Individualized counseling to develop learners' autonomy: practical report
Get PDF本実践報告は､ 個別カウンセリングによる自律した学習者の育成を目指す取り組みの第１回目 (Ｈ22年度前期) の中間実施報告である｡ 本学選択科目である TOEICクラスでは､ ｢計画―実行―検証―見直し｣ のスパイラル学習による､ 学習者の自律性の育成を目指した教育を実践している｡ 担当教員による個別カウンセリングは､ メタ認知能力を含む学習ストラテジーを向上させる試みの中核をなすものである｡ 指導には学習ストラテジーアンケート (SILL) を用いた学習者のストラテジー結果のほか､ TOEIC模擬テスト､ 振り返りアンケートを用い､ 指導､ カウンセリング､ 学生の自宅での学習について多角的に考察する｡ 学期開始時と終了時の (SILL結果比較では､ ほぼ全ての学習ストラテジー項目において数値が向上した｡ 振り返りアンケートからは､ カウンセリングが学習者の自宅学習時間の増加や計画的な学習に対する意識の変化に影響したということが確認できた｡departmental bulletin pape

Get PDFP(論文)京都府,大阪府,兵庫県および京都市,大阪市,神戸市の各教育委員会が求めている「教員の資質能力」は,文部科学省が示すそれをもとに,それぞれの地域特性を反映して策定されている。また,教員の資質能力を高めるための現職職修の実施だけではなく,よりよい人材の確保のために,各教育委員会が独自の教員養成施策を積極的に実施しているところもある。教育学部教育福祉学科こども学専攻教員チームは,昨年度から初等教育に携わる教員に求められる資質能力を明らかにするため,地域の幼稚園と小学校において,教員,保護者,校区住民を対象にして,ステークホルダーが求める初等教育教師の資質能力の調査を進めてきた。本稿は,さらに,教員採用を行っている関西3府県と政令指定都市の6教育委員会について,文部科学省が示している教員の資質能力を基軸に,各教育委員会が求める教師像を調査研究し,地域の教育行政が求める教員の資質能力を総合的に明らかにすることにより,地域の教育課題の解決と本学の初等教育教員養成カリキュラムや指導方法の改善に資するものである。The ability required to teacher in Kyoto Prefecture, Osaka Prefecture, Hyogo Prefecture, Kyoto City, Osaka City, and Kobe City is based on idea of the Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology. These local governments show, and add the feature that suits each region.Moreover, these local governments train teacher, and the training program aims at securing of the better talent.
