自律学習支援のための学習者コミュニティーの構築
Get PDFP(論文)自律学習の重要性が唱えられ中,多くの大学で学生を自律学習者へと導く試みが行われている。学習法や学習計画の立案と見直しの重要性を解く講座や演習であったり,学生が自主的に利用できる学習施設などの提供である場合が多い。しかしながら,十分な学力および学習習慣が身についておらず,かつ自律学習指導を受けていないような学生が入学してくる大学の現状では,個々のプログラムを散発的に提供するだけでは,真の意味での自律学習者を養成することは難しい。複数のプログラムや取り組みを体系的に組み立てる必要があり,また,学習者が互いに学び合いながら,学習に対する動機付けや学習動機が継続的に強化されるような環境作りも必要である。本稿は,関西国際大学教育学部英語教育学科における自律学習促進の取り組みとその効果について報告し,体系的な自律学習支援のモデルを提供することを目的としている。Many researches and educators have pointed out the importance of self-directed learning and various programs and facilities to foster or support autonomous learning are provided at Japanese universities recently. Those are usually a series of lecture or practice of developing the skills or strategies to develop the autonomous learning. Many universities provide self-access learning facilities, too. However, just providing such programs or facilities is not enough especially for those students who haven't developed an effective learning habit or who have never experienced self-directed learning. To help those students, we need to plan well and integrate some programs and activities in the structure which can guide students to be autonomous learners. It is also essential to create a community of learners where students study together with the help of teachers and peer or senior students, get motivated and reinforce the motivation through the cooperative learning support from the community members. Get PDF本稿は企業の環境経営について簡単に整理し､ 中小企業の規模別 (本稿では従業員数で分類) と環境問題や環境経営の取り組みの実態と､ 環境問題の取り組むことでのそれぞれのメリットとデメリットについて､ またメリットとデメリットの関係について考察した｡
中小企業は企業規模が小さくなればなるほど､ 環境問題への取り組みがあまりなされていない傾向にあること､ 環境問題への取り組みで成果を出すためには､ 業務量の増加､ コストの増加､ 人手の不足となり､ さらに経営・企業活動の自由度が低下する傾向にあることがわかった｡ つまり､ 環境問題への取り組みや環境経営はコスト増となり､ 利益の追求とは必ずしも両立しない｡ しかし､ 環境問題の取り組みメリットは､ 法規の遵守のように成果が明確なものだけにとどまらず､ 企業イメージの向上､ 社会からの信頼の獲得､ 従業員の労働意欲の向上などが成果をあげていた｡departmental bulletin pape
Energy use amount reduction by ISO14001 of Japanese university
Get PDF2010年３月に施行された改正省エネ法､ 各都道府県で進んでいる温暖化対策の報告書制度､ 東京都の排出量取引制度等では当然のことながら学校法人はその対象になっている｡ 特に理系学部や研究施設を持つ大学はその省エネ対策などの環境対策が大きな課題である｡ 2008年度の東京都内の業務施設での CO2 排出量の１位は東京大学が挙げられていることはよく知られている (ちなみに２位以下は､日本空港ビルディング､ サンシャインシティ､ 六本木ヒルズ森タワー､ 恵比寿ガーデンプレイス)｡つまり､ CO2 排出量削減を声高に叫ぶ大学自体の省エネが喫緊の課題といっても過言ではないだろう｡
神戸山手大学では2010年２月に全学でISO14001を認証取得したが､ キックオフを行った2009年９月から３月までの平均で前年度の９月から３月までの平均に対して2.9％電気使用量削減を達成した｡ つまりISO14001は大学にとってもエネルギー削減の大きなツールになることが証明されたといえる｡ またISO14001認証取得後の課題を明らかにしたい｡departmental bulletin pape
