PERAN PEREMPUAN DALAM UPAYA BELA NEGARA MENGHADAPI PANDEMI COVID-19
The Covid-19 pandemic is one of the threats to defending the life of the Indonesian nation and state. In facing all forms of disturbing threats, the Indonesian nation adheres to a universal people's defense and security system, so efforts to defend the nation to defend the nation from various existing threats are the obligation and responsibility of the entire Indonesian nation including women. This study aims to analyze the role of women in efforts to defend the country against the COVID-19 pandemic. This research uses qualitative methods with a literature study approach. The results of the study show that women's involvement in efforts to defend the state in Indonesia has existed since colonialism and the war against colonialism. The role of women in efforts to defend the country against the Covid-19 pandemic is realized through the five basic values of defending the country, namely: love for the motherland, awareness of nation and state, belief in Pancasila as the state ideology, willingness to sacrifice for the nation and state, and possessing the initial ability to defend the country
ANALISA KONTEN NILAI-NILAI MODERASI ISLAM DALAM BUKU AJAR AKIDAH AKHLAK DI MADRASAH ALIYAH SEBAGAI UPAYA PENCEGAHAN RADIKALISASI
Radicalization or the process of bringing the influence of radical ideology into a person's views and attitudes, is vulnerable to school students. However, it is still rare to find research that specifically discusses the influence of textbooks in preventing the entry of radical influences into school students. Therefore, this research aims to analyze the Akidah Akhlak text book used in Senior High School. This qualitative research is based on library-based research using analytical methods that focus on content analysis. The results of the research concluded that in the Akidah Akhlak text book, the values of Islamic moderation are found in various forms such as in images, discourses or stories, and texts. The existence of Islamic moderation values in the Class XII Aqidah Akhlak text book at Madrasah Aliyah has two contributions to the process of education emong students. First, it can strengthen students' moderate views and attitudes, including having a fair/balanced/equal attitude, a tolerant attitude, a nationalistic attitude and accommodating towards lokal culture. Second, it can prevent students from being influenced by radicalism, intolerance, extremism and violence in the name of religion. This research should be continously developed in relation to many aspects of education for preventing radicalisation among students.
GERAKAN "DAKWAH" AGAMA KHONGHUCU DI KALIMANTAN BARAT
This article discusses the Confucian Religious Movement in West Kalimantan. The Confucian religion, which originated from China, has entered West Kalimantan along with the arrival of ethnic Chinese. This research uses qualitative research methods with a phenomenological perspective. Data was obtained from interviews with Confucian clergy and the High Council of Indonesian Confucian Religions (MATAKIN) chairman, West Kalimantan. Through the results of interviews, it was concluded that the Confucianism movement in West Kalimantan was a form of effort made by the Confucian clergy to strengthen the teachings of the Prophet Kongzi's life to his followers, especially after the New Order. One of the methods used by Confucian clergy is providing guidance, which takes the form of religious services and Sunday school. This coaching is usually carried out at the temple and also at a foundation. The challenge in the process of developing Confucian people is the awareness of these people. Confucian clergy will not force their congregation to follow invitations or invitations in the context of carrying out guidance. Therefore, the self-awareness of each congregation member is what Confucian clergy hope for. The development of the Confucian Religion in West Kalimantan is still good, as evidenced by the Indonesian Confucian Religious Council (MAKIN) in every district/city.Artikel ini membahas terkait Gerakan Agama Konghucu di Kalimantan Barat. Agama Konghucu yang berasal dari Tiongkok ini telah masuk ke Kalimantan Barat seiring dengan datangnya Etnis Tionghoa. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dengan sudut pandang fenomenologi. Data diperoleh dari hasil wawancara kepada rohaniwan Konghucu serta ketua Majelis Tinggi Agama Konghucu Indonesia (MATAKIN) Kalimantan Barat. Melalui hasil wawancara, diperoleh kesimpulan bahwa gerakan Agama Konghucu di Kalimantan Barat merupakan bentuk upaya yang dilakukan oleh rohaniwan Konghucu untuk menguatkan ajaran kehidupan Nabi Kongzi kepada umat-umatnya terkhusus pasca orde baru. Salah satu cara yang dilakukan oleh rohaniwan Konghucu ini adalah denagn melakukan pembinaan yang terwujud dalam bentuk kebaktian dan sekolah minggu. Pembinaan ini biasanya dilakukan di Klenteng dan juga pada sebuah yayasan. Adapun tantangan dalam proses pembinaan umat Konghucu adalah kesadaran dari umat tersebut. Rohaniwan Konghucu tidak akan memaksa umatnya untuk mengikuti ajakan atau undangan dalam rangka pelaksanaan pembinaa. Maka dari itu, kesadaran diri masing-masing dari umat yang diharapkan oleh para rohaniwan Konghucu. Perkembangan Agama Konghucu di Kalimantan Barat saat ini sudah bisa dikatakan lumayan baik, terbukti dengan adanya Majelis Agama Konghucu Inodnesia (MAKIN) disetiap kabupaten/kota
Religion of Pandemic: Delegitimization of Authority During the Covid-19 Era
The study delves into the delegitimization of religion during the COVID-19 pandemic, addressing not only the social aspects of religious life but also the social significance of religion itself. It explores how this delegitimization, particularly in Islam, has altered the sacredness of religious life. This qualitative research, utilizing literature review and media analysis, aims to uncover the forms of religious delegitimization that have transformed the face and substance of religion during the pandemic. It investigates 1) how this process has changed the legitimacy of religion, 2) the patterns of belief and worship, and 3) the context and factors underlying this delegitimization. The findings reveal that religious delegitimization during the pandemic is a part of the process of objectifying religion in a health disruption, highlighting changes due to COVID-19 regulations, understanding of religious sacredness, and the authority of religious figures in the context of religion and COVID-19 controversies
WITNESSES OF DIFFABLE IN COURT BASED ON THE CONCEPT OF AHLIYAH IN ISLAM
This paper discusses the position of disabilities as witnesses in court. Where the requirements for a person to become a legal subject have legal competence and are considered mature. The concept of proficiency in Islam states that disability can be positioned as a barrier to proficiency, but it is different from Indonesian law which states that disability is a legal subject. This research is a qualitative research which is literature study. The results showed that the disability condition does not result in a loss of position as a legal subject as long as it does not involve limitations in testifying in court. Disability witnesses can be accepted if it meets the requirements as a legal subject. Disability witnesses also needs to be adjusted according to their abilities. However, if a doctor or psychiatrist considers matters regarding the weak ability of a person with a disability, the district court has the right to determine a person with a legal disability
BAGI HASIL KERJASAMA AKAD MUKHABARAH MENURUT FIQIH ISLAM DAN UU NO. 2 TAHUN 1960 DI DESA MANGUNSARI
Mangunsari Village is a village that has great agricultural potential because most of the village area is in the form of rice fields, and the majority of them work as farmers, the limited number of farmers who own their own land so that the background for the production sharing agreement on these rice fields. The profit sharing agreement that occurred in Mangunsari Village involved two parties, namely the land owner and the tenant, the contract used was based on ʻurf, namely verbally with a kinship element. This study aims to determine the agreement for the results of Mukhabarah in Mangunsari Village according to Islamic law and Law No. 2 of 1960, the method used is descriptive qualitative, data collection is carried out by interview, observation and documentation, collaboration with this profit sharing is in accordance with Islamic sharia, namely although the contract is not done in writing and there is no time limit and it is' Urf that has been used for a long time, but the profit sharing that has been carried out has not fully reflected justice with a percentage of 50:50 because all costs are borne by the cultivator. while according to Law no. 2 of 1960 the practice of cooperation was not fully in accordance with the main existing law in article 4 paragraph 1, article 3 paragraph 1 and the general explanation of paragraph 3 letter a.Keywords: Mukhabarah, 'Urf, Law no. 2 of 196
PEREMPUAN DALAM TRADISI LAMARAN BUDAYA MELAYU-BUGIS DI PUNGGUR KECIL, KUBU RAYA, KALIMANTAN BARAT
ABSTRAK
Perempuan selama ini sering dikaitkan dengan kasur, sumur dan dapur. Padahal, mereka juga berperan dalam kehidupan masyarakat dan budaya komunitas. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana dari sisi budaya komunitas. Penelitian dilakukan terhadap budaya lamaran pada masyarakat Melayu-Bugis di Desa Punggur Kecil Kabupaten Kubu Raya, Kalimantan Barat. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif, pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara dan observasi, kemudian data diolah dan digambarkan sebagaimana adanya. Hasil penelitian menggambarkan bahwa: (1) Orang Melayu-Bugis memaknai lamaran sebagai suatu adat kebudayaan dalam menghormati perempuan dan keluarga. (2) Adapun proses dalam lamaran, yakni; (a) adat sekapur sirih sebagai pembuka kata dan penentuan penerimaan lamaran; (b) naek pengikat sebagai simbol perempuan telah memiliki ikatan pertunangan dengan laki-laki; (c) penentuan uang asap (uang dapur); (d) pembacaan doa selamat (3) hakikat perempuan dalam pandangan Melayu-Bugis di Desa Punggur Kecil, yakni; (a) perempuan beharga, (b) perempuan adalah pendamping laki-laki, (c) perempuan memiliki ruang untuk berpendidikan tinggi dan bekerja sebagaimana laki-laki.

Cultural Education for Sustaining Nusantara Religion Within Boti Indigenous Community
Boti indigenous community which is in Timor Tengah Selatan district, Nusa Tenggara Timur preserves and nurtures their Nusantara religion, named Uis Neno ma Uis Pah. Boti is able to live through different eras, before West influences, the colonization era, modern, and contemporary. How can the Boti indigenous community be sustained with their religion as part of custom? Is there any certain methodology which they have implemented for the regeneration so their descendants keep preserving and nurturing their Nusantara religion?. This research article is focused to answer those two questions. The research is already implemented using ethnography method, so the researcher lived in the Boti indigenous community for 13 months from October 2, 2021 until November 1, 2022. This research used decolonization as the perspective method in order to understand Boti’s Nusantara religion as well as their customs in detail and holistic including the concept and the core, so enable to do the comprehensive analyzing using proper theories of education; education and culture theories from Ki Hajar Dewantara, the Indonesia National Education Notable; Tukan and Hasfaria’s theory about Adat (Indonesia: custom); Roem Topatimasang’s theory about school; and Mori’s theory about learning method. Boti implements the cultural education as the methodology to do the regeneration so the next generation know and preserve their Nusantara religion and customs. It teaches the understanding of the transformation in life that enables them to be open and flexible for the new influences. By the implementation of division on education; modern and cultural education; Boti indigenous community is able to sustain and nurture their Nusantara religion
Religious Construction in Decision Making of Indonesian Customers for Financial Transactions on Syariah Banks
This study aims to explain how Islamic concepts, symbols and values have implications for people. Especially when they must make decisions to make financial transactions in Islamic banking. Likewise, the religious trend accompanied by the spirit of city has resulted in the enthusiasm of the community to transact with institutions labelled religion in practice. Data collection used in this study was carried out by observation and distributing questionnaires to respondents (customers). Documentation studies are also conducted to find literature related to this study. There are three findings described in this study. First, the conception and symbol of religion is an essential element in the existence of Islamic banking in Indonesia. Second, the understanding of the religious community has been constructed in the decision to make economic transactions in Islamic banks. Third, the religious trend accompanied by religious zeal makes sharia banks in Indonesia have bright prospects to attract the interest of the public to transact. The enermous potential of Islamic banks in Indonesia will experience an increase if the religious values and symbols are implemented correctly and adequately. Religious construction of economic behaviour has resulted in a shift in the pattern of community transactions in the name of religion. This shift certainly provides not only positive expectations in the religious society, but also provides broad opportunities for the banking business world
Cultural Resistance and Sharia-Based Ecology in the Fishing Community in Aceh
This article examines the cultural resistance and sharia-based environmental management in the fishing community in Aceh Timur Raya, Indonesia. Aceh is a fascinating Indonesian region as the country’s implementer of Islamic law. To date, Aceh’s environment has yet to become an issue that needs to be immediately addressed. This study is classified as field-library research with a qualitative analysis. The data were collected using interviews, documentation, and observations of fishermen’s environment in Aceh Timur Raya. These data were analyzed using a sociological approach, social theories, power-knowledge relations, and habitus. This study found several important reasons why there could be damage to Aceh Timur Raya’s ecosystems. This article has produced several vital findings; First, the absence of the role of religion in maintaining and building an ecological culture in the fishing community. Second, the attitude of indifference among the fishing community towards the environment. Third, the politicization of environmental care. These three pieces of evidence state that cultural resistance and sharia-based environmental management in Aceh threaten the community's survival, especially fishermen who rely heavily on nature. Islamic law has not been able to base its teachings on the environment that must be preserved and developed
