STRATEGI PENGEMASAN PESAN DAKWAH MELALUI BAHASA VERBAL DAN NON VERBAL DALAM FILM “KURANG DUA ONS”
Get PDFFilm is a universal media which can be used for various purposes, one of them is as a propaganda media as presented in the Film "Kurang Dua Ons". This article applied descriptive method through a qualitative approach with primary data sources in the form of interviews with film directors, film observation and audio-visual, as well as documentation. While secondary data sources include document records, interviews with other relevant parts of this film, books, journals and supporting documents. Then the data analyzed by collecting, reducing, classifying and displaying data. The results showed that the strategy of determining the message of da’wah and the selection of ideas through several ways namely observation, theme adjustment, determining the purpose of filmmaking, main characters analysis, segmentation and re-observation, the strategy of packaging the message of da’wah into the film scenario were by characterizing the characters, determining the sequence of scenes and the purpose of communication and the packaging strategy of da’wah messages to audio visual or verbal and non-verbal forms through angles, lighting, shooting techniques and settings according to direct from the director.

Film adalah sebuah media universal yang dapat digunakan dalam berbagai tujuan, salah satunya sebagai media propaganda seperti yang ditunjukkan dalam Film “Kurang Dua Ons”. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji strategi menentukan pesan dakwah dan ide cerita, strategi pengemasan pesan dakwah ke dalam skenario film dan pengemasan audio visual (bahasa verbal dan non-verbal) dalam Film “Kurang Dua Ons”. Artikel ini menggunakan metode deskrptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif dengan data primer berupa hasil interview dengan Sutradara, observasi terhadap film dan audio visualnya, dan dokumentasi. Sedangkan data sekunder berupa dokumen rekaman, wawancara dengan pihak terkait lainnya dalam film ini, buku, jurnal dan dokumen pendukung. Data tersebut kemudian dianalisis dengan melakukan data collection, reducing, classification, dan display. Pada kesimpulan terlihat bahwa stategi pengemasan dakwah dan penentuan ide cerita dilakukan melalui observasi, penentuan tema, penentuan tujuan pembuatan film, analisis tokoh utama, penentuan segmentasi, dan observasi lebih mendalam. Strategi pengemasan pesan dakwah ke dalam skenario film dilakukan dengan karakterisasi tokoh, penentuan scene dan tujuan komunikasi serta strategi pengemasan pesan dakwahnya ke dalam audio visual bahasa verbal dan non verbal menggunakan angle, pencahayaan, teknik pengambilan gambar dan setting sesuai arahan Sutradara.

Contestation between Puritan Islam and Kejawen in the Urban Yogyakarta of Indonesia
Get PDFTensions between Puritan Islam and Kejawen Islam have never been resolved, despite various accommodation efforts. The ongoing contestation of the two traditions in Islam in Yogyakarta is because both always maintain strict cultural boundaries through symbols that represent their respective identities, be it in religious, art, cultural, economic and political practices. This study focuses on three aspects: (1) the form of representation of the contestation between Islam and Tradition (Kejawen) in the city of Yogyakarta; (2) the historical and cultural context which is the basis for the contestation between Islam and tradition; and (3) how the contestation between Islam and the Kejawen tradition is managed by each community in an effort to minimize the occurrence of social conflict between the two. Through these three aspects, this research aims to offer a new perspective in viewing the dialectical relations between Puritan Islam and Javanese (Kejawen) tradition contextually. The contestation between the Islamic tradition and the Kejawen tradition continued because of historical, political and global currents that provided space for both traditions to build their respective cultural identities

Through qualitative research methods, it is known that the role of women in the family room and public is still in a very dilemmatic condition. One side of women can work freely in the public sphere, but on the other hand they also receive the impact of patriarchal interpretation which in fact remains a subordinate man in the eyes of men.

Perempuan dan ruang geraknya stetap menjadi kajian menarik. Artikel ini berupaya mengungkap peran perempuan di ruang keluarga dan ruang publik pada perempuan di Kecamatan Pnontianak Utara. Melalui metode penelitian kualitatif, diketahui bahwa peran perempuan di ruang keluarga dan publik masih dalam kondisi yang sangat dilematis. Satu sisi kaum perempuan dapat bekerja leluasa di ruang publik, tapi di sisi yang lain mereka juga menerima dampak tafsir patriarki yang sejatinya tetap menjadi manusia subordinatif di mata laki-laki.

Artikel ini akan membahas tentang konsep al-Nahyu dan implementasinya dalam menetapkan hukum Islam. Tujuan pembahasan ini , adalah untuk memahami cara penetapan hukum Islam sesuai dengan yang telah ditetapkam oleh ulama ushul fiqh dalam memahami al-Quran dan Hadith. From Mushalla to Mosque: The Formation of South and Southeast Asian Muslim Communities in Japan

The emergence of these Islamic communities in Japan is reflected by the presence of around one hundred mosques and musallas (rooms or buildings for the performance of five daily prayers) on the Japanese archipelagos. This paper aims to discuss South and Southeast Asian Muslim communities in Japan, and the spaces used for their rituals and social activities as they have developed into full congregations able to support mosque construction and maintenance. I investigate how the transnational aspect of migration has shaped the architectural availability of places of prayer, and the development of the ummah (Muslim community). PERAN WANITA DALAM MASYARAKAT SAMBAS
Get PDFThis article discusses the role of women in the Sambas community, West Kalimantan. This study uses ethnographic methods, with a sociological-economic approach. The results of the study show that Sambas women have an important role in various sectors of life, such as households, society and customs activities. Age development brought changes in the role of Sambas women, not only about traditions that ended in wells, kitchens and mattresses, but many women had important roles in the outside world, both in politics and in customs.

Grammatical Errors of Indonesian-English Text Translation in The Second Semester Student of Arabic Study Program at FTIK IAIN Pontianak
Get PDFThis article aims to investigate some grammatical errors made by Arabic students in translating Indonesian text to English text. In translating, the students must be aware of the grammar rules to avoid some mistakes. The mistakes or errors in grammar can influence the idea of message delivery. Grammatical errors should be corrected directly to avoid misunderstanding. The research problem formulated by the researcher is (a) what types of grammatical errors made by the second semester students of Arabic study program of Teacher Training and Education Faculty of Pontianak State Islamic Studies?; and (b) What are the highest and lowest percentage of grammatical error in translated texts made by the students?. This study aims to uncover and identify the grammatical errors found in translation made by the students and describe the percentage of each type of grammatical errors in translated texts made by the students. This study uses qualitative descriptive method. The subject of this study is 31 Arabic study program students of Teacher Training and Education Faculty of Pontianak State Islamic Studies. This study takes in the second semester of Arabic study program year 2018-2019 in English For Specific Purpose (ESP) subject. In this subject, the students learned how to translate Indonesian-English and English-Indonesian texts. Data collection used in this research are documentation in the form of written test and observation during the test. The result showed the types of errors made the students are errors in the use of verb, noun phrase, pronoun, adjective phrase and preposition. From the finding, it can be seen that the highest error is in the use of verb form (32,23%), then it followed by the use of noun phrase (24,16%), the use of pronoun (16,13%), the use of adjective phrase (14,52%), and the use of preposition (12,90%) as the lowest erro

No full textThe culture possessed by Bugis people in the equatorial city is very diverse, in each sub-district even has its own differences. Makan-makan Dalam Kelambu which was carried out in West Pontianak District which was a very densely populated location of Melayu-Bugis. More clearly the location is in Kelurahan Sungai Jawi Dalam, Jalan Srikaya. It was here that at that time had carried out a cultural activity called Makan-makan dalam Kelambu. This tradition is carried out by people who do celebrations and are carried out by Bugis people in general. But at that time the people who carried out the celebration were not only the original Bugis tribe, but also a mixture of Bugis Melayu tribes. This is what Melayu-Bugis people do in Makan-makan dalam Kelambu tradition. The tradition of Makan-makan Dalam Kelambu is a series of activities that are believed by Melayu-Bugis community to be carried out for safety and a form of gratitude to the Almighty God and avoid supranatural spirit disorder
