The curriculum becomes very important in educational institutions because the curriculum is the "heart" of education. No full textAbstrak: Tradisi Sedekah Bumi merupakan salah satu tradisi yang dilaksanakan oleh Suku Jawa sebagai wujud rasa syukur atas limpahan rezeki yang diberikan Allah SWT. Sebagai warisan budaya Jawa, tradisi ini harus dipertahankan agar tetap eksis dengan memperhatikan nilai lubur bangsa Indonesia. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: Pertama, mengetahui pelaksanaan tradisi sedekah bumi di Dusun Melati, Desa Olak-Olak Kubu, Kabupaten Kubu Raya dan Kedua, menemukan nilai-nilai pendidikan Islam yang terdapat dalam tradisi tersebut. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif untuk menemukan fakta empiris tentang pelaksanaan tradisi sedekah bumi di Dusun Melati yang mungkin berbeda dengan daerah lainnya. Dari hasil penelitian diketahui bahwa tradisi sedekah bumi sebagai bentuk rasa syukur pada Allah SWT dilaksanakan dengan rangkaian berupa: bersih kampung; selamatan; dan kegiatan sosial. Adapun nilai pendidikan Islam yang ditemukan dalam tradisi sedekah bumi di Dusun Melati, Desa Olak-Olak Kubu, Kabupaten Kubu Raya adalah nilai syukur, silaturahmi, al-Ukhuwah, Insyirah dan Al-Munfiqun, sedekah, dan gotong royong.

Nama lengkapnya adalah Abu Ali Ahmad bin Muhammad bin Ya`kub bin Maskawaih. Ada yang menyebut bahwa nama tokoh ini “miskawaih” saja, tanpa “ibnu”, karena belum dapat dipastikan apakah Miskawaih adalah namanya sendiri atau nama putra (ibnu) Miskawaih. Ibnu Miskawaih terkenal sebagai ahli sejarah dan filsafat. Di samping itu, ia juga seorang moralis, penyair, serta banyak mempelajari kimia. Ia belajar sejarah, terutama Tarikh at-Tabari (sejarah yang ditulis at-Tabari), pada Abu Bakar Ahmad bin Kamil al-Qadi pada tahun 350 H/960 M, sementara filsafat ia pelajari melalui guru yang bernama Ibnu Khamar, seorang mufasir (juru tafsir) kenamaan karya-karya Aristoteles. Bagian terpenting dari pemikiran filosofis Ibnu Miskawaih ditujukan pada etika atau moral. Ia seorang moralis dalam arti sesungguhnya. Masalah moral ia bicarakan dalam tiga bukunya: Tartib as-Sa`aadah, Tahziib al-Akhlaq, dan Jawadan Khirad.
Artikel ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan pemikiran filsafat manusia Ibn Miskawaih dalam kitab Tahdzib Al-akhlaq dengan fokus pada konsepsi tentang moral atau etika yang sangat berhubungan erat dengan masalah ruh. Ia mempersamakan pembawaan ruh dengan kebajikan-kebajikan yang mempunyai tiga macam pembawaan: rasionalitas, keberanian, dan hasrat; di samping itu ruh juga mempunyai tiga kebajikan yang saling berkaitan, yaitu: kebijaksanaan, keberanian, dan kesederhanaan. Mengenai fitrah manusia Ibnu Miskawaih berpendapat bahwa adanya manusia bergantung pada kehendak Tuhan, tetapi baik-buruknya manusia diserahkan kepada manusia sendiri dan bergantung pada kemauannya sendiri. Manusia mempunyai tiga macam pembawaan: akal (yang tertinggi), nafsu (yang terendah), dan keberanian (diantara kedua lainnya). Dalam masalah etika, Ibnu Miskawaih berpendapat bahwa kebaikan terletak pada segala yang menjadi tujuan, dan apa yang berguna untuk mencapai tujuan tersebut adalah baik juga. Kebaikan atau kebahagiaan adalah sesuatu yang relatif dan dapat juga dicapai di dunia. Melalui studi kepustakaan, dengan pendekatan analisis konten, studi menemukan fakta historis bahwa Ibnu Miskawaih menjelaskan jiwa bukan tubuh, bukan bagian dari tubuh , bukan pula keadaan dalam tubuh, tetapi sesuatu yang lain dengan tubuh, baik dari segi substansinya, penilaiannya, sifat-sifat serta tingkah lakunya. Fakultas berfikir (al-quwwah al-natiqah); Fakultas nafsu syahwiyah; Fakultas amarah ( al-quwwah al-ghadhabiyyah). Miskawaih juga menjelaskan bahwa Penyakit-penyakit dari sifat-sifat hamba terbagi menjadi dua macam: Pertama, sebagai hasil dari perbuatan, Kedua, akhlak buruk yang memang bersumber dari nafsunya yang tercela. Miskawaih juga menempatkan empat kebajika pokok: Kearifan, Sederhana, Keberanian, Keadilan.

Music in The Liturgy of The Catholic Community in Jakarta, Indonesia
No full textThis article discusses music in the Catholic liturgy in Jakarta, Indonesia in the postmodern era within the context of the autonomy of the Catholic Church. The Indonesian Catholic Church is an independent and autonomous church where liturgical music is a form of original artistic expression. However, in practice, the majority of Catholics in Indonesia view the liturgical celebration as uninteresting and dull. Conversely, pop music has increasingly influenced liturgical music. This reality is discussed and analyzed specifically in regards to liturgical music that experiences contextual data inference, especially in the specific cultural contexts of the community. The data analysis shows, in perception of Catholics in Jakarta, the role of liturgical music in worship is not homogeneous, but rather depends on the educational background, attention from Pastors of the Parish, cultural factors, and individual past experiences. For the most part, the level of understanding regarding the nature and important position of liturgical music in religious holy celebrations is low. Most consider that all music is the same and can therefore be used in the liturgy. Music is considered only a complement to enhance religious celebrations. In this context, the government and the Indonesian Catholic Church established the Catholic Church Choir Development Institute (LP3K) as a forum for fostering Catholics in Indonesia in the liturgical field and discussing issues related to music. VITAMIN D AND SEROTONIN’S ROLE IN NEUROPSYCHIATRIC DISORDERS

Vitamin D is known to play an active role in the development of nerve cells, as well as regulating the expression of one of the important genes in serotonin metabolism, namely THP2. Vitamin D and serotonin play an important role in the development of various neuropsychiatric diseases, Autism spectrum disorder (ASD), schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, and depression. Method: An article review was carried out by tracing various scientific literature relating to theories regarding the relationship of vitamin D and Serotonin, as well as neuropsychiatric disorders related to metabolic disorders and the production of vitamin D and serotonin. Results: The biological activity of vitamin D is mediated by the vitamin D receptor (VDR). The bonding complex between VDR and VDRE in the promoter of a gene will initiate the transcription process, one of which is TPH2, which plays an active role in the synthesis of brain serotonin. Serotonin has an important role as a neurotransmitter, hormone and morphogen for the brain. This neurotransmitter have important functions in the brain in controlling appetite, energy expenditure, sleep, body temperature, mood, and social cognition. Conclusion: Vitamin D plays an active role in the transcription of TPH2, which plays an active role in the synthesis of brain serotonin. Vitamin D facilitate tryptophan metabolism by increasing TPH2 to synthesize serotonin. Disruption of vitamin D levels will change serotonin levels and function in the brain, resulting in impaired behavior and executive brain function.

The Implementation of Student Writing Skills of Indonesian Subject Course in Islamic Education Study Program
Get PDFThis article describes the implementation of student writing skills of the Islamic religious education Program at Bahasa Indonesia language IN IAIN Pontianak. The study used case studies aimed at: 1) describing the methods of implementing students' habituation, 2) Elements of Islamic religious education in the students ' habituation writing. Data collection is done with interviews, observations, and documentation, while data analysis uses interactive data analysis Miles Hubberman. The results of this study indicate that; 1) method of writing habituation for students is to write a personal experience story in the diary, write about the history of life in the type of autobiography, and convey the idea of Islamic education in the form of inspirational essay writing, 2) elements of Islamic education that is habituation activities writing found in Islamic theme elections, namely the experience the religious, the famous teacher, and the Islamic education. The study recommended that Indonesian lecturers in particular and other subjects in general, continue to motivate and familiarize students in writing because it has great benefits for itself in the futur
THE IMPLEMENTATION OF NEW STUDENT ADMISSION SERVICE ZONING SYSTEM IN PONTIANAK: GOOD POLICY OR BAD POLICY (PARENTS PERSPECTIVE)

This study aims to describe the implementation and the evaluation from the parents perspective as the vital stakeholder in new students admission service PPDB zoning system in Pontianak.. This research is case study. The results of the study are it is good policy because the reasons of learners that agree with the zoning system in accordance with the purpose of the government is to bring the quality of public schools in Indonesia and move closer to the school, so that students are more safety and more save time and cost in transportation. The zoning system still needs improvement and improvement of the system so that the Government's objectives to ensure the quality of the school are in fairness. The reason parents do not agree with the zoning system is because it is worried that it can negatively affect the spirit of learning for The students of high academic ability because of the competition not as strict as the value system/final test score.

ABSTRAK
Tulisan ini bertujuan untuk menggambarkan pelaksanaan dan evaluasi dari sudut pandang orang tua sebagai pemangku kepentingan yang penting dalam penerimaan siswa baru PPDB sistem zonasi di Pontianak. Penelitian ini adalah studi kasus. Hasil penelitian ini adalah kebijakan yang baik dalam hal system Zonasi karena pendapat dan alasan dari pelajar yang setuju dengan sistem zonasi sesuai dengan tujuan pemerintah adalah untuk membawa kualitas sekolah umum di Indonesia dan bergerak lebih dekat ke sekolah, sehingga siswa lebih aman dan lebih menghemat waktu dan biaya dalam transportasi. Sistem zonasi masih perlu perbaikan dan peningkatan sistem sehingga tujuan pemerintah untuk memastikan kualitas sekolah yang adil. Alasan orang tua tidak setuju dengan sistem zonasi adalah karena khawatir bahwa hal itu dapat berdampak negatif terhadap semangat belajar bagi siswa kemampuan akademik tinggi karena persaingan tidak seketat dengan adanya nilai ujian akhir/Skor UN.

The result of study indicate the stage of children’s education should be carried out in the womb up to six years old. Salah sagu berita yang sangat menyita perhatian masyarakat saat ini adalah tentang Agama, terutama Agama Islam. Apapun berita yang terkait muslim, Tokoh Muslim maupun pelecehan terhadap Islam akan menuai banyak komentar dari masyarakat, semuanya terjadi karena Islam merupakan Agama yang mayoritas di Indonesia dan toleransi yang dibangun akan menjadikan semua isu tentang Agama dapat teratasi dengan baik. Sampai saat ini tak ada henti-hentinya media memberitakan sesuatu yang berkaitan dengan Agama seperti apa yang dialami oleh salah satu Ustadz yang memiliki penggemar yang bagitu banyak sehingga dijuluki dengan Dai sejuta umat yaitu Ustadz Abdul Somad LC, MA. Beliau dilaporkan atas tuduhan penistaan terhadap Agama Non Muslim. Namun akhirny beliau tidak dikenai hukuman terhadap laporan tersebut karena dari hasil proses hokum yang dijalaninya bahwa beliau tidak terbukti bersalah atas apa yang diucapkannya. Peran media sangat penting dalam meredam isu tersebut, andai media tidak setuju dengan hasil tersebut, maka bukan hal yang mustahil untuk memframing berita agar kasus ini terus berlanjut
