ANALISIS INSTRUMEN EVALUASI DAN HASIL BELAJAR PENDIDIKAN AGAMA ISLAM SISWA SMAN 1 WOYLA DALAM PEMBELAJARAN JARAK JAUH
No full textPenelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dan kualitatif untuk melakukan analisis instrumen evaluasi dan hasil belajar siswa pada pembelajaran jarak jauh. Subjek penelitian ini adalah item soal mata pelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam Semester Ganjil Tahun Pelajaran 2021/2022 dan hasil belajar siswa. Analisis dilakukan dengan menggunakan program ANATES. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa dari 20 item soal, hanya satu yang memiliki kualitas daya pembeda sangat buruk dan harus ditolak yaitu item soal nomor 17 dengan indeks daya pembeda 0.00, berdasarkan kriteria 0. Adapun item yang harus diperbaiki adalah item soal no 7 dan 18 karena berada pada indeks daya pembeda 0 D 0.25, tepatnya 20.00 dan 16.67. Dari 180 pengecoh yang digunakan, sebanyak 48 opsi pengecoh harus diperbaiki karena berada pada kategori kurang baik berjumlah 17, buruk berjumlah 21 dan sangat buruk berjumlah 10. Sisa pengecoh sebanyak 132 opsi berkategori baik dan sangat baik.Diharapkan ada perbaikan terhadap instrumen evaluasi yang digunakan. Evaluasi mempertimbangkan tingkat kerumitan, daya pembeda, validitas, dan reliabilitas instrumen. Hasil belajar siswa cukup baik. Namun, beberapa siswa memperoleh hasil yang kurang memuaskan. Direkomendasikan kepada guru untuk memberikan penanganan pada faktor penyebab internal dan eksternal. Pendelegasian peran pendampingan kepada orang tua pada pembelajaran jarak jauh dapat menjadi solusi. Kombinasi pembelajaran jarak jauh dengan pembelajaran tatap muka menjadi treatment option
PREPEGAN TRADITION IN BANDUNGAN SEMARANG: AN EFFORT TO INVENTORY OF GRASSROOT CULTURE
Get PDFTradition is not just a question of 'how the custom is done' or 'why this needs to be done'. However, at least, these methods and reasons can be passed down completely to the next generation. It can be understood well, not only as a cultural heritage, but also as a living value in the society they live in. Understanding of traditional values will be biased, degraded, and even fade or disappear altogether if no one writes them down. Writing is an inventory of civilizations. Even if it's just a fragment, it's still important. This study does not have a complicated goal such as analyzing patterns of cultural integration, or interpreting traditional symbols. Just a small effort to write down the cultural phenomena that occur in the environment around the researcher. Not a culture of elite society, but the culture of farmers, middlemen, traders, and other lower class groups. At least, through this paper, the researcher hopes that there will be more who conduct studies on grassroots culture.Kata kunci: Budaya, Inventarisasi, Akar Rumpu

Data collection techniques are observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis in this study was carried out by means of inductive analysis. EFFICIENCY ANALYSIS OF GOLD PAWN IN ISLAMIC COMMERCIAL BANKS IN INDONESIA
No full textThe purpose of this study is to examine the efficiency of the Islamic banking business in Indonesia, specially Islamic Rural Bank in Central Javas. As a component of Indonesia's Islamic banking ecosystem, it is critical to understand the extent those banks work optimally together to support the development of Islamic finance, particularly during the Covid-19 pandemic, and to realize public welfare, particularly through productive financing consistent with Sustainable Development Goals Objectives. In the periode of 2016 until 2020, this study examined a sample of 20 Islamic Rural Banks in central Java. The study was conducted using a non-parametric approach known as DEA (Data Envelopment Analysis). The intermediation strategy was used to determine the input and output variables in this study. Fixed assets, operational costs, and third-party money are included as input variables. Meanwhile, the output variable is made up of the quantity of finance granted and the amount of operating income earned. The findings of this study reveal that the efficiency of Islamic Rural Bank in Central Java has a shifting tendency across the 2016–2020 timeframe, with the average bank experiencing a decline in efficiency during the COVID-19 pandemic. Additionally, this study assesses the possibility for improvement of inefficient programs using input and output data. The primary source of inefficiency is in the output variable, particularly in terms of customer financing. Additionally, this research makes recommendations to a variety of stakeholders, including practitioners, academics, and regulators
ANALISIS CROWDFUNDING UNTUK ANAK PADA SITUS NUCARE.ID PERSPEKTIF AKUNTANSI SYARIAH
No full textThe purpose of this study is to analyze crowdfunding programs for children in the perspective of sharia accounting. This research uses qualitative research with a case study approach. The sampling technique in this study used purposive sampling by taking existing programs on the NUcare.id site with 21 populations and 6 samples obtained. The results of this study are the crowdfunding program for children on NUcare.id which is campaigned by Nahdlatul Ulama is in accordance with the perspective of sharia accounting, which meets all aspects of Sharia Enterprise Theory. While the effectiveness of each program has not been effective because the percentage is less than one percent compared to the total donation target. Suggestions for the next researcher are the need for more in-depth analysis related to crowdfunding for children by adding data collection techniques in the form of in-depth interviews to stakeholders who are more technical in implementing the program so that the data produced is more accurate
Preserving Diversity: Lessons from Batang Tarang Village of West Kalimantan
No full textThe recurring communal, racial conflicts in West Kalimantan have left unpleasant memories among the local community. Unfortunately, some people believe that similar events will keep happening. This article was based on field research that relied on interviews and observations involving several crucial things. This research argues that communal conflicts in West Kalimantan can be averted by empowering internal forces to maintain balance in a plural society. This article found that conflict-prone societies such as those in Batang Tarang have the capacity to build harmony through togetherness, inter-ethnic marriages, the moderate practice of Islam, fair practice of adat [customary law], and strengthening awareness of shared origins.
MODEL AKAD PEMBIAYAAN MURABAHAH PADA BANK SYARIAH INDONESIA
Get PDFThis study aims to analyze the murabahah financing contract at the Ahmad Yani branch of the Bank Syariah Indonesia in Pontianak City. Murabahah is a form of buying and selling goods at a cost and profit taken by the seller must be conveyed to the buyer in detail and clearly. The problem in this study is how the subject and object of the murabahah financing contract at Bank Syariah Indonesia. In the study method used is normative legal research method, the data obtained are primary data, secondary data and the results of interviews with bank syariah Indonesia employees and murabahah financing contracts. The objects of this study are murabahah contracts, Bank Syariah Indonesia employees who know murabahah financing products, and regulations related to murabahah, whether it is the DSN-MUI fatwa on murabahah, as well as the Sharia Economic Law Compilation. The results of the research conducted by the researcher are the subject in the murabahah financing contract at the Islamic bank, namely the subject actor from the bank can be done by his staff, namely when doing the murabahah contract it can be signed by the marketing staff and the bank leadership is quite knowledgeable. The murabahah object in the murabahah financing contract at the Syariah Bank is not available at the time of the contract but is only given money, and the murabahah object is not fully controlled (not yet available). However, the bank represents the purchase of the murabahah object to the customer by means of a wakalah agreement to purchase it himself to a third party (supplier), and the bank only approves the customer's submission in the desired murabahah object
Religious Solidarity for Coping with Economic Crisis During the Covid-19 Pandemic
No full textThe COVID-19 pandemic has devastated the global and local economies. However, it has also contributed to the functioning of social solidarity in dealing with crisis pressure among local people which became a survival strategy for various businesses. This paper aims to map the patterns of economic pressure resulting from a pandemic and analyze social strength factor that became a survival strategy in the economic field. This research was conducted on several Chinese Indonesian converts to Islam [mu’alaf] to examine their religious solidarity that served as the strength for their survival as entrepreneurs. Therefore, qualitative research was conducted in a community of converts to Islam in Pontianak city, as one of the centers with a significant number of Chinese populations. In addition to data on crisis they experienced during the pandemic, this research also revealed their perceptions, motivation and actions in response to COVID-19. The results of the research showed that social and spiritual capital is the most important support that allows converts to recover from difficult times. Religion has become the moral basis of these entrepreneurs for solidarity and a source of support in coping with the pressure and problems. In the midst of scarcity of economic resources, religion-based social resources have become the answer to the problems encountered by these entrepreneurs
A SLACKS-BASED MEASURE OF EFFICIENCY IN DATA ENVELOPMENT ANALYSIS TO ASSESS EFFICIENCY OF INDONESIAN SHARIA BANKS
Get PDFWith the development of sharia banks, one of the effects that occurs is the existence of competition among sharia banks. The objective of this study is then to analyze the efficiency of sharia banks in Indonesia. Understanding the efficiency is important because if banks perform consistently with full efficiency, the less inputs they use, the larger output they achieve. The output is measured by total earning asset, while the inputs used are total deposit and total operating costs. A slacks-based measure of efficiency in data envelopment analysis is used to accomplish the objective of the research. The study involves structured questionnaires to collect quantitative data on students' experiences with technology-enhanced Islamic education, in-depth interviews with educators, students, and parents to gather qualitative insights, and content analysis of educational materials and digital resources used in technology-based Islamic education to assess their alignment with Islamic values and character development. In conclusion, technology has the potential to significantly impact character development and student engagement in Islamic education. However, its benefits must be harnessed thoughtfully, considering content quality and the necessity of responsible technology usage guidance. As we navigate the evolving landscape of Islamic education in the digital age, it is crucial to strike a delicate balance that leverages technology's benefits while ensuring the preservation of Islamic values. This research provides valuable insights for educators, parents, and institutions as they guide the next generation of leaders toward a harmonious fusion of faith and technology
