PENGAJIAN ARTIS DAN FENOMENA SPIRITUALITAS YOUTUBE
Fenomena pengajian artis menjadi tren di kalangan selebritas dalam beberapa tahun terakhir. Para artis yang berkumpul dalam satu pengajian dibimbing oleh ustad populer atau tokoh agama terkenal. Pengajian artis ini menjadi sarana komunikasi baru mencari jalan dakwah karena mengunakan media baru, internet yakni Youtube. Sehingga bukan hanya artis, namun masyarakat umumpun bisa merasakan suasana spiritual baru menimba ilmu agama dari para artis. Mereka, artis yang tergabung dalam kumpulan pengajian memiliki beberapa kesamaan karakteristik. Diantaranya seperti artis-artis yang baru merasakan spiritual Islam, sebagian menyebut mulai berhijrah, mualaf atau mulai berhijab syari. Sebagian lainnya mencari ketenangan setelah kepopuleran mereka mulai meredup. Pengajian artis melalui media baru, Youtube ini kemudian berkembang menjadi fenomena bagi warganet yang mencari saluran spiritual tersendiri. Dimana wadah pengajian ini bukan hanya tempat memperdalam ilmu agama, namun juga menjadi ajang mempererat silatrahim dan berbagi pengalaman serta hobi dalam satu komunitas baru

TINJAUAN MAQASHID SYARIAH Al-SYATIBI TENTANG PERLINDUNGAN HUKUM UMKM DI MASA PANDEMI
The purpose of this research is the protection of small, mid and medium Enterprise (SME) laws in pandemic where this pandemic affects many aspect, one of which is the economy. The economy as an important milestone in people's lives from small to large levels also has an important role in the State. Especially on the legal protection of SME in this pandemic period is urgently needed. As a badly affected SME business, the government is obliged to seek the welfare rights of SME, so that the Economic Activity of the State increases again. The guarantee of legal protection of SME during this pandemic is in accordance with the legislation or government regulations so that the role of SME is not weakened. This research is qualitative research using normative juridical approaches. The collection of data using books related to SME and Sharia Maqashid. The data is collected later with the concept of sharia maqashid Al-Syatibi. The results of the discussion show that economic activity will achieve significant benefits if it achieves the indicators in the Sharia maqashid al-Shatibi. FAKTOR-FAKTOR MENINGKATNYA PERCERAIAN DI KOTA MEDAN DAN KAITANNYA DENGAN PANDEMI COVID-19
This paper explains the increase in divorce in the city of Medan and its relation to the Covid-19 pandemic. Divorce during the pandemic has occurred in every region, because many factors support the occurrence of divorce during the Covid-19 pandemic. This encourages the author to conduct research on the divorce rate in the city of Medan. How is divorce in the city of Medan and the factors that cause divorce in Medan and is it related to the Covid-19 pandemic. In conducting research, the method used by the writer is descriptive qualitative and the data sources to be used are written sources from books, journal articles and others. The research location is in the city of Medan especially the Medan religious court class 1A. Based on this research, divorce in the city of Medan continues to increase every year, in 2017 there were 2,057, in 2018 there were 2,509, in 2019 there were 2,757. During the Covid-19 pandemic, divorce cases continued to increase from January to October 2020, there were 2378 divorce cases, the dominant factors in divorce were economic factors, lack of harmony in the family, domestic violence, and irresponsibility. As for the relationship between divorce and the Covi-19 pandemic, there was a period of quarantine during the Covid-19 pandemic as a result, many people were threatened and lost their jobs, this made it difficult to pay for household needs
Response of Millennial Muslims to Religious Minority Groups in Indonesia
Religious minority groups have historically been positioned as the trigger for religious and social disharmony. This paper aims to explore the millennial Muslims’ basis for their positioning towards minority groups in Indonesia. The data collected through questionnaires, interviews, and document studies were analyzed and then converted into narrative form, tables, diagrams, and charts. The findings show that there are two millennial Muslim responses towards religious minority groups. First, some are responding with acceptance of non-Islamic affiliated minority groups. Of the 412 surveyed respondents, 280 or 67, 96% stated their acceptance based on the juridical-constitutional reason that every citizen has the same rights and obligations, including the rights to live and obey the law. Representing the second millennial response, most respondents also rejected Islamic-affiliated minority groups. 383 respondents (93%) stated this rejection noting that they believe in the existence of these groups damaging Islam’s image. The different forms of response are based on theological, juridical, and cultural reasons that can be found in religious arguments, legislation, and values of the local wisdom of the Indonesians. This study proposes the need of building better understanding among millennial Muslims regarding social diversity in Indonesia, and finding common ground for these differences that can be applied to avoid religious conflicts in the future
AKHLAK DAN ADAB GURU PENDIDIKAN AGAMA ISLAM DALAM PERSPEKTIF KH. M. HASYIM ASY’ARI
Abstract: Islamic Religious Education is the most important part of the education system in Indonesia. This is because Islamic Religious Education is education, which contains moral, intellectual, and spiritual education. Meanwhile, teachers are the main component in the continuity of Islamic Religious Education (PAI). The number of PAI teachers continues to increase along with the number of schools and scholars of Islamic Education. However, the issue of the quality of basic competencies is the main problem. In the book Adab al ‘Alim wa al Muta'llim by Hadratussyaikh Hasyim Asy'ari explained that after faith and takwah, morals and ethic are very important foundations in the educational process. The purpose of this study is to determine the moral and ethic competence of teachers according to Hadratussyaikh Hasyim Asy'ari seen from the point of view of Islamic Education Philosophy. This study employed a qualitative approach to literature study with descriptive analytical data analysis. From this research, an ideal concept of basic competence can be generated according to KH. M. Hasyim Asy'ari Thought, which consists of 9 points. All of these points are in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Indonesia number 14 of 2005 concerning Teachers Chapter IV Articles 1, 2, and 10 which confirms that teacher competence includes pedagogic competence, personality competence, social competence, and professional competence obtained through professional education. In addition, it is also in accordance with the basic competencies of teachers, namely personal competence and social competence. These basic competencies can also be applied in all Islamic-based educational institutions to improve the quality of morals, ethics and adab of education personnel, especially for teachers.

KEDUDUKAN WALI SEBAGAI SYARAT SAHNYA PERKAWINAN DALAM HUKUM ISLAM: Perspefktif Historis dan Ushul Fiqh
Isu tentang hak dan kedudukan wali nikah dalam hukum Islam merupakan salah satu objek perdebatan dalam sejarah perkembangan hukum Islam. Para ulama mazhab, bahkan hingga saat ini belum mencapai kesepakatan tentang hukum pernikahan yang dilakukan tanpa adanya wali.. Perbedaan tersebut bertolak dari pemahaman para ulama mazhab terkait dengan dasar hukum hadis yang digunakan sebagai sumber dalam menggali hukum. Kajian ini dibatasi pada dua permasalahan berikut: (1) Bagaimana hak dan kedudukan wali nikah menurut pandangan mazhab empat (Hanafi, Maliki, Syafi’i, dan Hanbali)?; (2) Bagaimana hak dan kedudukan wali nikah tersebut apabila ditinjau dari konteks kekinian? Penelitian ini adalah penelitian pustaka (library research), sedangkan model analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis perbandingan (comparative analysis) dimana dalam hal ini penulis berusaha memperbandingkan konsep hukum wali nikah menurut pada ulama mazhab dengan konteks sosial yang berkembang saat ini.
Hasil penelitian ini adalah: (1) Mayoritas ulama mazhab sepakat bahwa pernikahan tidak sah jika dilakukan tanpa wali. Namun demikian tidak ada keterangan yang tegas mengenai hak dan kedudukan wali dalam pernikahan dalam arti apakah seorang wali cukup hadir dalam pernikahan anak perempuannya, ataukah seorang wali mempunyai hak untuk mengizinkan atau membatalkan suatu pernikahan yang akan dilaksanakan. Berbeda dengan jumhur ulama, mazhab Hanafi berpendapat bahwa pernikahan dianggap sah meskipun tanpa adanya wali nikah. (2) Terkait dengan apakah hukum wajibnya wali dalam pernikahan bersama hak ijbar yang melekat padanya masih relevan dengan situasi kekinian? Penulis dalam hal ini berpendapat bahwa 'illat hukum dari wajibnya kehadiran dan izin wali dalam pernikahan adalah untuk memelihara kemaslahatan anak gadis yang hendak menikah dan melindunginya dari kemudharatan akibat pernikahan tersebut (disebabkan karena anak gadis yang hendak menikah belum dewasa atau tidak memiliki pengalaman yang memadai dalam memilih pasangan hidup), maka kehadiran wali adalah wajib selama 'illat hukum tersebut masih ada dalam suatu pernikahan. Sebaliknya, ketika 'illat hukum yang dimaksud sudah tidak ditemukan dalam suatu akad pernikahan, misalnya bagi pernikahan seorang perempuan yang telah dewasa, terdidik, dan mampu memilih yang baik dan buruk bagi hidupnya, maka dalam konteks ini kewajiban menghadirkan wali dan meminta persetujuannya tersebut tidak diperlukan lagi
Ahlus Sunnah Views of COVID-19 in Social Media: The Islamic Preaching by Gus Baha and Abdus Somad
The Covid-19 pandemic, which occurred in line with the massive transformation of digital media, was a significant moment that enabled diverse Islamic preachers to use media to advance their own interests. However, little has been discussed regarding the religious responses to the COVID-19 performed by Ahlus Sunnah community members or those who are not inclined to participate in radical activities. By analyzing two important Ahlus Sunnah figures, Gus Baha and Abdus Somad, this article focuses on the group’s COVID-19 views on social media, which represents their motives, perspectives, strategies, and theological views to encourage Muslims to have certain mindsets on the virus. Given that Abdul Somad Official account around 5-75 with 500 thousand subscribers, this article investigates their religious/ theological perspectives on COVID-19 and the extent to which they represent religious moderate viewpoints as the solution of the COVID-19. It argues that their YouTube or Facebook channels have enabled the birth of religious moderate arguments on COVID-19 rooted in the Ahlus Sunnah movement. Unlike well-established scientific perspectives on Covid-19 that spread out through official government channels or television, Gus Baha and Abdus Somad’s viewpoints have been relatively independent from medical networks, but highly dependent on Ahlus Sunnah movements. With a high number of offline and online followers, it demonstrates the potential of their status as religious influencers on COVID-19 based on Ahlus Sunnah viewpoints in Indonesia
PERKEMBANGAN KOGNITIF ANAK DAN REMAJA DI TENGAH POPULARITAS APLIKASI TIK TOK: Studi Selebgram Tiktokers Remaja Kota Pontianak
Tiktok's popularity is motivated by the rapid technology and the internet needs of the people who have become basic necessities, Tiktok's presence is used creatively by some teenagers so that he makes himself a famous person. In Pontianak, many celebrities use the Tiktok application as their Instagram content. The short video application has positive and negative impacts on the cognitive development of children and adolescents, this is the background of the authors to raise this research, the method used is qualitative with a cognitive psychology approach, the research subject is Tiktok selebgram chosen by the author based on several aspects including its popularity in Pontianak and researchers conducted interviews and analyzed and developed through theories of cognitive development of children and adolescents, the results of the study showed the popularity of Tiktok provides a cognitive impact on children and adolescents so that it can affect various cognitive aspects of children and adolescents.

The Practice of Tabut in Bengkulu: A Shared Tradition of Sunni And Shia
This study explains how the existence of Tabut is interpreted so that it becomes a tradition in the Sunni’s community. It is important to understand how this ritual is maintained in the midst of the Sunni-Shia’s conflicts which continue to occur. The present study was qualitatively conducted using a field research method. The members including the leaders of Keluarga Kerukunan Tabut (KKT) and those of Tabut Pembangunan as the community handled by the government were engaged as the participants of this study. The data collection techniques deployed interviews, observations, documentation, and literature reviews. The present study revealed that the existence of Tabut’s tradition which is claimed to be a tradition originated from Shia’s teachings is able to maintain its presence in Bengkulu. This existence survives in the middle of Bengkulu’s society that is predominantly Sunni. This tradition is capable of being a peaceful path between Sunni and Shia in Bengkulu because each of them succeeds in creating social interactions through the Tabut’s tradition as human relations and the symbol they interpret. As an implication, this study highlighted that a religious or cultural activity can be a medium of social bondage in the midst of cultural diversity. This study contributes to being a reference for those who have interests in anthropological, social, and religious fields
