Penerapan Teknologi WebGL pada Virtual Aquarium Berbasis Tiga Dimensi (3D)
Full text linkVirtual Aquarium is an application which can be used to display an aquarium together with its content that is look like a real one. By using this application, users can see the display of the aquarium like they are looking at the real object because it is displayed in 3D animation. WebGL is one of the technologies that can be used to build this 3D web. It is a canvas context from a HTML element which provides a 3D API graphic object that is implemented into a web browser without using the plug-in. WebGL can provide an interface program for 3D graphic. This new technology use a HTML5 version by accessing the canvas element which then it is accessed by using Document Object Model Interface. As a result, the user can see a Web interface which formerly in 2D, and then it is developed into 3D where the object can be seen from any other sides

At this time the library management is still done manually, although some have been made in electronic information systems.Besides the libraries, archives and document management systems need to be improved to support the needs of the organization. From the results of auditing the International Safety Rating System (ISRs) conducted by Det Norske Veritas (DNV), the management of archives and documents need to be improved, especially for the storing and retrieval system for archives and documents can be done quickly and accurately.Utilization of information technology has also been applied, but need to be evaluated in order to meet the needs of each user. The document has been categorized as non-active documents, removed from their respective departments to the Records Center at the Department of Services to follow rules archive retention policy. While the document is still classified as active are still kept by each department. Creation, storing, organization and management of existing documents need to be thoroughly evaluated to facilitate storing and retrieval document fast and accurate

Combined with LDAP (LightweightDirectory Access Protocol) to support single-sign-onapproach, LDAP integration module for Drupal is needed.This module will authenticate user information from LDAPserver. After LDAP authentication, the next problem is howto use the authenticated user information to sign onenterprise application. Other module needs to be developedsolve the problem
