Lifestyle of the Creative Class
Get PDFP(論文)本研究は,創造力で経済的付加価値を生み出している人々,「創造的階層(CC)」に着目した。そして,このグループのライフスタイルを,インターネット・ウェッブ調査によって探った。具体的な調査事項として,全般的な生活態度,消費・購買関連行動,現在のライフスタイル認識,インターネット・アプリケーション・サービス活用,旅行活動志向性をとりあげた。その結果,一般消費者層との比較において,伝統文化や芸術への好意,アウトドア活動への積極的参加,インターネットの積極的活用,本物志向,社会的消費傾向,異文化への興味,資産管理への高い意識,といったCCに特徴的な傾向を確認した。This study focused on 'the Creative Class' adding economic value through their creativity, and surveyed their lifestyle by internet web research. The surveyed topics were attitude towards daily-life in general, behavior related to consumption and purchase, self-perception of lifestyle, usage of the internet application services, and orientation of tourism activities. As a result, compared to the other consumers, it was confirmed that they have the unique characteristics of lifestyle such as preference for arts and traditional culture, active participation in outdoor activities, positive use of the internet application services, orientation to authenticity, societal consumption attitude, strong interest in different culture, and high awareness of asset management.departmental bulletin pape
Possibility of the Specialty of a Teacher and Teacher Education : A Way of Thinking Called "Professional Development" to Watch in "Autonomy"
Get PDFP(論文)本稿では,教師の専門性について稲垣忠彦氏の「自律性(autonomy)」の概念に注目し検討を加えるものである。自律性から見えてくる教師の専門性の重要性を明らかにするとともに,その醸成としての具体的方策である授業のカンファレンスを例示し,professional developmentと位置付ける教師教育の根幹を描き出していく。さらに,大学における教員養成についてその可能性と方向性を明らかにするものである。By this report, I add examination to pay attention to a concept of "the autonomy" of Mr.Tadahiko Inagaki about the specialty of the teacher. I clarify importance of the specialty of the teacher from a concept of the autonomy, and I exemplify the conference of the class that is a concrete policy to breed the specialty of the teacher and draw root and trunk of the teacher education to place with professional development. The Present State of Child and Family Welfare Policy in Osaka-Kobe Area
Get PDFP(論文)2004年の児童福祉法改正に伴い,要保護児童対策地域協議会の設置や児童虐待予防ネットワークの構築など,市町村単位での子ども家庭福祉施策の確立が求められている。これまで地域内の子ども家庭福祉の相談窓口は福祉事務所内の家庭児童相談室や1997年に創設された児童家庭支援センター等,その役割があいまいなままであった。しかし法改正は市の役割を明確にしたとともに,市が地域内に点在するサービスを連結するプラットホーム的存在となることで地域内の子ども家庭福祉ネットワークを形成しつつある。これまでのあいまいな関係を振り返りつつ各相談窓口の役割を検討し,事例として阪神間の芦屋市,尼崎市が行う子ども家庭福祉施策の現状を論述する。In association with the 2004 revision of the Child Welfare Law, there is demand for the establishment of measures for child and family welfare at the municipal level, such as regional councils on children in care and networks for prevention of child abuse. Up to now the role of child and family welfare consulting services in the region has remained unclear, including the consultation room for families and children at welfare offices and child and family support center established in 1997. However, with the clarification of the role of cities in the revised law, a regional child and family welfare network is being formed on the platform-type existence of the linkage of services scattered within the cities. This paper examines the role of consulting services while reviewing their previously unclear relations, and describes the present state of child and family welfare policy in Ashiya City and Amagasaki City in the Osaka-Kobe area as case examples.departmental bulletin pape
