The Issues of Reimbursement System in Covid19 Special Loan
Get PDF本稿は，コロナ特例貸付の償還開始直後の，特例貸付の償還体制の現状と課題について明らかにするものである．まず本稿では，コロナ特例貸付借受人の経済状況を確認し，厚生労働省の通知から，償還免除や償還猶予のルール，そして借受人に対するフォローアップ支援の内容について整理をした．そのうえで本稿では，こうした通知が社会福祉協議会（以下，社協）の現場でどのように活かされているかを確認するために，関西の各社協へのインタビュー調査を実施し，これを検討した．その結果，①償還業務に際してコールセンターを設置するなどしており，そうした業務を外部委託している社協が多いこと，②償還猶予について各社協とも柔軟に対応しているが，猶予期間終了後の償還免除をどの程度積極的に行うかについては意見が分かれること，③借受世帯が非常に多いことや調査時点がまだ償還開始当初であることもあり，フォローアップ体制はまだ十分に整備されているとはいえないこと，を確認した．departmental bulletin pape
Physiological and psychological evaluation of the effects of vortex-inflow stimulation bathing on recovery from acute muscle fatigue in the lower back
Get PDFThe purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of a vortex-inflow stimulation bathing on recovery from acute fatigue immediately after repeated muscle exercise to exhaustion on recovery from acute fatigue. Nine healthy male subjects repeatedly performed a 1-min trunk holding test until exhaustion, followed by 20 min of（1）rotational stimulation bathing,（2）vertical stimulation bathing,（3）straight stimulation bathing, or（4）half-body bathing. Muscle stiffness and salivary cortisol（n=7）tended to recover more in rotational stimulation bathing compared with the other bathing conditions, but the difference was not significant. In subjective psychological evaluations of the bathing, the thermal effect of the hot water temperature and the dynamic massaging effect of the vortex-inflow stimulation significantly contributed to the positive effect（P<0.01）. Get PDF以前からの研究を受け継ぎ，今回は，2008 年から 2023 年の各政権下の幼児教育・保育政策の現状と課題を究明した．
具体的には，Ⅰで，幼児教育・保育政策の進展の一根拠として幼稚園 ･ オリニジップ（保育施設）の拡がり（①幼稚園とオリニジップの推移と，②両機関の利用者数の推移および「塾」の性格を有する「学院」の位置づけ）を明らかにした．さらに，両機関が「公共性」を有することを再確認した．
Ⅱでは，李明博政権（2008 ～ 2013），朴槿恵政権（2013 ～ 2017），文在寅政権（2017～ 2022），尹錫悦政権（2022 ～ 2027）の幼児教育・保育政策を次の 3 点を意識して究明した．第一は，幼稚園とオリニジップの制度的一元化の追求，第二は，幼稚園とオリニジップの教育費・保育料の無償化，第三に幼稚園およびオリニジップの教育・保育課程統合の動向である．
最後に，尹錫悦政権下施策の一つであるが「幼保統合推進計画」を別枠で取り上げた．それは，これまで韓国で追求してきた教育 ･ 保育の「公共性と質向上」の新しい段階の深化と拡大と読み取ったからである．もちろん，「幼保統合推進計画」は始動したばかりで，今後の推移を見守ることが私たちに求められている．departmental bulletin pape
The Relationship between the Level of Proficiency with Game-type Teaching Materials and Lead to Goals.
Get PDFEducation using Games has gained attention in the school. In this context, this study focused on how education is af-fected by making people think about "How to win". If we consider game-based instruction as part of the educational process, we need to consider the effects of repetition. Therefore, the purpose of this study was to clarify the relationship between the level of proficiency with game-type teaching materials and Lead to goals. In this study, "Math-speed," a game-type materials for arithmetic, was used for the investigation. The results showed that higher levels of proficiency lead to the use of mathematical ways of thinking.学校現場において，ゲームを利用した教育が注目を浴びている．その中で，「勝つためにどうすればいいのか」を考えさせることで教育にどのような影響があるのかについて着目した．もし，教育の一環としてゲームを利用すると考えた場合，少ない試行回数によって得られた効果だけではなく，何度も繰り返し行うことによる効果についても検討する必要があると言える．そこで，ゲーム型教材に対する習熟度と得られる攻略要素の関係について明らかにすることを目的として研究を行なった．調査には，算数用のゲーム型教材「マスピード」を利用した．結果，習熟度が高くなるにつれて，数の合成分解の特徴を捉え，数の感覚を養うといった，数学的な考え方の利用につながることがわかった．departmental bulletin pape
Performance evaluation of a polling protocol in a two-hop IEEE 802.15.6 wireless body area network
Get PDFThis paper assesses application-level QoS (Quality of Service) in the case where emergency, medical, and background data are transferred with a polling MAC (Media Access Control) protocol in an IEEE 802.15.6 two-hop wireless BAN (Body Area Network). In the two-hop wireless BAN some of nodes transmit data MPDUs (Mac Protocol Data Units) to the hub directly and the others send data MPDUs to the hub via a relay node. By simulation, we compare the performance of a priority polling scheme and a non-priority polling scheme. Numerical results show that the priority polling scheme can improve average MU (Media Unit) delay for emergency and medical transmission. Furthermore, this paper proposes a dynamic channel allocation scheme and shows MU-delay-performance for two-hop nodes can be improved if surplus channel capacity for one-hop transmission allocates the relay node for two-hop transmission.departmental bulletin pape
