A Consideration on Reasonable Accommodation in the Promotion of Employment for Persons with Mental Disabilities
Get PDF2024 年 4 月 1 日より，民間事業者による障害者への「合理的配慮」の提供が法的義務となった．本稿では，精神障害者の雇用促進にあたって，「合理的配慮」が当事者の就労状況に対し，どのような影響を及ぼしているのかについて，その現状と課題の分析を試みる．近年の精神障害者の雇用状況，合理的配慮の概念と具体的な提供プロセス，合理的配慮指針と実際に企業が提供している配慮の比較，精神障害者自身が企業に求めている配慮とのギャップ，そして配慮提供に伴う論点について，先行研究や調査結果を踏まえつつ多角的に検討する．その結果，企業が提供する制度的・物理的な配慮と，当事者が求める心理的・感情的な配慮との間には「質のギャップ」が存在することを明らかにする．このギャップを埋める鍵として「感情的合理性」の視点を提示し，今後の雇用促進に向けた具体的な方策を提言する．departmental bulletin pape

Collaboration between child care workers, teachers and co-medical profession in Chita area
Get PDF知多圏域にある公立保育園と小学校に勤務する保育士及び教員を対象に子どもの発達上の問題に対する多職種との連携意識を調査した．調査内容は，コメディカルの職域認知，連携の経験，子どもの発達上の問題を相談する地域資源の情報とその充足度である．結果，職域認知度が高いのは言語聴覚士であったが，連携経験は，他のコメディカル職種に比べて少なかった．連携経験が多いのは臨床心理士，作業療法士であった．教員は保育士に比べて連携経験が少なく，また，臨床心理士やスクールソーシャルワーカーといった内部専門家に限定される傾向にあった．教員は子どもの行動上の問題に対して医療と連携するよりもむしろ，学校と家庭とで解決する課題であると考えていると思われた．保育士と教員がともに地域資源が足りないと考えているのは，医療的ケア児，ギフティッドチャイルド，日本語を母国語としない子どもへの対応であった．We surveyed childcare workers and teachers working at public nursery schools and elementary schools in the Chita area about their awareness of multi-disciplinary collaboration regarding children's developmental issues. The survey covered the recognition of the co-medical profession, experience of collaboration, local resource information, and the degree of sufficiency of local resources for counseling children's developmental issues. The results showed that speech-language pathologists had a high degree of recognition of their occupational field, but had less collaborative experience compared to other medical professions. Those with the most collaboration experience were clinical psychologists and occupational therapists. Teachers had less experience working with co-medical staff than childcare workers. Teachers were limited to collaborating with medical professionals within the school, such as clinical psychologists and school social workers. Teachers believed that children's behavioral problems were problems to be solved between the school and home, rather than coordinating with medical care. Changes in the learning through Teaching in national licensing examination study －Based on text mining analysis of student questionnaires－
Get PDFIn the “Comprehensive Occupational Therapy Seminar” a class for fourth-year students in the Course of Occupational Therapy in the Department of Rehabilitation Studies, Faculty of Health Science, Nihon Fukushi University, the teaching method was implemented to prepare students for the national examination. In order to examine the changes in learning through the teaching method, we compared the questionnaires at the first and final sessions of the seminar and analyzed them by text mining using KH coder.日本福祉大学健康科学部リハビリテーション学科作業療法学専攻 4 年生を対象とした演習科目『総合作業療法学演習』において，ティーチングを方法とした国家試験対策の学習を行なった．本研究は学生の学びの変化を検討するために，演習の初回と最終回のアンケートについて，KH Coder を用いテキストマイニングによる分析を行った．演習初回は「伝えることの難しさ」「メンバーとの協働の必要性」「板書の工夫の必要性」「時間配分の大切さ」の 4 つのクラスターが示された．演習の最終回では「ポイントを押さえること」「他ゼミ生との交流の機会」「理解を深めてテストにのぞむ」「説明のわかりやすさ」の 4 つのクラスターが示された．対応分析では，演習初回は「質問」「時間」「図」と関連し，メンバーと協働し時間配分と板書の工夫に考慮する必要性が特徴として示された．一方，演習の最終回では「知識」「教える」「ゼミ」との関連を示し，ポイントを教え合うことが知識の定着につながり，他のゼミ生との有効な情報交換の機会になったことが示唆された．departmental bulletin pape

The Significance of Introducing the Perspective of Subjective Well-Being in Educational Welfare: From Organizing Previous Research and Empirical Research
Get PDFこれまで,教育福祉論は教育的な視点軸,社会福祉的な視点軸,経済的な視点軸により展開されてきている.視座に注目すると,子ども観をはじめ支援者観,政策観,教育観,福祉観に基づいている.そして,教育と福祉の連携や協働の仕方に重点が置かれている.なぜなら,教育福祉の問題の根底には縦割り行政の体質に起因するところが大きいとされているからである.
本稿では,先行研究の整理からこれまでの視座において対象者の主観が十分に汲み取られていない可能性を指摘し,それを補完するために新たな主観的well-beingの視点軸を提案し,その導入の意義について検討を行った.
具体的には,福祉と教育の概念を対象者と種類・方法の二次元で考察し,福祉と教育における領域の最適値や協働の最適点を考える上で,主観的well-beingの視座を導入することは意義があると指摘した.その左証として,某小学校の通学路の安全確保に向けた実証的調査およびそれに対してのアンケート調査の結果をあげている.その結果より,児童の主観を取り入れることは,児童の安全面だけでなく,身体面・精神面においての状態・要求を把握することができ,その視座は児童自身の安全・安心・健康・喜びをより高めることにおいて役立つと考えられる.つまり,児童の主観を取り入れることは,福祉と教育における領域の最適値や協働の最適点により近づくことに繋がるといえ,これにより,主観的well-beingの視座の導入に価値があると指摘できた.departmental bulletin pape
