Get PDF(This paper will question the concept of harassment in principle. To this purpose, first the paper will confirm some of the definitions of harassment, and then examine the concept of harassment from the point of view of displeasing and human rights violations. (Chap. I-IV)) The result shows that the concept of harassment itself is incoherent. Because of this incoherence, issues of harassment are difficult to resolve smoothly.
