Support and Guidance Methods in Musical Expression Activities for Young Children –Consideration from the Approach of Operetta Performances in the Childcare Provider Training Course–
Get PDF本稿では，保育士養成課程でのオペレッタ制作・上演の取り組みを通して，「演劇教育」の要素を取り入れた，保育現場での音楽表現活動の子どもたちへの支援・指導法を検討した．約1 年半の継続的な活動記録と，公演終了後の振り返りアンケートを基に分析を行い，演者と制作の双方を経験した学生からの気づきは，視点が実践的であり，尚且つ，芸術的観点からも的確に捉えられており，まさに表現活動のための支援・指導法の再構築となった．
また，プロフェッショナルな舞台制作現場における職能の分類と役割を参考に，保育現場での音楽表現活動における保育士の役割と分担方法を整理し考察を行った．子どもたちとの音楽表現活動に，「演劇教育」の中の「シアター教育」要素を取り込むと，途端に保育士の役割と内容が複雑化されてしまうため，本稿での考察が，音楽表現活動における保育士の迷いを払拭し，保育士も楽しむことのできる活動へと繋がることを願う．departmental bulletin pape
Factor of hospitalization-associated disability after minimally invasive cardiac surgery
Get PDF【Background】There are no reports on hospitalization-associated disability (HAD) after minimally invasive cardiac surgery (MICS). This study aimed to determine the incidence of HAD and its predictors in patients undergoing MICS.【Methods】The subjects were 96 patients who underwent MICS from May 2019 to June 2023 at Aichi Medical University Hospital. Multiple logistic regression analysis was conducted to evaluate the association between HAD and the Short Physical Performance Battery (SPPB) total score, with cutoff values determined using receiver operating characteristic (ROC) curves.【Results】10 (10.4%) were in the HAD group and Eighty-six patients (89.6%) were in the non-HAD group. The HAD group had significantly lower preoperative SPPB han the non-HAD group (10.1±2.1 vs 11.3±1.1, p<0.05). The ROC analysis identified a cutoff value of 11.5 points (sensitivity: 0.667, specificity: 0.700), with an AUC of 0.704 (95% CI: 0.523-0.884, p<0.05).【Conclusion】Preoperative SPPB may be useful in predicting the occurrence of HAD.departmental bulletin pape
Development and evaluation of the Nihon Fukushi University version of Interprofessional Education Game(iPEG-NFU)
Get PDFThe iPEG is a teaching material used as an introduction to interprofessional education. Although this educational material promotes cooperation among health, medical care, and welfare, many cases primarily focus on medical care. This study developed the Nihon Fukushi University version of the iPEG (iPEG-NFU), which emphasizes social welfare topics. In July 2024, we implemented the iPEG-NFU in the Medical Services Course of the Faculty of Social Welfare at Nihon Fukushi University. Questionnaires were administered before and after the implementation, yielding valid responses from 35 students. In the post-test, over 90% of participants positively evaluated their degree of enjoyment, satisfaction, and cooperation with fellow students. Furthermore, their understanding of their own profession and interprofessional roles significantly increased from before to after iPEG-NFU. The post-test also indicated an increased willingness to learn about their own profession, other professions, and interprofessional cooperation in the future. Therefore, the iPEG-NFU may be highly feasible and demonstrates a certain educational effect as an introduction to interprofessional education.多職種連携ゲーム iPEG は，多職種連携教育の導入として用いられる教材である．保健・医療・福祉の連携を想定した教材だが，医療を中心とした事例が多い．そこで本研究では経済面，メンタルヘルス，家族の状況，認知症など，現代における社会福祉的ニーズを含む福祉系の事例に厚みを持たせた iPEG 日本福祉大学版を開発した．2024 年 7 月に，日本福祉大学社会福祉学部医療専修40 名に iPEG 日本福祉大学版を実施した．実施前後に質問紙調査を行い，35 名から有効回答を得た．事後調査では，楽しさの程度，満足度，周りの学生と協力の程度について，9 割以上が肯定的に評価した．また，iPEG 前後で自職種・他職種の理解が有意に高まっていた．さらに，事後調査では，自職種・他職種・多職種連携に関して今後の学びの意欲が高まっていることが示された．以上から，iPEG 日本福祉大学版は，導入可能性が高く，多職種連携教育の導入として一定の教育効果を持つことが示唆された．departmental bulletin pape
Supervisee assessment in individual supervision: a qualitative analysis of supervision study group data.
Get PDFソーシャルワークスーパービジョンにおいて，スーパーバイジー（以下バイジー）アセスメントの内実は明らかにされていない．そこでスーパービジョンセッションにおいてスーパーバイザーが何に注目し，何を理解しようとしているのかを明らかにすることを目的に質的研究を行った．対象は，スーパービジョンセッションの逐語記録を題材に，バイジーアセスメントが展開される，2 つの研究会の例会音声記録の逐語データである．
質的統合法による分析の結果，686 のコード，21 のサブカテゴリー，【バイジーシステムの概況】，【実践能力と課題】，【態度と課題】，【SV の目標】という 4 つのカテゴリーが生成された．
バイジーアセスメントは、ニーズ把握を中心にしており、上記 4 カテゴリーは、そのための柱として捉えられる。その特徴として，専門性を枠組みとしていること，表出された事象の背景を深く探求する方法論，バイジー個人だけでなく，職場環境といった外部要素も視野に入れた個と環境の二重の視点を持つことについて考察した．In social work supervision, the features of supervisee assessment have not been clarified. Therefore, a qualitative research was conducted to identify what supervisors focus on and what they seek to understand during supervision sessions.
The study examined verbatim data from audio recordings of two supervisors study group sessions, where supervisee assessments were developed, using verbatim records of supervision sessions as the subject.
The analysis, conducted using the qualitative synthesis method, generated 686 codes, 21 subcategories, and four main categories: [Overview of the supervisee System], [Competencies and Challenges], [Attitudes and Challenges], and [Supervision Goals]. Supervisee assessment focuses on understanding needs, and these four categories are considered pillars for that purpose. The study also discusses the characteristics of the assessments, including the use of a professional framework, a methodology for deeply exploring the background of expressed phenomena, and the dual perspective of considering both the individual and environmental factors, such as the workplace environment.departmental bulletin pape
