PEMILIHAN KEPALA DAERAH SECARA LANGSUNG ANTARA MASLAHAH DAN MAFSADAH
Get PDFElection of regional head (Pilkada) is one form and mechanism of democracy. The regional leader is directly elected. Law Number 32 of 2004 concerning Regional Government in its enactment has created a new atmosphere in the process of regional head elections (Pilkada), both at the provincial level and at the district and city level, with the enactment of this Law they must be directly elected by all people who have suffrage in each area. This election system, in fact, has added to the vibrant process of democracy in Indonesia. This is because the Pilkada opens the broadest involvement of all people in the process of electing their regional government leaders. However, without undermining the importance of the spirit of democratic society through the elections, various negative impacts / interpretations of this kind of succession system of government are now appearing. It is common knowledge now that to win local elections, a person needs a lot of funds, both to finance legal activities and to finance illegal activities, such as money politics. Money politics is usually used to influence the tendency of the people to vote in the elections. Various facts can lead us to questions about the elections in the perspective of Islamic teachings in terms of maslahah and mafsadah.

Pemilihan umum kepala daerah (Pilkada) merupakan salah satu wujud dan mekanisme demokrasi. Pemimpin daerah tersebut dipilih secara langsung. Undang-Undang Nomor 32 Tahun 2004 tentang Pemerintahan Daerah dalam pemberlakuannya telah menciptakan suasana baru dalam proses pemilihan kepala daerah (Pilkada), baik di tingkat propinsi maupun di tingkat kabupaten dan kota, dengan pemberlakuan UU tersebut mereka harus dipilih secara langsung oleh seluruh rakyat yang memiliki hak pilih di masing-masing daerah. Sistim Pilkada ini, pada kenyataanya telah menambah semarak proses demokrasi di Indonesia. Hal ini karena Pilkada membuka keterlibatan seluas-luasnya segenap rakyat dalam proses pemilihan pemimpin pemerintahan daerah mereka. Akan tetapi dengan tanpa mengecilkan arti penting dari semangat berdemokrasi masyarakat melalui Pilkada, berbagai dampak negatif /mafsadah dari sistem suksesi pemerintahan semacam ini kini bermunculan. Sudah menjadi rahasia umum sekarang ini bahwa untuk memenangkan pemilihan kepala daerah, seseorang memerlukan dana yang tidak sedikit, baik untuk membiayai kegiatan yang legal maupun untuk membiayai kegiatan ilegal, seperti money politics(politik uang). Money politics (politik uang) biasanya digunakan untuk mempengaruhi kecenderungan masyarakat dalam memilih di Pilkada. Berbagai kenyataan dapat mengantarkan kita kepada pertanyaan-pertanyaan tentang Pilkada dalam perspektif ajaran Islam dari segi maslahah dan mafsadah
Wasathiyyah Islam as the Road to Moderatism in Indonesia
Get PDFThe article aims to explore the implementation of al-wasathiyyah concept as a way towards achieving moderatism, as well as to see the discourse of Islam and moderation in Indonesia. The method is qualitative with religious sociological approach. Religious sociological approach is used because the wasathiyyah concept is tightly tied to the religion and society. The results of the research show that wasathiyyah Islam has the correlation to ethics and moderate traditions which are considered as a form of virtue. Moderate tradition in Islam in Indonesia includes several aspects of life, including: first, moderate in its thought and movement, which is reflected by the belief that is in line with the nature and ibadah that promotes world prosperity. Second, moderate in aqidah that is in line with the fitrah or nature of mankind, including in tolerance, consistence, and balance. Third, moderate in practicing Islamic teachings that is in accordance with human ability and not burdensome. Fourth, moderate in its method (manhaj). Fifth, moderate in reform and ijtihad. Through wasathiyyah Islam, Indonesian muslims are accustomed to a set of thoughts, behaviors, and actions that promote the spirit of moderation. Moreover, Indonesian Muslims are willing to consciously let go of their primordial religious bonds in favor of moderation. Representasi Kisah Nabi Muhammad dan Para Sahabat dalam Novel Muhammad Karya Tasaro GK (Studi Model Komunikasi dalam Novel)
Get PDFHistory or dakwah journey of Prophet Muhammad and his companions is the process of building the law of Islamic shari'a, which until now has been followed by all Muslims. So that, this history is so important to be communicated, either oral or writing. Communication is the basic activities of human. It becomes the instrument to express the emotion, message and information. Communication has important role in human’s life. Because of it, many people communicate and create communication model. Tasaro GK is one of communicating history of Prophet Muhammad and his companions by novel. This research aims to represent history of Prophet Muhammad and his companions in Tasaro’s serial novel called by Muhammad. The result of this research shows that there are some communication models used by Tasaro GK in representing history of Prophet Muhammad and his companions, they are stimulus-response communication, linier communication, two-way communication, transactional communication, ritual and expressive communication, publicity communication, and reception communication.

Kisah atau perjalanan dakwah Nabi Muhammad dan para sahabatmerupakan proses pembangunan hukum syari’at Islam yang sampai sekarang ini diikuti oleh semua umat Islam. Maka dari itu, kisah ini sangat penting dikomunikasikan, baik secara lisan atau pun tulisan.Komunikasi merupakan aktivitas dasar manusiayang menjadi instrumen untuk menyampaikan perasaan-perasaan (emosi), pesan atau informasi yang ingin disampaikan. Dari itu, komunikasi memiliki peranan penting dalam kehidupan manusia, sehingga dari berbagai jenis komunikasi yang dilakukan manusia, lahirlah model komunikasi.Tasaro GK merupakan salah seorang yang mengkomunikasikan kisah Nabi Muhammad dan para sahabat melalui tulisan: novel. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merepresentasikan kisah Nabi Muhammad dan para sahabat dalam serial novel Muhammad karya Tasaro GK. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ada beberapa model komunikasi yang digunakan Tasaro GK dalam merepresentasikan kisah Nabi Muhammad dan para sahabatyaitu komunikasi stimulus-respon, model komunikasi satu arah, model komunikasi dua arah, model komunikasi transaksi, model komunikasi ritual dan ekspresif, model komunikasi publisitas, serta model komunikasi resepsi.

METODE DAKWAH DALAM PENGAJARAN NABI PERSPEKTIF HADIS
Get PDFThis article was inspired by the book of al-Rasul al-Mu'allim by ‘Abd al-Fattah Abu Ghuddah. He mentioned that there were about forty classifications of the Prophet's teaching methods as outlined in the form of hadith. The books are written are characterized by forms of educational values. However, in essence the method of education taught by the Prophet was also the way the Prophet conveyed his preaching to his companions. The time of the Prophet who had not yet known communication theories to convey God's messages, gave the results of the formation of strong characters in sahabat Nabi. So what is discussed in this article is about the method of Prophet's preaching in teaching sahabat Nabi the hadith perspective so as to form theories in da'wah communication and education.
[Artikel ini terinspirasi dari kitab al-Rasul al-Mu’allim karya ‘Abd al-Fattah Abu Ghuddah. Ia menyebutkan bahwa ada sekitar empat puluh klasifikasi metode pengajaran Nabi yang dituangkan dalam bentuk hadis. Buku yang dituliskan banyak diwarnai dengan bentuk nilai-nilai pendidikan. Namun, pada hakikatnya metode pendidikan yang diajarkan Nabi juga merupakan cara Nabi menyampaikan dakwahnya kepada para sahabat. Di zaman Nabi yang belum dikenal teori-teori komunikasi untuk menyampaikan pesan-pesan Tuhan, memberikan warna dan hasil pembentukan karakter kuat pada diri sahabat. Maka yang dibahas dalam artikel ini mengenai metode dakwah Nabi dalam mengajarkan kepada sahabat perspektif hadis sehingga membentuk teori dalam komunikasi dakwah dan pendidikan].

Get PDFThe writing of this article aims to reveal the existence of women on the banks of the Kapuas River, in the Pontianak area and its surroundings. This article is used is a qualitative method with a sociological approach. Based on the results of a study conducted by researchers, some interesting findings were obtained, including: 1) from the economic aspects of the community on the banks of the Kapuas River they always rely their lives on the natural resources of the Kapuas river; 2) from the aspect of gender, previously women were not justified and considered taboo to play a role in the public domain, they only served in domicile regions, now women have played a role and acted more freely in the public domain; and, 3) the continuation of the public role, the facts show that not a few women on the edge of the Kapuas River have shown achievements in all aspects of life, both social, economic, political, etc.
[Penulisan artikel ini bertujuan untuk mengungkap tentang eksistensi perempuan di tepi sungai Kapuas, di wilayah Pontianak dan sekitarnya. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan sosiologis. Berdasarkan hasil kajian yang dilakukan oleh peneliti, diperoleh beberapa temuan menarik, antara lain: 1) dari aspek ekonomi masyarakat pinggir Sungai Kapuas selalu menyandarkan kehidupan mereka pada sumber daya alam sungai Kapuas; 2) dari aspek gender, dahulu perempuan tidak dibenarkan dan dianggap tabu berperan dalam domain publik, mereka hanya bertugas dalam wilayah domistik, saat ini perempuan telah berperan dan berkiprah lebih leluasa dalam wilayah publik; dan, 3) kelanjutan dari peran publik itu, fakta menunjukkan bahwa tidak sedikit perempuan pinggir Sungai Kapuas yang telah menunjukkan prestasi dalam segala aspek kehidupan baik sosial, ekonomi, politik dan sebagainya]

This research focuses on Desa Cowet, Balai Sub-District, District Sanggau West Kalimantan, in which methods used is the qualitative descriptive approach. The data used was primary data which obtained through technique interview and observation, and secondary data was sourced from the book, scientific journal, and relevant sources. The traditions of community assume that girls required to work in the domestic sector. It is regarded as an obligation to do as the female. Girls help their mother at home or in the fields and rubber. The division of labor based on gender, the female has work more within households. No full textProvinsi Kalimantan Barat adalah salah satu provinsi yang pernah dipimpin oleh Bupati/Walikota Perempuan atau Kepala Daerah pada Kabupaten /Kota Munculnya Kepala Daerah perempuan di Indonesia tidak terlepas dari perubahan iklim politik dimana sebelum tahun 2005 di Indonesia, kepala daerah dan wakil kepala daerah dipilih tidak langsung melalui perwakilan rakyat yakni Dewan Perwakilan Rakyat Daerah (DPRD). Setelah berlakunya Undang-Undang Nomor 32 Tahun 2004 tentang Pemerintahan Daerah, kepala daerah dipilih secara langsung oleh rakyat melalui Pemilihan Kepala Daerah dan Wakil Kepala Daerah atau disingkat Pilkada. Peluang perempuan untuk menduduki kepala daerah dengan adanya pemilihan kepala daerah secara langsung dipilih rakyat menjadi cukup terbuka lebar, karena yang menjadi penentu suaranya adalah rakyat.
Para perempuan yang terpilih menjadi Kepala Daerah umumnya punya pengalaman merintis karier di birokrasi dan organisasi politik sebelum maju ke pemilihan Kepala Daerah selain itu sebagian besar juga memiliki darah keturunan keluarga yang aktif berkecimpung didunia politik. Para Kepala Daerah Perempuan juga umumnya memiliki visi dan misi yang sama-sama memprioritaskan peningkatan pembangunan di bidang pendidikan dan kesehatan dalam kebijakan politiknya dalam rangka mensejahterakan masyarakat didaerahnya.
