The effect of integrating for the airline industry on the degree of competition in America －Analysis with conjectural variations model－
Get PDFThis paper estimates the variation of the degree of competition on the airline industry in America. Conjectural variation model can clarify both the competition strategy and the degree of competition. This study focuses on the relationship between merger or joint venture and competition. To estimate the degree of competition by conjectural variation model, this paper suggests the way of summation for strategic variables. Get PDF本論は，「「差序格局」と「団体格局」の概念で読み解く自己形成過程に関する一考察」（『現代と文化』日本福祉大学福祉社会開発研究所 2024）の続編である．前作では，「差序格局」「団体格局」という聞き慣れない概念の説明を行った上で，それぞれの概念に基づく自己形成過程の違いを明らかとした．本論では，この議論を引き継ぎ，「差序格局」の概念に基づく小売業の従業員と「団体格局」（「倫理綱領」）に従う社会福祉士の比較を通して，社会福祉士の自己形成の過程を考察し，日常生活からかけ離れた空間に佇む社会福祉士の姿を明らかとした．

Get PDF本研究では，日本で就労する中国人の，在留資格の取得条件や滞在条件の違いから在留資格「技能」を「技能実習」と比較しながら，その特徴と役割を明らかにした．在留資格「技能」と「技能実習」を取得し来日している者の状況を比較すると，取得条件や滞在条件に違いは見出せるが，母国での属性などの状況は同質的な側面を見出すことができる．そのため，在留資格「技能実習」を取得して来日した者へのヒアリング調査を中心とし，在留資格「技能」との関係性などから在留資格「技能」の特徴と役割を明らかにした．さらに，日本における中華料理人が抱える問題，さらにその解決策を取り上げつつ，日本へ移住する中国人の諸特徴も浮き彫りにした．departmental bulletin pape
