and morality play a crucial role in shaping adolescents' character. Parents, as the "first madrasa," play a primary role in instilling religious values from an early age, while schools contribute by reinforcing religious understanding through humanistic and relevant teaching. Although most parents at SMKN 1 Cikampek are aware of the importance of religious education at home, challenges in optimizing their role still exist. The collaboration between parents and schools has proven effective in strengthening students' character and countering negative influences such as LGBT
Religious Moderation in the Thought of Sheikh Mahfudz at-Tarmasi: Contextualization of Hadith for the Indonesian Archipelago
This study is motivated by the increasing relevance of religious moderation in the context of Indonesia’s diverse religious and cultural landscape. The need to understand and apply religious values in a moderate and inclusive manner is crucial for maintaining social harmony and preventing religiously motivated conflicts. This research aims to analyze the contributions of Syaikh Mahfudz at-Tarmasi's thoughts on contextualizing hadith, particularly in supporting the principles of religious moderation, and to explore their relevance to the Nusantara society. The study employs a normative approach with descriptive-analytical methods. Data were collected through a literature review of Syaikh Mahfudz's works and other relevant supporting literature. The data were then analyzed qualitatively to identify key themes that promote religious moderation. The findings reveal that Syaikh Mahfudz at-Tarmasi utilized a methodology of sanad and matan criticism in interpreting hadiths. He not only scrutinized the textual authenticity but also considered the social and cultural contexts, resulting in a moderate understanding of Islam that aligns with the pluralistic nature of Indonesian society. The study's findings underscore the necessity of strengthening moderate Islamic preaching based on the values of rahmatan lil ‘alamin to enhance interfaith tolerance and counter extremism. This research is expected to contribute significantly to the enrichment of hadith studies in Indonesia and to offer practical guidance for implementing peaceful and inclusive Islamic teachings within a multicultural society
The Influence of Allport and Cattell's Big Five Personalities on Learning Styles
A person's personality plays a significant role in determining how they learn and interact with the educational environment. One widely used personality theory is the Big Five Personality, which consists of five main dimensions: openness to experience, conscientiousness, extroversion, agreeableness, and neuroticism. This study aims to analyze the influence of Allport and Cattell's Big Five Personality dimensions on students' learning styles at SMK Igasar Pindad. These personality dimensions are believed to influence how students absorb information and adapt to existing learning methods. The method used in this study is a quantitative approach with a survey design. Data were collected through a questionnaire that measures the Big Five personality dimensions and students' learning styles. The sample of this study consisted of 100 SMK Igasar Pindad students. Data analysis was conducted using SPSS software for Pearson correlation and linear regression tests to examine the relationship between personality dimensions and students' learning styles. The results showed that the dimensions of openness to experience and extroversion had a significant positive relationship with kinesthetic and visual learning styles, while the dimension of conscientiousness was positively correlated with a more structured and detailed learning style. On the other hand, the dimension of neuroticism showed a negative influence on learning styles involving high pressure, such as auditory learning styles that require high concentration in challenging situations. These findings provide important insights for educators to understand how students' personalities influence their learning style preferences, so they can design more effective and adaptive learning strategies according to student characteristics
Arabic Language Learning Methods : Innovations And Challenges In The Digital Era
Arabic language learning in the digital era faces various challenges that impact the quality of education. Key issues include the widespread use of Arabic 'Amiyah, which undermines fluency, unclear goals and objectives in Arabic language education at universities, and a misalignment between educational vision and the curriculum. Additionally, the lack of clear policies in Arabic language teaching and low student motivation further exacerbate the situation. However, digital transformation offers opportunities to address these challenges through innovative teaching methods. The use of digital tools, such as games, quizzes, and online discussion forums, can enhance student participation and motivation. A Higher Order Thinking Skills (HOTS) approach also encourages critical, analytical, and creative thinking. With HOTS, students are encouraged to solve complex problems, connect concepts, and apply knowledge to real-world situations. Therefore, the integration of digital technology in Arabic language education has the potential not only to overcome existing challenges but also to improve the quality of learning in the digital age, enabling students to achieve greater language proficiency

Analysis of the Relevance of the Application of Taklifi and Wadh'i Laws in Modern Islamic Economics
This research aims to analyze how the roles of Hukum Taklifi and Wadh’i can be applied in establishing Islamic economic law and their relevance to modern economic transactions. Hukum Taklifi provides moral guidance by defining obligations, prohibitions, and allowances in the economic context, such as the obligation to pay zakat and the prohibition of usury (riba). Meanwhile, Hukum Wadh’i regulates the conditions for the validity of economic transactions, including contract clarity and asset ownership. Through a case study of the application of these laws in murabaha contracts within Islamic banking, this research highlights that these laws not only ensure the validity of transactions but also play a crucial role in maintaining fairness and transparency in the modern Islamic financial system. A descriptive approach using library research methods is employed, focusing on Islamic jurisprudence literature to provide an overview of how Taklifi and Wadh’i can contribute to the establishment of Islamic economic law in the contemporary era
