Model ini dapat menjadi alternatif strategi pembelajaran inovatif yang menyenangkan, interaktif, serta relevan dengan tuntutan pendidikan abad ke-21, khususnya pada pembelajaran di sekolah dasar
DESIGN AND IMPLEMENTATION: ADAPTIVE LEARNING MANAGEMENT SYSTEM (LMS) WITH PEER ASSESSMENT FEATURES IN MICROTEACHING COURSES: DESAIN DAN IMPLEMENTASI: LEARNING MANAGEMENT SYSTEM (LMS) ADAPTIF DENGAN FITUR PENILAIAN REKAN SEJAWAT PADA MATA KULIAH MICROTEACHING
Developing the teaching competence of pre-service teachers requires feedback that is effective, timely, and continuous. Microteaching is a required course where student teachers design and practice lessons, although it often faces problems because feedback from lecturers is limited by time and resources. To solve this, the study created an adaptive Learning Management System (LMS) with peer-assessment features. This research used the ADDIE model, which included assessing needs, designing the system, creating prototypes, implementing the model, and evaluating the results. The results show that the adaptive LMS had a positive impact on student learning. Based on feasibility criteria, most students rated the system “Valid,” with an average score of 80.8%. Peer feedback, collaboration, and reflection were the main strengths, while active participation still needed small improvements. Students found the LMS easy to use, though some had difficulties at first with the instructions. Overall, the system was practical, effective, and ready to use, with only minor changes required.
This study demonstrates that an adaptive LMS with peer-assessment can enhance feedback, support reflection, and strengthen teaching skills in microteaching courses

K-BEAUTY AS AN INSTRUMENT FOR SOUTH KOREA'S NATION BRANDING IN INDONESIA
This study examines the role of K-Beauty as an instrument of South Korea’s nation branding in Indonesia during the 2018-2024 period. The analysis was conducted using Simon Anholt's Nation Brand Hexagon framework, which encompasses six dimensions: exports, culture, government, society, tourism, and investment and immigration. With a qualitative descriptive approach based on literature studies, this study show that K-Beauty is not merely a consumption trend but also a soft power instrument that supports a positive image of South Korea. In the export dimension, Korean cosmetic products are growing rapidly in the Indonesian market and have become symbols of creativity and innovation.
The cultural dimension demonstrates K-Beauty's close connection to the Korean Wave, which has shaped local beauty standards. From a governance perspective, institutional support is evident through the organization of the K-Beauty Expo Indonesia and the adoption of halal certification, building South Korea's image as an adaptable nation that values local values. In the people dimension, Korean celebrities as brand ambassadors strengthen emotional connections with Indonesian consumers. The tourism dimension is reflected in the increase in visits to shopping destinations like Myeong-dong and Gangnam, while the investment and immigration dimensions are demonstrated through trade agreements, the expansion of the cosmetics business, and the growing number of Indonesian students and workers in South Korea. In conclusion, K-Beauty serves as a strategic nation-branding instrument, strengthening South Korea's image while fostering socio-cultural and economic ties with Indonesia

This study aims to develop a digital book on the local history of Tegal’s origin as an effort to strengthen high school students’ historical consciousness. This condition results in students’ limited knowledge and low awareness of their local history. The research employed a Research and Development (R&D) approach using the ADDIE model, consisting of analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation stages. Data were collected through questionnaires, interviews, and expert validations by material and media specialists. The findings indicate that students responded positively to the need for digital learning materials based on local history. The developed digital book integrates text, images, and interactive multimedia, designed using Canva and Smart App Creator (SAC). Validation results showed scores of 96% from the material expert and 97% from the media expert, both categorized as “very good.” These results demonstrate that the digital book on Tegal’s origin is feasible as a learning medium and effective in supporting the enhancement of students’ historical consciousness. LEGAL PROTECTION FOR PARKING SERVICE USERS AGAINST THE APPLICATION OF EXONERATION CLAUSES IN STANDARD AGREEMENTS CONTAINED IN PARKING TICKETS
This research delves into the asymmetry of rights and obligations between parking operators and consumers arising from the inclusion of exoneration clauses that absolve operators from accountability for vehicle loss or damage. The primary objective of this inquiry is to scrutinize the legitimacy of such clauses through the lens of the principle of contractual autonomy and the Consumer Protection Act, as well as to elucidate their implications for the legal standing of individuals utilizing parking facilities. This research uses a normative legal method and considers both statutory and conceptual approaches to investigate key legal documents such as the Civil Code and Law No. 8 of 1999 regarding Consumer Protection. The findings reveal that exoneration clauses inscribed on parking tickets lack juridical justification, as they contravene Article 18 of the Consumer Protection Law and engender an inequitable contractual relationship between the parties. These clauses weaken the consumer’s position by eliminating the right to compensation and contradict the principle of the deposit agreement, which requires operators to maintain the security of consumers’ vehicles

CONSTRUCTIVIST PEDAGOGICAL FRAMEWORKS: INSIGHTS FROM SOCRATES, JEAN PIAGET, AND ROCKEFELLER
The practice of conventional education has reduced students to mere recipients of knowledge. This creates a dilemma of objectification for students in concrete learning experiences. Meanwhile, educators exercise full authority over the learning process, with the underlying assumption that an educator's knowledge represents an absolute truth. This paper aims to demonstrate the praxis model of constructivist pedagogy. This paper critically examines the transmission-based paradigm of education by proposing a dialogical and reflective approach to learning. Historically, this model can be traced back to the dialogical philosophy espoused by Socrates. In contemporary pedagogy, it is reflected in Jean Piaget's theory of constructivism and in the curriculum at Rockefeller University. This research employs a critical hermeneutics methodology. The results of the biographical analysis of the thoughts of Socrates, Jean Piaget, and the learning practices within the curriculum at Rockefeller University indicate that constructivist pedagogy represents an ideal type of humanist pedagogical praxis that is highly relevant to the modern education system. Accordingly, constructivist pedagogy provides a humanistic and dialogically grounded framework for learning, one that is well-suited to meet the evolving demands of 21st-century education
