    ABSTRACT Family Guidance is an effort made by parents when educating their children. The purpose of this study was to find out: (1) What Islamic educational values are applied to children through family guidance methods in Parit Baru Village, RT. 006 / RW. 014. (2) How to apply the family guidance method in applying Islamic educational values to children in the family environment in Parit Baru Village RT.006 / RW.014. This research includes field research (Field Research). The method used in this study is a descriptive method with a qualitative approach with data collection techniques of observation, interviews, and documentation. The location of this research is in Parit Baru Village, RT. 006 / RW. 0014 Sungai Raya District, Kubu Raya Regency. Meanwhile, the tools used were observation guide, interview guide, and cellphone. The data validity techniques used in this study were persistent observation, triangulation, and member check techniques. Based on the results of data analysis conducted by researchers, it can be concluded that 1) Parents in Parit Baru Village, RT. 006 / RW. 014 teaches children about Islamic values which include values of faith or aqidah, values of worship, and moral values. 2) Parents in Parit Baru Village, RT. 006/ RW. 014 in guiding children when teaching the values of Islamic education using and applying family guidance methods which include: the example method, the habituation method, the advice method, the reward method and the punishment method

    CLASSICAL JAVANESE LITERATURE WULANGREH FROM SURAKARTA PALACE: STUDY OF ISLAMIC TOURISM

    Classical Javanese literary works have many variations, one of which is the work entitled Wulangreh (teaching with dedication) written by King Pakubuwana IV of the Surakarta palace when Indonesia was still under Dutch colonial rule. This study aims to describe the beauty of universal Islamic cultural values in this book, which was published in the 18th century but is still being used today. The question answered is, are the universal cultural values in the book still relevant today? What values attract tourists to come and learn about them? The research method used is descriptive qualitative with a hermeneutic approach triangulated with the opinion of cultural experts. The data was obtained by interpreting the thoughts of King Pakubuwana IV written in the book and interviews with Kanjeng Yusdianto, a traditional leader of the Surakarta palace and the head of the Radya Pustaka museum, Didik Suharjono. The results of the analysis show that the values in the book can be a reference for the world because of their universal nature, including the values of equality, multiculturalism, and civilization. The beauty of the language and the message conveyed by the King is very touching, especially if tourists want to come to Surakarta to see directly Wulangreh, the tomb of King Pakubuwana IV, the Radya Pustaka museum, and the Surakarta Palace. The religious and cultural values of Islam in the book can be used as provisions for readers in facing life today. Wulangreh, Pakubuwana IV Tomb, Surakarta Palace, and Radya Pustaka Museum are icons of religious and cultural tourism destinations in the recommended Era 5.0

    MEMBANGUN RUMAH TINGGAL SYARIAH: Sebuah Pendekatan Fikih Arsitektur

    This paper discusses the construction of residential houses that are in accordance with sharia principles, both in the art and science of designing and making construction of buildings and residences, which are then called architectural fiqh. Apart from paying attention to architecture, housing construction must also pay attention to aspects of Islamic law. All this time, the study of architecture has focused more on Islamic architecture, but no one has studied architecture in the fiqh approach. So that through the fiqh approach a new study was initiated, namely fiqh architecture. The method used in this study is an empirical-normative method that analyzes qualitatively and prescriptive using the fiqh approach, conceptual approach and contextual approach to spatial architecture. The findings of this study indicate that the construction of houses so far only pay attention to aspects of architecture only, so the need for a fiqh and architecture approach (fiqh architecture), namely building houses in accordance with sharia signs such as aspects of worship, muamalah, neighboring manners and 'urf applicable in society. Through the approach of fiqh architecture, directing to build and maintain sharia dwellings that are in accordance with sharia maqashid, namely maintaining religion, soul, reason, descent, and property

     AbstrakDakwah merupakan kewajiban yang sangat agung. Namun, secara implementatif dakwah Islam kerap menghadapi problematika terutama bila materi dan aktvitas dakwah masuk dalam ranah politik. Karena itu, tema-tema dakwah semacam syariah, daulah dan khilafah rentan terjadinya resistensi terutama pada masa kekuasaan saat ini.Dengan menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif, penelitian ini membahas tentang diskursus dakwah politik di Indonesia. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa : pertama, dakwah politik dianggap sebagai ancaman oleh negara. pandangan ini kemudian diframing oleh kekuasaan dengan mengaitkan gagsan syariah, daulah dan khilafah dengan narasi radikalisme. Kedua, secara teologis maupun historis tema-tema terkait khilafah merupakan bagian penting dalam ajaran Islam. Tidak sebagaimana yang dituduhkan, Islam politik memiliki konsep dan fakta historis yang banyak diapresiasi oleh para sejarawan maupun para ulama.Kata Kunci, Dakwah, Politik, Khilafah AbstractDa'wah is a very great obligation. However, the implementation of Islamic da'wah often faces problems, especially when the material and activities of da'wah are included in the political realm. Therefore, da'wah themes such as sharia, daulah and caliphate are vulnerable to resistance, especially during the current era of power. Using a qualitative descriptive approach, this study discusses the discourse of political da'wah in Indonesia. The results of the study show that: first, political da'wah is considered a threat by the state. This view is then framed by power by linking the ideas of sharia, daulah and caliphate with the narrative of radicalism. Second, theologically and historically the themes related to the caliphate are an important part of Islamic teachings. Unlike what is alleged, political Islam has historical concepts and facts that are much appreciated by historians and scholars.Keywords, Da'wah, Politics, Khilafa

    Religion and Public Policy: Digital-Based Islamic Political Economy and Human Security on Covid-19 Handling

    Covid-19 has become a pandemic causing the condition of business income from business actors to decrease drastically. This phenomenon is in contrast to the conditions in Indonesia during the 1998 crisis, where business actors became the most substantial sector to adapt to the monetary turmoil at that time. This article discusses the Covid-19 handling through digital-based Islamic political economy and human security on business people in Pontianak City. The work is based on a quantitative research project conducted in Pontianak, employing a set of questionnaires to collect the data. The findings of this study indicate that in dealing with Covid-19, the Indonesian government has produced important policies to ensure the availability of economic opportunities for the population so that people can adapt rationally sound state policies. The handling of Covid-19 through a digital-based Islamic political economy is carried out by providing digital technology training and mentoring digital business incubators to Small and Medium Enterprises to improve human security. Islamic teachings have been important to the policy making as Indonesia is a home of predominantly Muslims

    Teaching methods in education are fundamental in achieving optimal learning outcomes. Active and effective learning methods can motivate students to develop their potential, starting from personality intelligence, morals or character, as well as social skills in society. The development of Islamic religious education in Indonesia is very famous. so that whenever and anyone who studies it will easily get various sources about Islamic education. Islamic education is very important in all times, especially the current era of globalization which is better known as the milenial era, the times of course have an influence on Islamic education in Indonesia, this raises new challenges in the world of education. In the current milenial era, there are so many technologies that facilitate the learning system, this is a challenge for us to utilize and manage technology for the sake of being wiser and useful for the development of Islamic education. because the teaching of Islamic education must develop according to the times without reducing Islamic traditions previous. The data collection process in this article uses a qualitative descriptive approach with literature methods and relative thinking which consists of finding, formulating, and identifying problems. The material obtained from the research results will be transcribed and analyzed. The results of this study obtained an effective and efficient method in delivering Islamic education materials, including using the conversational method (hiwar) of the Qur'an and Nabawi, the history of the Qur'an and Nabawi story, Amtsal Qur'ani and nabawi, exemplary, practice and habituation, ibrah or wisdom, targhib and tarhib that are adapted to the lives of the current milenial generation

    Social Life And Islamic Education On Ethnic Madurese And Malays In The Sungai Besar Besar Darat

    This research was highly intention by the researcher's interest in social life and Islamic education on ethnic Madurese and Malays in the Sungai Besar, Darat Besar. Although there have been ethnic conflicts in several areas in West Kalimantan, but it contrast to the two ethnic groups namely Malay and Madurese in the area in Sungai Pinyuh Subdistrict and Sungai Besar, Darat Besar. Both ethnic relations are fairly good (harmonious). The focus of this research was to describe how Islamic Education has big influence in people social life. The method in this research was descriptive with qualitative research form and historical approach. The subjects of this research are religious leaders, local political figures, government officials, Karang Taruna community, BPD and Madurese and Malay Communities. The data in this research study was interviews and documentation. Data collection techniques conducted in this research used data reduction, data presentation and drawing the conclusion. The result of this study is the education and social condition of the community seems very good, with harmony atmosphere in society. In Sungai Bakau Besar Darat, even though they are  have different ethnicities and religions, but they can live in harmony, as the way to live together peacefully. They respect each other and make their differences as a new lesson  for seeking the pleasure of Allah SWT

    This research aims to know applying sanctions and penalty on financing  ba’i bitsaman ajil at the BMT Pahlawan Tulungagung for the delay in payment of the installments. The author's methods of research conducted in this study using a qualitative approach. As for the type of research is descriptive, meaning that the data collected is in the form of words, images, and not the numbers. The results showed that the application of fines in BMT Pahlawan Tulungagung is in compliance with the Shariah Board Fatwa of the national assemblies of scholars of Indonesia No. 17/DSN-MUI/IX/2000. In its application of fines charged to borrowers who can afford but procrastinate the payout as well as clients who do not have good faith to settle the payment

    INDONESIAN WOMEN’S ULAMA AND THE RESISTANCE AGAINST PATRIARCHAL SOCIAL CONSTRUCTION

    This paper aims to examine the position and role of Indonesian Women's Ulama in responding to the social problems of women in the patriarchal culture of Ulamā’ which is dominated by male Ulamā’ in Indonesia. Using Peter L.Berger and Luckmann's (1966) social construction theory, this paper seeks to explore the capacity of Indonesian Women’s Ulama in solving socio-religious problems, especially in the field of female law and social issues in Indonesia. Law-making in Indonesia cannot be separated from the patriarchal construction built by the intellectual hegemony of male Ulamā’ (Islamic scholars) and the existence of social inequality between men and women in the dominance of social interpretations which results in the dominance of masculinity in the public sector. This paper uses qualitative research methods with data collection techniques in the form of observation and documentation. The conclusions of this paper are 1) the intellectual ahistorism of women socially constructed through verbalization, visualization, and adaptation in the socio-cultural scientific tradition; 2) the cultural backwardness experienced by women when men step forward in their socio-cultural intellect in the public sector such as law, education, politics and economics

    Class Management in Improving Learning Performance in The Classroom

    This research is motivated by the implementation of classroom management by interesting teachers, namely by changing the student seating model at each meeting. However, the media used by teachers is not adequate in delivering teacher material such as monotony only dictates the material. And there are some students who do not want to play an active role in learning, lazing in class, and talking to their compatriots when the teacher is explaining.The purpose of this study is to know about: 1) How teachers organize Classroom VIII at Al-Khairat Kubu Raya Junior High School 2020/2021. 2) The management of Class VIII that teachers do in the learning process at Al-Khairat Kubu Raya Junior High School in the 2020/2021 School Year. 3) The spirit of learning of Class VIII students after the management of the class is well implemented at Al-Khairat Kubu Raya Junior High School in the 2020/2021 School Year.The data sources in this study are teachers of Islamic Religious Education subjects as the main source, and supporting data sources, namely students of class VIII of Al-Khairat Junior High School who were appointed. This form of research uses a qualitatively de-decriminal approach. Using data collection tool techniques: observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis techniques: data reduction, presentation of data, and drawing conclusions or verifications. While the data validity test technique used is: triangulation and member chek. The results of this study can be concluded: 1) The arrangement of classroom VIII at Al-Khairat Kubu Raya Junior High School in the 2020/2021 School Year  has been  done by the teacher    by:    directing  students  to organize the study room before learning begins and preparing learning facilities. In addition, the teacher changes the model of student seating at each meeting in a way before ending the teacher's lesson    shakes the  seating  model  that  will be used at the next meeting, the teacher also guides students to maintain the cleanliness and beauty of the class. 2) The management of class VIII that teachers do in the learning process at Al-Khairat Kubu Raya Junior High School of the Year.  Lesson 2020/2021 is that teachers use different methods at  each  meeting  and the methods  used  are  adjusted to  the  material to be taught. In addition to using different methods, teachers also use learning media even though the media used by teachers is only sober. 3) The spirit of learning of class VIII students after the implementation of class management is carried out well at Al-Khairat Kubu Raya Junior High School in the 2020/2021 School Year, which is after the teacher manages the class and provides  motivation  to  students so that students  are  passionate  in  learning   By giving gifts to the most active students, there are still some students who are passionate and not passionate in learning this is because students feel the teacher's way of teaching is  boring
