Novel Use of an Artificial Neural Network to Computationally Model Cognitive Processes in Science Learning
The purpose of this paper is to outline the creation of a computational model making use of an underlying processing element in the form of an artificial neural network (ANN). Within the study, the ANN models multiple conservation tasks as inputs from video game play during a high school science content learning game. This model is based upon the identification of cognitive attributes and integration of two advanced psychological and educational measurement theories. Using the approached of cognitive diagnostics, and item response theory (IRT) data examined for computational suitability. Once initial task response patterns are identified via IRT; the patterns are parametrized and presented to an artificial neural network (ANN) as probabilities. Using the ANN derived Student Task and Cognition Model (STAC-M); the study authors simulated a cognitive training intervention using 100,000 students in science classrooms. Results of the simulation suggest that it is possible to increase levels of student success using a targeted cognitive attribute approach and that computational modeling provides a means to develop future science education research and is a means to test current educational theory
Approximation of Solutions of Monotone Variational Inequality Problems with Applications in Real Hilbert Spaces
In this paper, variational inequality problem which hinges on operators of monotone type is studied, and an iterative algorithm which is a modification of extragradient method is proposed for approximation of solution (assuming existence) of the variational inequality problem. Weak and strong convergence theorems are obtained and as applications, the iterative scheme proposed is shown to also approximate fixed points of pseudocontractive mappings, zeros of monotone mappings and solutions of equilibrium problems. A numerical example is given to show the functionality of the scheme studied. The results obtained improve and unify the corresponding results of several authors

On Markov Moment Problem and Related Inverse Problems
Existence and construction of the solutions of some Markov moment problems are discussed. Starting from the moments of a solution, one recalls a method of recovering this solution, also solving approximately related systems with infinite many nonlinear equations and infinite unknowns. This is the first aim of this work. Extension of linear forms with two constraints, as well as measure theory results is applied. Secondly, existence of the solutions of special Markov moment problems is studied.

Giving Birth to Vectorial Coordinate Geometry II
This paper is an extension of the earlier work titled “Giving birth to vectorial coordinate geometry”, which appeared in volume 3 of MathLab journal in 2019. While the novel concept of vectorial coordinates has been applied in the said work for the derivation of some useful results of two-dimensional Cartesian coordinate geometry, the concept of novel vectorial coordinates has been employed in the present scheme for the derivation of some standard results of three-dimensional Cartesian coordinate geometry. The fact that Vector algebra is a more powerful mathematical tool gets justified from this study. The vectorial treatments offered are novel, simple and straight forward. Furthermore, they will enhance the deepening of thought and understanding about Vector algebra and its application. Thus this contribution will enrich the relevant literature. At the same time, it increases the range of applicability of Vector algebra as well  
ARMED for the Mobile Processing War
This article offers an explanation for why the ARM computer architecture won the hearts and minds of the mobile device manufacturers when incumbents like Intel and AMD had such a huge head start and such a large economic barrier to entry. Our conclusion is that ARM had a better business model, and not a better architecture. To make up for the perception of speed issues, ARM is joining the multi-core arms race. This may soon lead to desktop domination leaving only a legacy code base and sequential programming to enable incumbents to hold on
Robust RLS Wiener Fixed-Interval Smoother in Linear Discrete-Time Stochastic Systems with Uncertain Parameters
This paper proposes the robust RLS Wiener filter and fixed-interval smoothing algorithms based on the innovation approach. As a result, the robust RLS Wiener filtering algorithm is same as the existing robust RLS Wiener filtering algorithm. The estimation accuracy of the fixed-interval smoother is compared with the robust RLS Wiener filter and the following fixed-interval smoothers. In the proposed robust RLS Wiener fixed-interval smoother, the case, where the observed value is replaced with the robust filtering estimate of the signal, is also simulated. (1) The RLS Wiener fixed-interval smoother in which the filtering estimate of the state is replaced with the robust RLS Wiener filtering estimate. (2) The RTS (Rauch-Tung-Striebel) fixed-interval smoother in which the filtering estimate of the state is replaced with the robust RLS Wiener filtering estimate. (3) The RLS Wiener fixed-interval smoother and the RLS Wiener filter. (4) The RLS Wiener fixed-interval smoother in which the filtering estimate of the state is replaced with the robust RLS Wiener filtering estimate and the observed value is replaced with the robust RLS Wiener filtering estimate of the signal. From the simulation results, the most feasible estimation technique for the fixed-interval smoothing estimate is the RLS Wiener fixed-interval smoother. Here, the robust filtering estimate is used and the observed value is replaced with the robust filtering estimate
Decay (Expansion) of the Universe and Stabilized Solar System in a Fundamental Quantum Description
The expanding (decaying) universe is discussed in the framework of a local quantum field theory, based on a Lagrangian, in which all fermion operators are coupled to bosons. In this formalism the initial phase of the universe has been explained by creation of particles out of the vacuum, accumulation of a system of large mass and immense radius dominated by (e- p+) and (e+ p-) pairs, followed by a chirally triggered collapse and annihilation of all (e+ p-) pairs (antimatter). The subsequent decay of the remaining (e- p+) pairs (matter) shows a velocity, which increases exponentially towards large radii. This gives rise to a good description of velocity-distance data from supernovae 1a observation by adjusting the position of the Solar system to a radius of the universe of about 1300 Mpc. Of importance, at this radius the repulsive and attractive forces compensate each other, giving rise to a boundary condition for a stabilized Solar system. Combined with a calculation of its mass, this yields surprising evidence for the existence of stable cosmic systems, which do not follow the general expansion of the universe. No evidence is found for (not understood) dark energy contributions as deduced from cosmological models
Study The Structural Properties of Polyaniline:PEDOT Nano Composite.
In this research we study the structural properties of pure polyaniline films and doped with poly(3,4-ethylenedioxythiophene) PEDOT. The study included the preparation of films on the rules of the glass and then conducted the tests, infrared , X-ray diffraction and AFM. In this study found that polyaniline was randomly, when you add PEDOT, it cannot happen interaction between them, but be attending together. The results of the tests (AFM) of the all films are uniform granular surface morphology. The roughness, root mean sequare and average grain diameter, they were increasing with increased of doped ratio. The method of films preparation are made by spin coating technique
