Numerical Method of Differential Equation by Runge-Kutta Method With Full Fuzzy Initial Values

    Get PDF
In this paper, we study differential equation with fully fuzzy initial value. We propose a numerical method to approximate the fuzzy solution by using partition of fuzzy interval and generalization of Hukuhara difference and division. We prove some theorems for differential equation by fuzzy initial value. Finally, we solve numerical example to illustrate our proposed method

Thermoelastic Problem for An Infinitely Long Annular Cylinder Without Energy Dissipation (GN Theory): infinitely long annular cylinder without energy dissipation

    No full text
In this paper we consider the problem of an infinitely long annular cylinder whose inner and outer surfaces are subjected to known surrounding temperatures and are traction free. The problem is in the context of the theory of thermoelasticity without energy dissipation. The Laplace transform with respect to time is used. The inversion process is carried out using a numerical method based on a Fourier series expansion. Numerical results are computed for the temperature, displacement and stress distributions. The numerical results are represented graphically. Comparison is made between the predictions here and those of the theory of thermoelasticity with one relaxation time

An Improved Poisson Distribution and Its Application in Option Pricing

    Get PDF
This work, introduces an improve Poisson distribution function. This improved Poisson is equipped with some financial terms, which generate a model for determining the prices of a European call and put option for two period models. Some of its important statistical properties like the mean, variance are given. It was found that the problem of option for non-dividend paying stock can be approached using an improved Poisson distribution function equipped with some financial terms. In comparison it gives exactly the numerical results with the CRR binomial model using the numerical data. An empirical example is given in a concrete setting

Terminalia Catappa Fruit Pigments for Dye Sensitized Solar Cell Applications

    Get PDF
The dye sensitized solar cells have been assembled by using natural dye extracted from Terminalia catappa fruits. The photoelectrode for dye sensitized solar cell were prepared using green synthesized ZnO nanoparticles using doctor blade technique. The photoelectrode were sensitized using the extracted dyes. The fabricated solar cell exhibited short circuit current density of 4.9 mA and open circuit voltage of 0.472 V. The efficiency of the cell was found to be 1.58%. The photovoltaic performance of the constructed solar cell show good conversion efficiency. This indicates that Terminalia catappa fruit extracts can be used as an effective sensitizer

The norm of elastic constant tensor and the norms of the irreducible parts of the elastic constants of some hexagonal systems (Apatite Fluor apatite, Hydroxyapatite, Beryl, Beryllium, Beryllium oxide, Biotite, Cadmium, Cadmium selenide, Cadmium sulfide, Cadmium telluride, Cesium copper chloride, Calcium-magnesium, Cancrinite, Cerium fluoride, Cobalt, Cobalt nickel, Co – 32 wt % Ni, Copper chloride, Dunite, Dysprosium, Erbium, Gadolinium, Gadolinium-yttrium, Gd – 40 at % Y, Gallium selenide, Graphite, Hafnium, Holmium, Indium bismuth, Indium selenide, Lead germinate vanadate, Lithium iodate, Lithium iodate, Yttrium, Zinc oxide (Zincite), Zinc selenide, and Zinc telluride) are calculated. The relation of the scalar parts norm and the other parts norms and the anisotropy of the materials are presented. The norm ratios are used as a criterion to present the anisotropy degree of the properties of these materials.&nbsp

    Research progress on water-soluble chitosan

    Get PDF
Chitosan has good film-forming property, adsorption, biocompatibility, biodegradability and antimicrobial properties, but it can only be dissolved in weak acidic aqueous solution and cannot be directly dissolved in water, which greatly limits its application. In order to increase its solubility in water, chitosan is modified, the research on the water-soluble derivatives of chitosan is reviewed in this paper, and its application in the protection of paper relics is briefly introduced. Chitin is a kind of natural polysaccharide macromolecular polymer synthesized by biology in animals and plants, which mainly comes from shrimp shelsl, crab shells, insect shells and so on. Chitosan (CS) is obtained by deacetylation of chitin. The chitin is deacetylated under homogeneous conditions, and water-soluble product can be obtained by controlling the degree of deacetylation at about 50% [1]. The primary hydroxyl group, secondary hydroxyl group and amino group on the glucosamine unit in the chitosan molecular chain, with strong reactivity, which can be modified and embellished by functionalization to improve its solubility

A theory of staircase voltammetry on the rotating disk electrode is developed. The simulation is based on the method of variable diffusion layer thickness. Critical parameters that define the form of responses are calculated

Problems and Solutions in The Field of Growth and Improvement of Cereals in Azerbaijan

    Get PDF
The article gives the results of studies of the effect of soil and fertilizer treatment on the productivity of winter wheat in the Ganja-Gazakh zone of Azerbaijan. The positive effect of fertilizers on plants of winter wheat is manifested only in well-cultivated soils with a reaction of the environment close to neutral. At the same time it is proved that between the intensity of the application of mineral fertilizers and the productivity of grain crops around the world, a close direct dependence is established. Consequently, the highest yield of grain here was obtained in the variant of dung 10t / ha + N90P90K60  57.1 c / ha, an increase of 24.3 c / ha or 74.1%, where the yield increase by 40- 50% is due to the application of fertilizer
