Co-operation and goal sharing in a professional baseball team : in case of Orix Baseball Club
Get PDFP(論文)本研究では、プロ野球球団の事例からプロフェッショナル組織における、プロフェッショナル間の目標共有とそれに派生する協働の困難さについて述べた。プロフェッショナル組織では、プロフェッショナルそれぞれの持つ職業観の相違から部門間コンフリクトが生じやすい。オリックスブルーウェーブでもチームと球団経営の間に目標の微妙な相違が見られた。部門間コンフリクトの解決法として一般的に問題解決型の解決法が有効であるが、事例ではそれが必ずしも機能するとは限らないことが示唆された。departmental bulletin pape
Research on the Mental Health of Newly-enrolled Students with Experience of School Refusal
Get PDFP(論文)関西国際大学カウンセリング室では,精神保健問題の早期発見・早期対応を目的として,1999年度から新入生に対する生活意識調査を実施している。本稿は,本学の2006年度の新入生を対象として,生活意識調査内のUPI(大学生精神的健康調査)をもとに,不登校経験のある学生の精神健康状態について分析した。その結果,不登校経験者群は未経験者群と比べて,「人と会うのが嫌」「死にたい」「付き合いが嫌」などの『嫌人・不信』の因子及び「悲観的」「気疲れ」「引け目を感じる」などの『こだわり』の因子において,統計的に有意に高かった。次に,いじめられた経験のある不登校経験者群のUPIにおいて,「やる気のなさ」「悲観的」など,無気力感や自己否定感などを体験しやすく,加えて「死にたくなる」の項目の選択率が高まることが明らかになった。Since 1999, the counseling room has conducted the attitude survey of everyday life on newly-enrolled students in order to discover their mental problems and help them cope with them. In the academic year 2006, we conducted the survey of the mental health condition of students who have experience of refusing to go to school as a neurotic symptom through the UPI (University Personality Inventory) on the newly-enrolled students. Our results suggest that the group of the students who have refused to go to school has a statistically stronger tendency than the order in the factor of avoidance of meeting people and of distrust represented by choosing such items as "I don't like to meet people", "I want to die" or "I don't like to get along with someone", and in the factor of a persistent idea or obsession choosing such items as "I am pessimistic" or "I am mentally fatigued". Our results also indicate that the students who were bullied and were no able to go to school in the past tend to have an apathetic feeling or a feeling of self-denial, choosing such items as "I am pessimistic", or "I am reluctant to do anything". A Research on Backgrounds of the Saudi Gas Initiative and the Gas Round
Get PDFP(論文)本稿の目的はサウジアラビアの天然ガス産業の開発に外資導入が計画され,実現した2つのプロジェクトーサウジ・ガス・イニシアティブとガスラウンドーの背景にある要因について考察することである。その際に重要なのは,1998年と2003年に注目することである。前者はアブドラ国王(当時皇太子)が外資導入政策への転換を表明した時期であり,後者はサウジ・ガス・イニシアティブが失敗したことを踏まえて,その後のガス・ラウンドが新たに企画されていった時期である。これらのそれぞれの時期を考察することによって,どのような状況が背景にあるのかを明らかにする。The aim of this paper is to make a research on the backgrounds of the two projects-Saudi Gas Initiative and Gas Round-which were planned and realized for development of the natural gas industry in Saudi Arabia. The important point is that we focus on the two years-1998, and 2003. The former is the year King (the former Prince) Abdullah expressed transformation to the policy for introduction of foreign capital, and the latter is the year new Gas Round was planned based on failure of the Saudi Gas Initiative. A Study of Professional Baseball Fans : Factor Analysis of an Attitude to What Professional Baseball should be
Get PDFP(論文)日本のプロ野球の現状や制度に対するファンの態度は、どのような要因に規定されているのか。個別の態度表明の背後にある業績主義と娯楽主義および適正規模へのスリム化という3つの評価基準を抽出したうえで、それぞれを重視する要因として、性別・年齢・学歴・年収といった社会的な属性と応援する球団の所属リーグの効果を分析した。その結果、業績主義的な傾向は男性パリーグファンに、娯楽主義的な傾向は女性・若者・低学歴層・セリーグファンに、それぞれ認められた。適正規模をめぐる批判的な視点は、スリム化を肯定する傾向は高学歴層に、セーフティネットを要求する傾向は男性パリーグファンに、それぞれ認められた。departmental bulletin pape
