    Penggunaan Bibiloshyni dalam Analisis Tren Penelitian Keinovatifan Guru

    This literature study aims to observe the trend of scientific article publications published by Scopus on the theme of teacher innovation so that the projection or prediction of other relevant variables to be linked to the theme of teacher innovation research can be seen. The method used in this literature study involves several steps: 1) mining data from scientific article publications originating from Scopus, 2) filtering where only those from journals are used, while those from proceedings, books, or book chapters are not used, 3) using R studio, namely biblioshiny, to process the obtained data, 4) conducting analysis and interpretation of the results from biblioshiny. The results of the study found that publications related to the theme of teacher innovation originating from Indonesia in Scopus journals are still relatively few. Therefore, teacher innovation research is still relevant to be researched, especially in relation to other variables such as learning organization, creativity, self-efficacy, and job satisfaction

    Penguatan Literasi Digital Guru untuk Pencegahan Perundungan di Pondok Pesantren

    Program pelatihan ini bertujuan meningkatkan pemahaman guru di Madrasah Aliyah Al-Fadlliyah Bojonggambir Taraju, Tasikmalaya, tentang anti perundungan dan keterampilan digital sebagai upaya dalam menciptakan lingkungan sekolah yang aman. Para guru dibekali pemahaman mendalam tentang jenis-jenis perundungan dan dampaknya, serta keterampilan pembuatan konten digital, seperti poster, infografis atau video edukasi, sebagai media penyampaian pesan kampanye anti perundungan kepada siswa. Dalam kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat, guru terlibat aktif melalui diskusi dan praktik langsung, menghasilkan peningkatan pemahaman serta keterampilan digital yang signifikan. Hasil survei menunjukkan bahwa 90% guru merasa lebih mampu mengidentifikasi dan menangani kasus perundungan, serta menyatakan pelatihan ini sangat bermanfaat. Sebagai inisiatif lanjutan, para guru membentuk program edukasi anti perundungan berkelanjutan yang akan dilaksanakan secara rutin, menggunakan konten digital yang mereka buat dan disebarkan di sekolah serta komunitas sekitar. Luaran program ini memperlihatkan keberhasilan dalam mendorong kesadaran dan inovasi dalam metode pengajaran guru terkait perilaku positif di sekolah. Dokumentasi dan rekomendasi program ini diharapkan menjadi acuan bagi sekolah lain dalam menjalankan edukasi anti perundungan melalui konten digital

    Kevalidan Media Pembelajaran Digital Forum Teks Laporan Hasil Observasi (Forteksi) untuk Siswa Kelas X Sekolah Menengah Atas

    Tujuan dari penelitian untuk mengembangkan keluaran produk berupa media pembelajaran digital. Media yang dikembangkan ialah forum teks laporan hasil observasi (forteksi). Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini ialah campuran (kualitatif dan kuantitatif). Model 4D merupakan model yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan meliputi teknik analisis data secara kualitatif dan kuantitatf. Berdasarkan penskoran oleh validator, ahli media memberikan skor rata-rata 77,8% dengan kriteria valid. Kemudian ahli materi memberikan skor rata-rata 80% dengan kriteria valid. Berdasarkan perolehan kevalidan media dan materi, media dinyatakan valid berdasarkan rentang 61 % ≥ x ≤ 80 %. Dengan begitu, media forum teks laporan hasil observasi (forteksi) dapat diteruskan dan digunakan ke dalam pembelajaran bahasa Indonesia materi teks laporan hasil observasi siswa kelas X SMA.Kata Kunci: Media Pembelajaran Digital, Siswa, Teks Laporan Hasil Observasi

    Sosial Media Marketing untuk Meningkatkan Kunjungan Wisatawan: Studi Kasus pada Desa Wisata Pentingsari Yogyakarta

    Digital marketing is an activity of managing and implementing marketing using electronic media such as websites, emails, and other mobile media that aims to achieve marketing goals through the application of digital technology. Pentingsari Tourism Village is a village located in Umbulharjo Village, Cangkringan District, Sleman Regency, Special Region of Yogyakarta. The tourist village has natural beauty, agro-tourism, and cultural appearances that have the potential to be tourist attractions. In an effort to build branding and expand marketing, the Pentingsari tourism village has utilized digital media. This research aims to find out the use of digital marketing as a marketing effort in Pentingsari tourism villages. The research method used is a qualitative method with descriptive analysis. Data collection is carried out through library research and documentation. The research data was analyzed in a qualitative descriptive manner. The results of the study show that the marketing of the Pentingsari tourism village is carried out through the website, Instagram, Tiktok, Facebook, Youtube, Live Inn Video, and the Google Map application. The use of digital marketing aims to expand market reach and increase tourist visits to the Pentingsari tourist village. In its implementation, the use of digital marketing has not been managed optimally due to limited human resource capabilities. This requires training to improve the capabilities of human resources. The conclusion of this study is that digital marketing is one of the efforts to expand the marketing of the Pentingsari tourist village, Sleman Regency so that it can increase the interest in visiting tourists

    School-Based Management to Improve Technology-Based Mathematics Learning at Junior High Schools in Jakarta

    This study aims to analyse the application of School-Based Management (SBM) in improving technologyusing ChatGPT-based mathematics learning in Junior High Schools (SMP). This study uses a qualitative approach with a case study design, which involves observation, interviews, and documentation to collect data from several junior high schools that apply SBM in mathematics learning. The collected data was analysed using thematic analysis techniques to identify patterns that emerged related to the application of SBM and technology in the learning process. The results show that applying SBM can increase the use of technology in mathematics learning, which contributes to improving the quality of learning. The contribution of this research is to provide new insights into the role of SBM in optimising the use of technologyusing ChatGPTto enhance the quality of mathematics learning in junior high schools

    DEVELOPMENT OF MELATIK: INTERACTIVE LEARNING MULTIMEDIA TO ENHANCE STUDENTS' MOTIVATION AND LEARNING OUTCOMES IN INFORMATICS EDUCATION

    This research aims to (1) develop ICT learning multimedia for class X Senior High School/Madrasah Aliyah students, (2) assess its feasibility and practicality, and (3) examine its effectiveness in enhancing students' motivation and learning outcomes. The study employed a Research and Development (R&D) approach using the ADDIE model (Analyze, Design, Develop, Implement, Evaluate) and the MDLC approach (Multimedia Development Life Cycle). The research was conducted at Madrasah Aliyah Ma'arif Cilacap Tengah, involving class X-1 as the experimental group and class X-2 as the control group. Data collection methods included interviews, observations, questionnaires, and learning outcome tests, analyzed using qualitative and quantitative descriptive techniques. The results showed that: (1) ICT learning multimedia is highly feasible based on media expert validation (3.72, "very feasible") and material expert validation (3.79, "very feasible"); (2) its practicality was rated "very practical" with average scores of 3.50 in the initial trial and 3.41 in the field test; and (3) its effectiveness is demonstrated by an increase in student motivation (n-gain = 0.53, "medium") and improved learning outcomes in the experimental class (n-gain = 0.81, "high"). Thus, this multimedia has proven effective in enhancing motivation and learning outcomes among students at Madrasah Aliyah Ma'arif Cilacap Tengah

    THE INFLUENCE OF DEMOCRATIC PARENTING PATTERNS AND SELF-REGULATED LEARNING ON THE ADJUSTMENT OF NEW STUDENTS AT THE DARULARAFAH RAYA ISLAMIC BOARDING SCHOOL MEDAN

    This study aims to determine the effect of democratic parenting patterns and self-regulated learning on self-adjustment of class X students in one of the Islamic boarding schools in Medan City. This study uses a quantitative method using a total sampling technique involving 150 students. The research instruments used in this study were the democratic parenting pattern scale, the self-regulated learning scale and the self-adjustment scale. Data were analyzed using the Structural Equation Model (SEM) method through the Smart PLS 4.0 and SPSS 26.0 programs. The results showed that democratic parenting patterns had a positive and significant effect on self-adjustment with a coefficient value of 0.524 and a P-Value = 0.000 < 0.05. Self-regulated learning has a positive and significant effect on self-adjustment with a coefficient value of 0.500 and P-Values = 0.000 < 0.05. Democratic Parenting Patterns and Self-Regulated Learning are able to explain or influence Self-Adjustment by 66.8%. This shows that both factors play an important role in the psychological development of children and adolescents. The remaining 33.2% is influenced by other factors

    KEBIJAKAN MERDEKA BELAJAR DALAM PERSPEKTIF BERPIKIR STRATEGIS (STUDI KASUS DI SMA PGRI 24 JAKARTA)

    Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa kebijakan Merdeka Belajar di SMA PGRI 24 Jakarta telah diimplementasikan dengan mempertimbangkan prinsip berpikir strategik, meskipun masih menghadapi berbagai tantangan. Upaya sekolah dalam memahami dan menerapkan kebijakan ini sudah terlihat melalui fleksibilitas kurikulum, kolaborasi dengan pihak eksternal, dan pengembangan strategi pembelajaran berbasis proyek. Namun, beberapa hambatan seperti keterbatasan infrastruktur, literasi digital guru, dan rendahnya keterlibatan orang tua masih memengaruhi optimalisasi kebijakan ini keterbatasan pelatihan bagi guru yang berdampak pada kemampuan mereka dalam merancang pembelajaran yang efektif. Selain itu, keterbatasan infrastruktur teknologi juga menjadi kendala dalam mendukung pembelajaran yang berpusat pada peserta didik. Pendekatan berpikir strategik yang lebih terencana dan terpadu, didukung oleh pelatihan intensif serta penguatan evaluasi berbasis teknologi, dapat meningkatkan efektivitas pelaksanaan kebijakan Merdeka Belajar di sekolah tersebut.     KETERAMPILAN KOMUNIKASI INTERPERSONAL KEPALA SEKOLAH DALAM MENYELESAIKAN KONFLIK DI SMA SWASTA BUDYSATRYA MEDAN

    Konflik merupakan dinamika yang tidak bisa dipisahkan dari interaksi sosial di lingkungan sekolah. Perbedaan latar belakang, kepentingan, dan cara pandang antarwarga sekolah seringkali menjadi pemicu terjadinya konflik yang dapat mengganggu proses belajar mengajar. Dalam hal ini, keterampilan komunikasi interpersonal kepala sekolah merupakan aspek utama dalam menciptakan suasana sekolah yang harmonis dan produktif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji bagaimana kepala sekolah di SMA Swasta Budisatrya Medan menggunakan keterampilan komunikasi interpersonal dalam menyelesaikan konflik, strategi yang dilakukan, serta faktor pendukung dan penghambat yang dihadapi. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan teknik pengumpulan data berupa wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Analisis data dilakukan secara tematik untuk menganalisis pola komunikasi interpersonal kepala sekolah dalam menyelesaikan konflik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepala sekolah berperan sebagai mediator, pendengar aktif, dan fasilitator dalam menyelesaikan konflik yang terjadi antara siswa, guru, maupun tenaga kependidikan. Strategi yang digunakan meliputi pendekatan musyawarah, mediasi, komunikasi dua arah, serta pendekatan individual dalam kasus yang sensitif. Faktor pendukung komunikasi interpersonal kepala sekolah antara lain adalah adanya empati, keterbukaan, budaya kekeluargaan, dan kepercayaan dari warga sekolah. Sementara itu, hambatan yang dihadapi berupa perbedaan persepsi, emosi yang tidak stabil, sikap egois, serta minimnya pelatihan formal tentang komunikasi. Selain menyelesaikan konflik, keterampilan komunikasi interpersonal juga membantu membangun hubungan yang lebih dekat antara kepala sekolah dengan warga sekolah. Dengan komunikasi yang efektif, kepala sekolah tidak hanya menyelesaikan konflik yang terjadi, tetapi juga menumbuhkan nilai-nilai kebersamaan dan meningkatkan partisipasi dalam komunitas sekolah
