Review of Routing Protocol in a Wireless Sensor Network for an IOT Application
IoT (Internet of Things) create network of physical objects. Maximize network lifetime and optimizing the usage of network is the major objective. Survey is made on Delay, Energy, Jitter, Throughput, Packet Delivery Ratio (PDR) with Wireless Sensor Network (WSN) perspective and the routing protocols performance measures by using latency, bandwidth, jitter, delay. We are working on algorithm for improving AODV routing for IoT. Two Table will merge into one i.e. Routing table and internet connecting table for optimizing the protocol. The main goal of our paper is studying simulation study of routing protocol specially AODV for the IoT and use NS2 simulator for performance evolution of AODV and AODV with IoT
RLS Wiener Fixed-Point Smoother and Filter with Randomly Delayed or Uncertain Observations in Linear Discrete-Time Stochastic Descriptor Systems
The purpose of this paper is to design the recursive least-squares (RLS) Wiener fixed-point smoother and filter in linear discrete-time descriptor systems. The signal process is observed with additional observation noise. The observed value is randomly delayed by multiple sampling intervals or has the possibility of uncertainty that the observed value does not include the signal and contains the observation noise only. It is assumed that the probability of the observation delay and the probability that the observation does not contain the signal are known. The delayed or uncertain measurements are characterized by the Bernoulli random variables. The characteristic of this paper is that the RLS Wiener estimators are proposed from the randomly delayed, by multiple sampling intervals, or uncertain observations particularly for the descriptor systems in linear discrete-time stochastic systems
Resealed Erythrocyte: an Approach to Targeted Drug Delivery
Application of erythrocytes, the most abundant cells of the human body with desirable physiologic and morphologic characteristics, in drug delivery has been exploited extensively. Among the various carriers used for targeting drugs to various body tissues, the cellular carriers meet several criteria desirable in clinical applications, among the most important being biocompatibility of carrier and its degradation products. Leucocytes, platelets, erythrocytes, nanoerythrocytes, hepatocytes, and fibroblasts etc. have been proposed as cellular carrier systems. Among these, the erythrocytes have been the most investigated and have found to possess greater potential in drug delivery. Biopharmaceuticals, therapeutically significant peptides and proteins, nucleic acid-based biological, antigens, anticancer drug and vaccines, are among the recently focused pharmaceuticals for being delivered using carrier erythrocytes. Erythrocytes, also known as red blood cells, and have been extensively studied for their potential carrier capabilities for the delivery of drugs. The biocompatibility, non-pathogenicity, non-immunogenicity and biodegradability make them unique and useful carriers
Awareness of QR Code and Extremophilic Microorganisms among the Scholars of Quetta, City.
Location of study: Study was conducted in November, 2015 at Institute of Biochemistry at UOB, Quetta.
METHODOLOGY: A total no. of 63 attendants were included in the study. Relevant information was collected through nominal scale questionnaires. For this purpose a one day workshop was organized and educated audience of the city were invited for this purpose, who were asked the concerned questions through a Performa.
Result: Among the attendants, 41 females and 22 males were acquainted with the use of smart phones, despite the fact of they possessed negligible information regarding the mobile app QR code reader with partial knowledge about extremophiles’ microorganisms. The mode age of participants were 35 years and most of them were directly related to biological field with 21 years of education. Unwanted attention towards the smartphone and itching to get in touch with more people was observed.
CONCLUSIONS: We conclude from the above study that there is a partial awareness among the educated community about QR code and extremophiles’ microorganisms. They all have access to media and use smartphones. Most of them did not scan QR codes present on various products. There is an urgent need for promoting awareness about extremophiles’ microorganisms and how to use QR app in our society
Towards a strategy for higher education in Africa: The European Bologna Process as a model
African countries are constraint to promote reforms in their higher education systems, in order to be in harmony with the globalisation of Higher Education. Most African countries adopted The European Bologna Process as a model Higher Education reforms. African countries are constrained to adopt BP as they need material and financial support for their students, staff and universities. Several researchers concluded that BP was a phenomenon of neo-colonialism for developing countries mainly in Africa. The application of BP in Africa failed to satisfy African needs of in Higher Education. A new model and a new strategy for organizing Higher Education are badly needed in Africa. The BP may be used as a model reforms, organization and planning HE in Africa. This paper discusses the impacts of the bologna Process on African countries, and the need for an African model of HE to help in consolidating their unity and concretisation of their aspirations
Determination of Optimal Investment Strategies for A Defined Contribution (Dc) Pension Fund with Multiple Contributors, Proportional Administrative Costs and Taxation
This study centres on determining the optimal investment strategies for defined contribution (DC) pension fund with multiple contributors, administration cost and taxation on the invested fund. We assume that a certain proportion of the member’s contributions as administrative cost which is remitted to the pension fund manager also following the Nigerian Pension Reform Act of 2004 the invested fund is subjected to tax. We obtained an optimized equation using Hamilton Jacobi equation, then solve the equation using Legendre transformation method to obtained explicit solutions of the optimal investment strategy for CARA utility function. We observed that the tax has a direct effect on the investment strategies

It is observed that, even though the cases of are distinct, the convergent, non-singular and isotropic solution of metric functions can be evolved in each case along with the components of vector potential, corresponding to suitable integrable function in particular cases

Some Notes on Neville’s Algorithm of Interpolation with Applications to Trigonometric Interpolation
In this paper is given a description of Neville’s algorithm which is generated from Lagrange interpolation polynomials. Given a summary of the properties of these polynomials with some applications. Then, using the Lagrange polynomials of lower degrees, Neville algorithm allows recursive computation of those of the larger degrees, including the adaption of Neville’s method to trigonometric interpolation. Furthermore, using a software application, such as in our case, Matlab, we will show the numerical experiments comparisons between the Lagrange interpolation and Neville`s interpolation methods and conclude for their advantages or disadvantages
