    SHARENTING YANG DILAKUKAN OLEH IBU MUSLIM DI INSTAGRAM DITINJAU DARI AL QURAN

    Perkembangan teknologi berpengaruh terhadap pola sosialisasi masyarakat, temasuk penyebaran informasi dan interaksi antar orangtua seputar pengasuhan anak. Situs jejaring sosial menjadi media untuk orangtua melakukan sharenting salah satunya adalah instagram. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menunjukan fenomena sharenting yang dilakukan oleh ibu muslim dan bagaimana fenomena sharenting ini ditinjau dari al quran terutama dari QS. Lukman. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan kualitaif deskriptif, pengambilan data dilakukan dengan menganalisis akun instagram ibu muslim yang melakukan sharenting. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa sharenting yang dilakukan oleh ibu muslim di instagram telah sesuai dengan pola asuh yang diterapkan oleh Luqman Hakim terhadap anak-anaknya sebagaimana terkandung dalam Q.S Lukman. Technological developments affect the pattern of socialization of society, including the dissemination of information and interactions between parents around childcare. Social networking sites become a media for parents to do sharenting, one of which is Instagram. This study aims to show the phenomenon of sharenting conducted by Muslim mothers and how this sharenting phenomenon is viewed from the Koran, especially from the QS. Lukman. This research method uses descriptive qualitative, data collection is done by analyzing the Instagram account of Muslim mothers who do sharenting. The results showed that the sharenting conducted by Muslim mothers on Instagram was in accordance with the parenting applied by Luqman Hakim towards his children as contained in Q.S Lukman

    Artikel ini bertujuan untuk mengkonstruksi unsur-unsur dakwah yang terdapat di dalam buku Konseling dan Terapi Qur’ani (Korini) karya Ridwan (2018). Apakah Korini sudah memenuhi struktur model konseling Islami, bagaimana dengan pemenuhan unsur dakwah, dan apa asas utamanya? Jawaban terhadap pertanyaan ini diberikan melalui penelitian kualitatif literer, dengan menerapkan analisis hermenutika dari Recouer. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa struktur model Korini kelebihannya ada pada objektivitas indikator keberhasilan. Objektivitas ditekankan karena sasaran pengubahan Korini adalah kalbu (hati), di mana hati memiliki cara berpikirnya sendiri. Sementara itu, lima dimensi dakwah dipenuhi, dan dijalankan dengan lebih menekankan kepada sentuhan kepada mad’u(konseli) melalui ayat, kisah dan sajak yang menyentuh hati. Untuk itu, konselor Korini adalah mubalig dan profesional yang mampu menunjukkan kasih sayang, memaafkan dan memohonkan ampunan Tuhan (yang mengacu kepada QS. Ali ‘Imran [03] ayat 159). Asas utama Korini adalah dengan memberikan porsi berpikir yang besar setelah berzikir untuk menegakkan Kalimat Allah

    Muhammad Abduh had a remarkably profound and lasting impact in South East Asia. His works and ideas were highly influential in the region with strong repercussion in its political and social landscape. He had strongly impacted the movements of Muhammadiyah, al-Irsyad and Persatuan Islam (Persis). His Tafsir al-Manar had broke the ground with rational outlook that influence major works of tafsir such as Tafsir al-Azhar, Tafsir al-Quranul Karim, Tafsir al-Qur’an al-Madjied (Tafsir al-Nur), Tafsir al-Qur’an al-Hakim, Tafsir al-Misbah and Tafsir al-Furqan. The Majallah al-Manar initiated by Muhammad Abduh had significantly inspired many reform oriented works and periodicals such as journal al-Imam, al-Munir, al-Ikhwan, Saudara, al-Dhakhirah al-Islamiyah and Seruan Azhar.     Glorifying women and preventing them from all kinds of discrimination is an integral part of Islam. Therefore this spirit has always been instilled from generation to generation as evidence of the truth of Islam rahmatan lil alamin. The inconsistency between values and reality on the ground is caused by certain people who destroy the concept. Meanwhile in Indonesia, Walisongo as the representative of the most successful spreaders of Islam in the history of preaching the archipelago has also done the same thing. It's just that the patriarchal culture that was still attached to Javanese society in that era made Walisongo more refined in instilling this spirit with the method of preaching infiltration, in order to avoid resistance and even conflict in the community. In the end, wayang was chosen as a medium for implementing the method, through the construction of the Srikandi character. Using this type of qualitative research with a sociological historical analysis approach, this research tries to explore how the implementation of the dakwah infiltration method through the construction of Srikandi characters so that it can accommodate issues of gender equality. As for the results of this study, it can be concluded that the implementation of the infiltration da'wah method is carried out by constructing the Srikandi character so that it has a striking difference from its original form - the Hindu Mahabharata version -. In his new form, Srikandi is depicted as a real woman who becomes Arjuna's wife, symbolizing the emancipation of women without having to leave their nature as a woman.)

Profesi ini identik dengan memiliki jam kerja yang tidak pasti, pulang tidak sesuai yang diinginkan dikarenakan perjalanan jauh dan memakan waktu yang cukup lama, kekhawatiran terjadi perselingkuhan karena kesempatan mencari pasangan lain sangat terbuka lebar, sehingga hal ini diduga dapat mempengaruhi keharmonisan rumah tangganya. Selanjutnya akan dibahas lebih lanjut Bagaimana tinjauan keluarga sakinah terhadap rumah tangga sopir truk di Desa Sukanegara? Kesimpulan dari hasil penelitian ini adalah Rumah tangga di kalangan sopir truk di Desa Sukanegara belum sesuai dengan standar dan konsep penerapan agar terciptanya rumah tangga harmonis menurut ajaran Islam. Oleh karena itu, mayoritas dari rumah tangga di kalangan sopir truk di Desa Sukanegara tidak dapat mewujudkan rumah tangga harmonis

    PEMIKIRAN PENDIDIKAN ISLAM OMAR MUHAMMAD TOUMY DALAM PERSPEKTIF PROGRESIVISME

    Abstract: This article explores the progressive style of Islamic education and education philosophy initiated by Omar Muhammad at-Toumy Asy-Syaibani. In conducting the exploration, the author uses a qualitative literature research method with the primary source of the book Falsafatu at-Tarbiyah al-Islamiyah by Omar at-Toumy. The results of this paper are a progressive style in the concept of Omar's Islamic education philosophy, including (1) the concept of Tawazun (balanced) and I'tidal (proportional) applied by Omar in formulating the philosophy of Islamic education accommodating the characteristics of progressivism in education in general and at the same time providing a new color in Islamic progressivism. Omar's concept of tawazun was poured into seeing reality, seeing the process of humans getting knowledge, and sources of knowledge and knowledge that are considered valid. (2) Emphasizing individual and societal change for the better, (3) The philosophy of Islamic education is following the community environment's realities (environmentalism) and can be practiced, not utopian ideas. (4) The philosophy of Islamic education is dynamic (dynamic) which can be changed at any time according to the demands of the times (5) Humans (education subjects) as creatures (natural realities) are the best according to Islamic teachings and have intelligence (instrumentalism) as natural resources and potential in solving all problems in the world, besides that he can prosper or take advantage of all the potential that exists in his life (6) The principle of justice and equality in society (students). A progressive style can be seen in (1) The existence of practical and realistic concepts in Islamic education, not only dwelling on information and theory, (2) According to him, an educator must maintain the differences that students have. , given that students have different potentials. (3) The goals of education are also very dynamic, they are adapted to the times, and (4) The curriculum in Islamic education must also be dynamic and flexible with the times.     Self-Islah, Gender Relation and Socio-Economic Challenges on Tablighi Jamaat Proselytization Practices in Indonesia

    This article explores one of the Tablighi Jamaat (TJ) teachings self-islah that develops in its dawah practices. Self-Islah emphasizes improving oneself through a proselytization program called khuruj from one community to another, from one mosque to another. The phenomenon of TJ dawah shows a different approach and pattern where da’i play dual roles not only as subject (preachers) but also as an object (listeners) during that khuruj program. Self-islah in this context includes strengthening faith, morals, and gender awareness. The gender aspect is strong external critics of TJ religious tradition where it does not involve women in their religious activities and even avoids interacting with them. Thus, TJ members must handle all the needs while staying in the mosque for religious camps, such as washing clothes, cooking, washing dishes, and serving guests from the local and international community. The article investigates changes in gender relations within the TJ family in the post-khuruj program. This article also focuses on the economic challenges Tablighi members face when they go out of preaching (khuruj), especially those from the lower-middle class. The research findings show that most TJ members achieved self-Islah and hugely impacted the evolution of spirituality after khuruj. They also acknowledged the transformation of gender relations in the family, but on another side, facing economic crises due to prioritizing dawah activity. I used an ethnographic approach and applied a qualitative method in collecting and analyzing data for two years (2017-2018) in three research locations, Lombok, Balikpapan, and Jakarta

    POLA PERKEMBANGAN NORMA DAN SANKSI SUAP DALAM FATWA MAJELIS ULAMA INDONESIA, NAHDLATUL ULAMA DAN MUHAMMADIYAH

    This paper, through literature studies and historical and normative approaches, outlines the development of norms and risywah sanctions in the MUI, NU and Muhammadiyah Fatwas after bribery crimes are regulated by positive laws in Indonesia. As far as norms are concerned, the fatwas of the three institutions tend to follow historical patterns, continuing the classical norms of risywah. The construction of bribery norms in the third fatwa is inseparable from the identity they hold, namely the fatwa community that has the right to be protected normatively religiously (halal / haram) and practically. MUI identifies itself as an NGO, not the Mufti of the State, while NU and Muhammadiyah confirm themselves as community organizations. As for the bribery sanctions, the three institutions bring together the interests of the fatwa community and the government, recognize the rights and qualifications of the government to implement ta'zir, and identify themselves as citizens who comply with positive laws

    TRANSAKSI PINJAMAN PAY LATER PADA MARKETPLACE SHOPEE PADA PERSPEKTIF HUKUM EKONOMI ISLAM

    This article aims to examine the loan on the pay later feature provided by the shopee marketplace. Shopeepaylater provides assistance in the form of instant loans for users who want to buy the desired item. Loans provided cannot be cashed and can only be used at the shopee marketplace. To get a shopeepaylater loan limit, the user must meet the requirements set by Shopee. The nominal loan limit given to each user is different. The terms of the loan service provided are in the form of 1x installment/Buy now, pay later and in installments of 2 months, 3 months, 6 months and 12 months. This research uses an empirical method that is descriptive with a qualitative approach. The primary data source in this study were shopeepaylater users. Meanwhile, secondary data were obtained from related books and documents. The loan between the borrower and the shopee have met the pillars and qardh requirements. However, in determining the handling fee, the shopee sets the fee as a percentage. Based on the Fatwa of the National Syari'ah Council NO.19/DSNMUI/IV /2001 concerning Al-Qardh, does not allow handling or administration fees based on calculating a percentage of the amount of qardh funds given. There are differences opinion of credit practice to conclude, credit practices are not allowed as there is an additional price is usury, while usury is prohibited in islam. Some opinion that allow the credit practice is clear on the grounds of the akad. Because they observe from the general proposition that allows. As long as the additional price on the postponement is a fair and reasonable price, and there is no coercion both sides

    Religion and Psychological Values in Culinary Tradition Within Local Communities of West Kalimantan

    The article aims to explore culinary tradition that penetrates the public space which does not give room for tolerance because it has to deal with the rules of Islamic law. Food is perceived as being in a binary opposition: having an integration effect or being a social conflict resolution. Food is presented to the public space as a duplication of scriptural sources, a marker of tradition, an ecological balancing argument, and an indication of social shift. This paper confirms that dining tradition is proven to have an Islamic ideology. It is indicated by the ijab qabul phenomenon that accompanies the culinary tradition procession as an entity enriching the concept of fiqh among people living in coastal areas regarding the concept of food. In addition, eating and its traditions have an effect on environmental conflict resolution in the coastal areas of West Kalimantan. The traditions of food, land, houses, gatherings and reciting prayers for safety are all important ethnic characteristics in West Kalimantan. These five entities, which are perceived by the people of Kalimantan as provisions for life, have proven to be of no subjective values; they are reserved only for anyone with productive land. However, farm products in the form of food are also distributed to anyone in need. When someone has fulfilled the ber-saro'an (the invitation to eat; berontang or saprahan) in a village, they are no longer treated as “strangers”. This tradition is not only about eating but also has to do with the emergence of variants of Islamic fiqh in the coastal areas indicating psychological values
