Forecasting Sebagai Decision Support Systems Aplikasi dan Penerapannya Untuk Mendukung Proses Pengambilan Keputusan.
Di dalam suatu perusahaan, pasti ada suatu kegiatan untuk mengetahui apa yang terjadi di masa mendatang dengan menggunakan data dari masa lampau dan sekarang. Forecasting juga adalah cara yang paling efektif dan efisien didalam lingkungan perusahaan untuk memprediksi dan membaca kondisi perusahaan saat ini dan memprediksi berdasar kondisi perusahaan saat ini. Sebagai contoh untuk mengetahui stok barang yang terdapat di gudang dan berapa banyak stok yang akan dijual untuk mendapatkan hasil penjualan yang optimal. Forecasting dapat diimplementasikan dengan bantuan teknologi informasi semisal datawarehouse, decision support system, data mining, machine learning dan teknologi komputasi inteligent lainnya, dengan tujuan untuk menggunakan data saat ini untuk kebutuhan prediksi kemungkinan-kemungkinan bisnis ke depan dalam rangka mendukung proses pengambilan keputusan. Forecasting dapat diimplementasikan dengan berbagai macam formula seperti Moving Average, Weighted Moving Average, Exponential smoothing, Mean Absolute Deviation dan Trend Moment. Penggunaan forecasting diimplementasikan pada berbagai macam ragam bisnis dalam mendukung proses-proses pengambilan keputusan guna meningkatkan profit perusahaan dengan memprediksi kemungkinan-kemungkinan yang akan terjadi berdasar kondisi perusahaan saat ini
PENGEMBANGAN SISTEM PENUNJANG KEPUTUSAN BERBASIS WEB UNTUK MENENTUKAN BEST CUSTOMERS DENGAN MODEL RFM (RECENCY, FREQUENCY DAN MONETARY), METODE COMPARATIVE PERFORMANCE INDEX DAN ALGORITMA K-MEANS
Loyalitas merupakan hal yang penting dibangun setiap perusahaan untuk memenangkan kompetisi. Salah satu cara untuk meningkatkan loyalitas pelanggan adalah dengan memberikan reward kepada pelanggan terbaik. Konsep RFM (recency, frequency dan monetary) dapat dipergunakan untuk menentukan pelanggan terbaik dan mengukur nilai loyalitas pelanggan. Metode Comparative Performance Index (CPI) diaplikasikan untuk menentukan bobot relatif variabel RFM dan menentukan nilai atau peringkat masing-masing pelanggan. Untuk membentuk pengelompokan pelanggan digunakan algoritma K-Means. Berdasarkan pengujian ISO 9126 model RFM (Recency, Frequency dan Monetary) merupakan kriteria penilaian yang tepat untuk mengukur nilai loyalitas pelanggan. Proses pengelompokan pelanggan dengan algoritma K-Means membutuhkan proses yang cukup lama bergantung pada jumlah transaksi sesuai dengan periode pengelompokan. Namun dengan adanya sistem, proses pengelompokan menjadi sangat efisien dibandingkan dengan melakukan pengelompokan secara manual. Hasil pengujian dengan ISO 9126, sistem yang dikembangkan sudah bekerja sesuai dengan fungsinya. E-COMMERCE PAYMENT AUTHENTICATION SYSTEM WITH SIM CARD
Smart card is a device, which used for multi purpose needs to secure content and information. This device has many forms, for example like cards, which used to secure banking transaction, SIM card, which used to store operator subscriber’s information as well as embedded smart card which used for many IOT (Internet Of Things) devices. The purpose of this research is to test whether SIM card can be used to secure credit card data that besides to store data, SIM card can also used to do verification and encryption. This research uses multiple standardizations as a base to build the prototype simulation that is PA-DSS and ISO 7816. PA-DSS standard used as a base to build client side and server side application and ISO 7816 is a protocol interface for smart card. With this research, I hope that we can see clear that it is possible to build a alternate payment system by using SIM card for storing purpose and credit card verification
Ekualisasi Histogram untuk Peningkatan Kualitas Citra Telur Ayam secara Otomatis
Citra digital yang diperoleh dari sistem akusisi yang berupa telepon pintar (smartphone) memiliki kualitas yang rendah. Selain kualitas, ukuran penyimpanan yang besar, citra yang diperoleh memiliki banyak noise. Begitu pula citra digital telur ayam yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini. Sehingga pra-pengolahan merupakan pilihan yang tepat untuk mengatasi kekurangan tersebut sebelum citra digital diolah lebih lanjut. Oleh karena itu perlu dikembangkan penelitian awal untuk meningkatkan kualitas citra telur ayam secara otomatis. Metode pra-pengolahan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini diantaranya pengubahan jenis citra, ukuran citra, pengaturan kontras otomatis, cerah, filter median 3D, filter sharpen, serta ekualisasi histogram. Dari berbagai metode pra-pengolahan yang digunakan, ekualisasi histogram merupakan metode yang paling tepat untuk meningkatkan kualitas citra secara otomatis. SEGMENTASI CITRA LAHAN BEKAS TAMBANG TERBUKA MENGGUNAKAN METODE DETEKSI TEPI CANNY
Edge detection in the image of mining land become an important because this process is the first step improve the appearance of the boundary line of an object image. Canny edge detection method is popular and has the advantages of detecting and localizing well, as well as a clear response. Selection of parameters greatly affect the outcome Canny edge. Parameters include standard deviation Gaussian (σ), the size of the Gaussian filter matrix and a threshold value. Canny method has 5 process consists a smoothing, finding gradient, non-maxima suppression, double thresholding and edge tracking by hysteresis. In this study determined the size of the matrix of 5x5, 7x7 and 9x9 while the value of σ of 1, 2.5 and 5. Thresholds are adjusted using Otsu method. The program is created using programming language C#. The result showed that the greater size of the matrix and value of σ then produce blurred image. For the same matrix size, the greater the value of σ produce the smaller threshold and edge image obtained more detail
PEMANFATAAN TEKNOLOGI INFORMASI DALAM PEMBERDAYAAN PENGERAJIN KAPAL KAYU DI KABUPATEN BATANG
Batang regency is one of the regency located in the north coast of Java in the province of Central Java. This district has various potentials that can be used as a regional superior potential. One of the potentials owned by Batang district is the wooden ship production area. This area is located in the north of the stem, namely Senturi area. Utilization of information technology or computer technology has not been widely used in ship production process. The production capability of ships made by this group is obtained from generation to generation or based on the experience of each member. This condition certainly causes problems in the process of resource management both from human resources and resources. Shipyard resource management information systems can be implemented in the woodcraft craftsman community. The results of both the functionality and the usability test show that the results are aligned where the design and test results have been appropriate. In the usability testing it is found that community groups can master the use of the system

The competition among private universities in Indonesia for students admission is getting tough. This phenomenon is triggered by the fact that the main source of income for those universities is from their students. In order to win the competition is the targeting the promotion to the right area. Clustering method in data mining could be utilized get the information on the segment of prospective students, By segmenting these prospective students, a good promotion could be carried out in a more organized way. It also helps to achieve the cost effective and the target that the universities have. One of the advantages of this kind of promotion is minimizing the promotion costs and the increasing responses from prospective students. This model is built using the ready to use tool in the market,Microsoft Excel and SQL Server 2008 Data Mining Add in.
