METODE PENENTUAN ARAH KIBLAT MASJID DARUNNA'IM KOTA PONTIANAK
Abstract
Facing the qibla direction is one of the requirements of performing prayer, and therefore of course it must be made as accurate as possible in the direction of the Kaaba. Darunna’im Mosque is the center of religious worship services for students in the Darunna’im Islamic Boarding School in Pontianak. From the search results using the Google Earth application, the researcher found inaccuracy of the direction of the mosque building from what i should be which is 292° 44’ 56” while the direction of the mosque building qibla is 281° 50’ 00” so there is a deviation of 10° 54’ 56”. From the above background, the researcher felt the need to explore further the direction of the mosque’s qibla with the focus of research namely on the methods carried out in deternmining the direction of the Darunna’im mosque’s qibla and accuracy of the direction of the mosque by using several methods of determining the qibla direction (Qibla with Theodolite, Compass and Rashdul qibla). This study uses a descriptive method with a qualitative approach, and techniques of interview, direct observation, and field measurements. Data were obtained as material for analysis. After the analysis was done, than the researcher drew conclusions and provided suggestions. From the result of the analysis of the data that the researcher got in the field, it can be concluded that the direction of the Darunna’im Mosque was deviated. The measurementsof the mosque’s qibla direction using Google Earth shows the direction of 292° 44’ 56” while the direction of the mosque is 281° 50’ 00”, a deviation of 10° 54’ 56” occurs. Then using theodolite on May 28, 2019 at 16:19 WIB showing the direction of 0° 1’ 16.62” while the direction of the Mosque is 349° 07’ 32.76”, then a deviation of 10° 53’ 43.86” occurs. Then on July 16 using theodolite , it showed the direction 0° 1’ 28.76” while the direction of the Mosque is 349° 07’ 44.9”, then there is a deviation of 10° 53’ 43.86”. Then when the Rashdul Qibla was used on May 28, 2019, it showed at 16:17 WIB. Then at the time of Rashdul Qibla on July 16, it showed the qibla direction at 16:26 WIB. Then using Compass, it showed the direction 292° 44’ 56.21” while the direction of the mosque is 281° 50’ 00”, so a deviation of 10° 54’ 56.21” occurs.

MASLAHAH AL-MURSALAH DALAM KEHIDUPAN BERBANGSA DAN BERNEGARA (Perspektf NU dan Ulamā Mazdhāhib AL-Arbā’ah )
Islamic Shari’ah is very concerned about the realization of welfare and general benefit in the life of the nation and state. Public benefit accommodates the interests of all parties regardless of faith, class, skin color and does not contradict with Islamic law (Qur'an, hadith, ijmâ and qiyas). Maslahah 'âmmah is the benefit that leads to the principle of justice, freedom and human equality in front of law. Maslahah 'âmmah must have the principle of syûra (deliberation), Maslahah 'âmmah is determined, must go through representative institutions as the aspirations of the people, as well as for their interests, which is decided in the Law on people's representative institutions (majlis istisyâri) which the government must guide as honest executors and consequently, and there must be positive support and control over representative institutions as formulators (legislative), as law enforcing judiciary (judiciary). The implication of the difference in the concept of maslahah 'âmmah will increase the breadth of the concept or make it easier to limit and seek decisions of public interest (maslahah 'âmmah), in accordance with the times that are increasingly rotating in the midst of life. Because in essence, all of this comes down to one goal, namely the realization of benefit 'âmmah (universal goodness). Ijtihad produced by Nahdlatul Ulama, in realizing maslahah 'ammah and rejecting danger, is elastic in accordance with the times and conditions. Because the two concepts of NU and madzhâhib al-Arbâ'ah can complement or strengthen both of them, and the decisions that NU come up are stronger. Because NU in formulating maslahah 'âmmah only adds or completes it. For example, decisions must be based on the provisions of syûra (voice of government and people)
HAK ASASI MANUSIA: INSTRUMEN FATWA KONTEMPORER
Human Rights (HAM) in recent decades is very much discussed, written, and disseminated. This is also a concern of researchers related to the correlation of human rights in the process of the birth of a fatwa. This research is a library research that uses materials in the form of books, journals and other documents. The researcher found that in the context of fatwas in contemporary fiqh, understanding the mufti of human rights as a whole would help in producing an appropriate fatwa. This is because Human Rights have a basis in the study of Islamic law, while the maqashid shari'ah is an important instrument in devoting the fatwa. The human rights are also inseparable in the considerations of contemporary fatwas.
Hak Asasi Manusia (HAM) beberapa dekade ini sangat banyak diperbincangkan, ditulis, dan diseminarkan. Hal ini juga menjadi perhatian peneliti terkait korelasi HAM dalam proses lahirnya sebuah fatwa. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kepustakaan yang menggunakan bahan-bahan berupa buku, jurnal dan dokumen lain. Peneliti menemukan bahwa dalam konteks fatwa pada fiqh kontemporer pemahaman mufti tentang HAM secara utuh akan membantu dalam menghasilkan fatwa yang tepat. Hal ini dikarenakan Hak Asasi Manusia memiliki basis pada kajian maqashid syariah. Sedangkan maqashid syari’ah adalah instrumen penting dalam berfatwa. Sehingga Hak Asasi Manusia juga tidak dapat dipisahkan dalam pertimbangan-pertimbangan fatwa kontemporer
HUMANISME GUS DUR: PERGUMULAN ISLAM DAN KEMANUSIAAN, SEBAGAI JAWABAN DEHUMANISASI DI ERA DISRUPSI
This paper will explore about Gur Dur's thoughts of humanism.It has become important as an offer of dehumation that is increasingly prevalent in this era. Starting from the aspect of education, socio-humanitarian, culture, and the power of the capitalist bureaucracy, Gus Dur's humanism is not a secular western hunterism born of a critique of religious hegemony, but a birth of Islamic upbringing. The construction of Gus Dur's thought was built on three values that support and complement each other, namely Islamic universalism, Islamic cosmopolitanism, and the indigenization of Islam. This paper is a library research. By reading Gus Dur's Humanism, we will find the confidence of a Muslim who understands the task of humanity as a divine god.
Tulisan ini akan mengupas, menggali, dan mengekplorasi pemikiran Gur Dur pada sisi humanism.Pemikiran Presiden ke-4 RI ini menjadi penting sebagai tawaran dehumasinasi yang kian marak di era sekarang ini. Mulai dari aspek pendidikan yang mulai direduksi, sosial budaya yang nir-kemanusiaan, dan berkuasanya birokrasi kapitalis.Humanisme Gus Dur bukanlah hunamisme barat sekular yang lahir dari kritik atas hegemoni agama, melainkan lahir dari pemuliaan islam atas manusia. Kontruksi pemikiran Gus Dur dibangun berdasarkan tiga nilai yang saling menopang dan melengkapi, yaitu universalisme islam, kosmopolitanisme islam, dan pribumisasi islam. Tulisan ini merupakan penelitian kepustakaan (library research). Dengan membaca Humanisme Gus Dur, kita akan menemukan keyakinan seorang muslim yang memahami tugas kemanusian sebagai tuhan ketuhanan
MANTRA MELAYU KETAPANG DALAM DIALEKTIKA DAKWAH ISLAMIYAH DAN BUDAYA LOKAL
This article examines the use of mantra as a form of local wisdom within Ketapang Malay community. Meaning of mantra is found in the practices of daily life in the community. To explore the meaning, this work begins with analyzing the description of the form of mantra and its structure normally found in the Ketapang Malay community. Employing qualitative analysis, this paper presents the relevance of mantra as a form of local wisdom in its dialectic with the development of Islam within the Ketapang Malay community. The results of the analysis show that the mantra tradition in the Ketapang Malay community is apart of an oral tradition that has long been practiced before Islam. Religioous values can be seen in the oral tradition of mantra used by the Malay people of Ketapang which exist to date. To a certain extent, this tradition of mantrafuctions as an alternative in accommodating the interests of the community in the frame of local wisdom. The use of mantra for various purposes is a portrait of people's life patterns of the Ketapang Malay people who still believe in magical powers in their religious practices.

Artikel ini mengkaji tentang penggunaan mantra sebagai bentuk kearifan lokal masyarakat Melayu Ketapang. Pemaknaan mantra ditemukan dalam praktik kehidupan sehari-hari pada masyarakat Melayu di wilayah Ketapang ini. Untuk mendalami pemaknaan tersebut, artikel ini memulai dengan deskripsi bentuk mantra yang digunakan dan struktur mantra yang biasanya ditemui pada masyarakat Melayu Ketapang. Dengan analisis kualitatif, tulisan ini menyajikan relevansi mantra tersebut sebagai kearifan lokal dalam dialektikanya dengan perkembangan agama Islam pada masyarakat Melayu Ketapang.Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa tradisi mantra pada masyarakat Melayu Ketapang merupakan bagian dari tradisi lisan yang sejak lama telah dipraktikkan sebelum Islam.Unsur-unsur agama dapat dilihat pada tradisi lisan mantra yang digunakan oleh masyarakat melayu Ketapangyang eksis sampai saat ini.Dalam batas tertentu, tradisi mantra ini menjadi sebuah alternatif dalam mengakomodasi kepentingan-kepetingan masyarakat dalam bingkai kearifan lokal.Pemanfaatan mantra untuk beragam tujuan ini menjadi potret pola kehidupan masyarakat Melayu Ketapang yang masih mempercayai kekuatan magis dalam praktik keagamaannya.

LANGUAGE ACQUISITION FOR TODLER
ABSTRACT
This paper derived from the results of a study entitled Language Acquisition in 2.5-Year Old Children. At The age of 2.5, a normal child can utterance to phonemes, and limited words in accordance with with their environment and the objects around them. In addition, the words that came out were still fragmented and the words were still slipped. At The age of 2.3 to 2,5 years, the words produced have begun to increase and start from nouns and verbs. Treasury development has begun with abstract nouns. While nouns and verbs are also obtained as a result of repetition from the acquisition of either friends, Brothers, or parents. At The age of 2,5 years children can assemble simple words, ranging from one, two to three words, and finally make sentences.

ABSTRAK
Tulisan ini berangkat dari hasil penelitian yang berjudul Pemerolehan Bahasa Pada Anak Usia 2,5 Tahun. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperoleh gambaran bahwa pada umur 2,5 tahun, seorang anak yang normal sudah dapat mengucapkan fonem-fonem, dan kata yang terbatas sesuai dengan lingkungannya dan benda-benda yang ada di sekitarnya. Selain itu, kata-kata yang keluar adalah masih terpotong-potong dan ucapannya masih terpeleset. Pada umur 2,3 sampai 2,5 tahun, kata-kata yang diproduksinya sudah mulai bertambah dan mulai dari kata-kata benda dan kata kerja. Perkernbangan perbendaharaan bahasanya sudah mulai dengan kata-kata benda yang abstrak. Sementara kata-kata benda dan kata kerja juga bertambah diakibatkan oleh repetisi dari pemerolehan baik dari teman, kakak, maupun orang tuanya secara sadar maupun tidak sadar. Pada umur 2,5 tahun anak sudah bisa merangkai kata-kata secara sederhana, mulai dari satu, dua sampai tiga kata, dan akhirnya membentuk kalimat.

In various ways, we understand that general education is a way to deal with world problems in social life and religious knowledge is the provision to become a truth-oriented human being, a tendency to always live life as' Khairunnas' anfa'uhum linnas', useful humans for each other. A virtue of learning the values of da'wah is to always understand and respect each other's differences, know the right ways and methods in overcoming the problem of public worship. Nomadic da'wah is a technique applied to emphasize humanist-based propaganda in order to provide insight that upholding the human spirit is also an Islamic religious command
Religious Ambience on Social Media: A Case Study in A Pandemic Situation
Social media has been crucially important today in the pandemic situation. This work is rooted in key questions: whether social media consumption increases during a pandemic and does the communicative action of social media target religious ambience? The findings show that the flow of messages has increased on social media platforms during pandemic. However, the communicative action of social media is not targeted toward religious ambience. This work is based on data collected through a qualitative survey in the context of Assam, a state of India. The study concludes the communicative action of social media depends on its users' profiles. Users’ profile is perhaps the determining factor regarding religious ambience on social media
IMPLEMENTASI PEMIKIRAN FIQIH PRIORITAS YUSUF AL-QARDHAWI SEBAGAI UPAYA MEMBANGUN KEBIJAKAN BERBASIS KEMANUSIAAN
As one group or individual who was given a special mandate by God to represent Him in the field of service to the interests of humanity, the government or the authorities certainly have a very heavy responsibility. On one side of God’s syari’ah and His provisions to create benefit for mankind and focus on the protection and special handling of the problems of the masses or problems of humanity. That is, the government as a representative of God, should have a policy that takes sides and prioritizes policies based on humanism. As a literature-based study and discussion of literature, this paper reveals a piece of ijtihad of a contemporary ulama’ Yusuf Qaradawi namely fiqh of priority. This study is very important for dissemination, looking at the problematics of government policy ideas that often override humanitarian problems, as well as the importance of using new analysis glasses in the form of studies based on Islamic law. So, this kind of study, can be used special considerations and add new treasures in contemporary Islamic legal thought
