Millennium Development Goals (Mdgs) The Achievement and Failure: A Comparative Presentation Between Yemen and India in the Light of The Development Sectors’ Indicators
To contribute the achievement of sustainable development (SD) goals the Government’s real commitment on SD thoughts in both central and local levels is one of the most important factors. MDGs express widespread public concern about development’s related issues. The Republic of Yemen and the Republic of India, both are eastern countries in the continent of Asia, sharing its cultural and historical heritage. Regarding the development indicators, in 2011 Yemen was among the least developed countries whereas India among the medium developed countries.
This paper mainly depended on the secondary data. It depends on the national reports in Yemen and India additional to the international organizations’ reports. It exposes first the main indicators (i.e. Economic, Social, and Environmental) which are the constituents of SD dimensions. The purpose is to get representative access towards comprehending the existing situations while conducting the study. Then, the study outlines detailed schedules and tables about the indicators of the development sectors in the two countries such as the sectors of education, higher education, health, agriculture, water, sanitation, roads, energy and communications with some analyzes and discussions about the extent of achieving MDGs in each sector
Giving Birth to Vectorial Coordinate Geometry
This paper deals with certain foundational questions about the adequacy of the long- running Cartesian coordinate geometry which is based on the abstract concept of “sign convention” for the study of the physical world. To establish a bridge between theory and practice, the present paper purports to introduce the “Vectorial coordinate geometry” that makes use of a modern notational system to work as an alternative for the long-running historical system. The proposed scheme will be equally applicable to the “Pure mathematical world” as well as to the “Real physical world” and is much clearer leaving no room for confusion

Some Fractional Variational Problems Involving Caputo Derivatives
In this paper, we study some fractional variational problems with functionals that involve some unknown functions and their Caputo derivatives. We also consider Caputo iso-perimetric problems. Generalized fractional Euler-Lagrange equations for the problems are presented. Furthermore, we study the optimality conditions for functionals depending on the unknown functions and the optimal time T. In addition, some examples are discussed
On A Chain Involving the Multivariable I-Transform I
In the present paper, we first establish an interesting new chain interconnecting a number of multivariable I-transform of Prathima et al. [6] by the method of mathematical induction. Full care has been taken of all the convergence and existence conditions for the validity of the chain. The chain established herein has been put in a very compact form and it exhibits an interesting relationship existing between images and originals of a series of related functions in several multidimensional I-function. The importance of our findings lies in the fact that it involves the multivariable I-function which is sufficiently general in nature and so a large number of chains involving other simpler and useful integral transforms of one and more variables follow as special ceses of our chain merely by specializing the parameters. In the end, we shall see several corollaries
An Optimized Robust and Secure Digital Image Watermarking Technique Based on Modified Periodic Plus Smooth Decomposition
An optimized Robust and Secure Digital Image Watermarking technique based on modified Periodic Plus Smooth Decomposition (PPSD) is proposed. This proposed technique based on Periodic Plus Smooth Decomposition (PPSD), Discrete Wavelet Transform (DWT) and Singular Value Decomposition (SVD). The host and watermark image is decomposed into a smooth and periodic component. The smooth component decomposed into its frequency sub-bands through 2nd level DWT. Later by SVD, the watermark singular matrix is combined with the singular matrix of the transformed image. The watermarked image is obtained by using the inverse of DWT. Through the proposed technique we improved the different parameters like PSNR is 92.9075, SSIM watermarked 0.8039, SSIM extracted 0.9924, NCC 0.9929. The experimental result displays that the proposed technique is imperceptible and robust to different attacks. This technique combines the advantages like a false positive problem that is solved by the digital signature. Digital signature gives authentication before extracting watermarks
Review of Trends in the Educational Model of Distance Education in Mexico, towards an Education 4.0
Currently, the development of increasingly sophisticated platforms to carry out Distance Education (ED) at a higher level is underway. Through the implementation of different types of emerging technologies, and with this, there is a pressing need to standardise a frame of reference sufficiently effective and adaptable that allows the restructuring of the established educational model that covers the inherent needs of the new practices of the teaching-learning process. For this reason, in this document, a brief description and analysis of the traditional educational model are carried out in this learning mode, in order to identify the most critical factors and propose an extrapolation alternative to a model within the framework of Education 4.0
High Energy High Repetition Rate P-P Lasers.
A technique for obtaining of the repetitively pulsed operating regime in high-power wide-aperture lasers is proposed and experimentally realized. In this regime, the laser emits a train of pulses with duration of 100–150 ns and a pulse repetition rate of several tens of kilohertz. The main properties of the pulsed regime are theoretically analyzed and the proposed technique is tested in detail employing a test-bench gas-dynamic laser. The results of the test confirmed the conclusions of the theoretical analysis. The possibility of a repetitively pulsed regime in high-power wide-aperture lasers realization without significant reduction in the average output power is experimentally demonstrated
