ROBLEMATIKA PERLINDUNGAN PEREMPUAN KORBAN KEKERASAN DALAM RUMAH TANGGA (KDRT) DI INDONESIA PERSPEKTIF HUKUM ISLAM
The case of household violence physically or psychologically nowadays isoften we hear. That reality factually shows that the violence in the householdtoward wife, is the common phenomenon in the societal environment.This case is sure not away from the social construct which is developed inthe middle of society that s husband is the head of family and has a fullauthority to the part of family including wife. In that context this researchis making effort to peel off how the problem of protecting implementationtoward women in violence (KDRT) and Islam gives the answers.In the context of women protection in the household, Al-Quran texts give alot of answers which order to make the relationship of household as ma’rufin the meaning of equal, fair, and democratic. In the terminology of UshulFiqh, this concerning agrees with what the goals of law are, that is the lawtoward ive aspects (al-kulliyat al-khams), which one is soul protection (hifzan-nafs). This explains that Islamic law brings the mission of protection, itis as a God’s mercy to all humans in this world. PROBLEMATIKA RISK AND RETURN DALAM PERBANKAN SYARIAH
The knowledge about risk in an investation is the important thing. Decisionof investaion for the investor is regarded the era that will come is unclear,it is contains a risk for inverstor. In order that in Islamic perspective, basicinvestation that needs to know in the institution of Islamic inance syariah such as bank that also place to invest fund. In the system of Islamic economy, ionvestation can decrease the poverty and increase the income with a way to bene it the wealth productively. The investation activity which agrees with Islamic syariah is the effort to produce the better life (falah), giving the bene its (maslahah) and keeping away the way of forbidden investation, that is riba, gharar, and maysir. But, productive investation can be implemented with the cooperation and proffessional in doing the main principle of syariat. The control of risk in banking industry is the main part for investor to invest. The management of this risk includes identi icating risk, measuring risk, managing risk, limiting risk, and observing risk. Through this approach the risk and the taking advantange can be measured. So the investor will get the chance return or value of sharing resulit optimally and also prospectively. The indeterminancy level of risk and return of result are the challenge its self to the syariah banking. The validity of law “hish risk brings about high return”forces syariah banking to apply the manage the risk that is more superior from conventional banking. THE RISE OF MULTINATIONAL CORPORATION AND THE DEAD OF INNOVATION: A Interdiscipline Approach
The article presents the rise of multinational corporation effect towardinnovation in globalization era and how islamic economics viewsthem—as an alternative perspective in analyzing this problem. “Therise of multinational corporatian reduces the product innovation”. It is aassumption and appears as an interpretation to market-mechanism. Thethesis will elaborate in the paper. It means that innovation reduction iscaused by multinational corporation product following market trend. Thethesis, indeed, corrobates John Xiros Cooper’s theory. “The market is simplyan economic mechanism which has no extraordinary powers to shift theground of thinking and knowing in any general sense. REAKTUALISASI PEMIKIRAN AL-MAWARDI TENTANG ETIKA GURU
In the contex of Islamic education, teacher is not someone who has a dutyto teach to the students. More than that, teacher is the spiritual father whogives a soul knowledge, leads the morals and make a right for bad behaviorwhich did by the students. But if we turn to the reality this day about adegradation of teacher’s ethic in any region, we perhaps little doubt thecredibility of teacher in having that duty and responsibility. Even, the senseof pesimism will soon if we see the sequence of news that makes the teacheras a main actor in any criminal and immoral behavior.That problem needs to be based on the importance of total comprehensiontoward the values of moral or ethic for a teacher who particularly willbe a need urgely. It is same as the view of al-Māwardī about the ethic ofteacher, which must have a several ethic, as tawadlu’ and avoid the attitudeof priding itself (‘ujub). Having ability to read the characteristic everystudents, avoid itself form shubbat, need to be qana’ah, sincere, and neverlose hope. The development of the techology of information and communication hasin luenced the aspect of human living. That development can be seen from the kind of education which is based on technology. Applying technology of information and communication (TIK) is inally shown to the learning method in the schools and universities. One of the applications of the role of technology of information and communication in supporting to the learning process is by using blog.Blog is the application which is free of charge that can be used as one online-learning media. ASY-SYATIBI DAN KONSEP ISTIQRA’ MA’NAWI: (Sebuah upaya Pengembangan Hukum Islam)
Basically, Islamic law is the law of all things, human and divine. It means that the source of Islamic law, actually, comes from the devine of God, and –in other hand- the creation of human being through his reason. But, after falling of Islamic civilization, Islamic law becomes marginal law that just has been aplicated for a part of human life aspect, for example family law. Further, Islamic law becomes weak, because of his inability to answer modern problems. Thus, it needs an empowerment.
Many of experts assume that for Islamic law empowerment, the most important to be improved is methodological aspect, that is Islamic legal theory called as ushul fikih. It needs improving in order to be able to guide the development of social change from the law perspective. What has been given by the former ushuliyyun, especially four Islamic law schools, in the form of methodological Islamic law isn’t enough to cover the problems of law. Then, Asy-Syatibi came and offered the new method of Islamic legal theory. His method offers the new perspective in understanding the sources of Islamic law. It is, comonly,called as istiqra’ ma’nawi. This paper will describe and explain about it

MADZHAB-MADZHAB DALAM HUKUM ISLAM: SEJARAH DAN EKSISTENSINYA
Madzhab is familiar terminology in islamic law. It is indicated as group of mindset in Islamic law. Basically, madzhab is arisen from mujtahid’s thinking. It is a result of ijtihad, which is done by Mujtahid in digging Islamic law from it’s original sourches, qur’an and sunnah. Then, the results of the ijtihad are arranged in many books (kitab), which are used as reference by Mujatahid’s followers in their life.
