Get PDFわが国の労働市場では以前から外国語で表現されたキーワードが紹介され､ それに対する取り組みが盛んに行われてきた｡ しかも､ それらが持つ本来の意味が正確に理解されているとは言えない状況で推移してきた｡ たとえば､ 1990年代半ば以降にはワークシェアリングが衆目を集めていたが､ いつの間にかパート労働法の改正を経てワーク・ライフ・バランスへと移っていった｡ このワークシェアリングとワーク・ライフ・バランス２つのキーワードは全く異なった概念であるのかどうかを検討してみることにした｡ すると､ ２つのキーワードには収斂していき､ 重複する部分がかなりあることが明らかになった｡ 類似概念を別の言葉で表現することの意図を探り､ 現状よりも望ましい方向を考えることにした｡departmental bulletin pape
Some consideration on the expected competence and ability of teachers by elementary school parents: study of current interview based on the primary survey
Get PDFP(論文)本学教育総合研究所の教員資質に関する研究プロジェクトでは,2007年度に幼稚園小学校を対象に予備調査を行った。その結果についてさらに深く分析するため,2008年度には,教員,保護者,地域の人を対象に聞き取り調査を行うことになった。本稿では,小学校保護者が重視している3つの教員資質能力に絞って,教員,保護者,地域の人から聞き取り調査をした結果とその考察を述べる。Project of Research Institute for Education conducted a preliminary questionnaire inquiry on the competence and ability of teachers at kindergartens and elementary schools in fiscal year 2007. In order to further deepen the analysis, interview was made to teachers, parents and local people in fiscal year 2008.In this paper, three competence and ability of teachers respected by elementary school parents were focused and discussed based on the above mentioned interview.departmental bulletin pape

An analysis of pupils' abilities for 'writing activity': from the viewpoint of new course of study
Get PDFP(論文)本研究は,小学校を卒業する直前にある小学校6年生の子どもの「書く力」がどの水準にあるのか,また,どのような問題点が存在するのかという点について,中学校入学試験-課題作文を手がかりに分析し,考察を加えた。この結果,書く手順の定着は見られるが,他者を意識した説得の表現に不十分さのあることが見出された。この事実は,12歳の年齢にある子どもは,書くことを通して,未だ,自己を客観的に捉えられるまでには至っていないことが明らかになった。This paper has examined what kind of characteristics or tendencies pupils before graduation, the sixth graders in elementary school, have concerning 'writing activity' on the basis of the New Course of Study. As a result, while the establishment of procedure for writing could be recognized, on the other hand, the device to have them understood, concerning for others, has found out to be insufficient.departmental bulletin pape
