A study of Ethics and Education of Socrates - Ethics in Ancient Greece -
Get PDFP(論文)本稿は,大学での講義「西洋教育史」に使用する教科書を作ることを想定して作成したものである。教育思想を正しく深く理解するには,歴史,文化を十分理解していなければならない。大学は学問の場であるかぎり,幅広い領域の知識を統合化する教育が必要であることは言うまでもない。しかし現在,大学の講義内容に相応しい教科書は皆無といってよい。専門書は豊富にあるが,大学の講義を想定しては書かれていないのである。 ソクラテスの時代の倫理・教育思想は,決して突然に生まれ出たものではない。その背景となり,推進力となったものとして,自然哲学者たちの思想,ギリシア悲劇,自然中心主義から人間中心主義への転換をはかったソフィストたちの思想などを挙げることができる。 よって,本稿は,ギリシア神話,伝説などを扱うギリシア悲劇,自然哲学者たち,ソフィストたち,そして,ソクラテス,プラトン,アリストテレスの三大哲学者の倫理思想を考察することにより,古代ギリシアの倫理思想を概観する。The first purpose of this study is to make a survey of the history of ancient Greece atbasic point of democracy. The second purpose is to make a schoolbook on "European educational history". We need to understand the culture and the history of the times to understand their educational thoughts. To understand the democracy in ancient Greece is one of the ways to understand the ethics and the education of Socrates. The Reconstruction of Teacher Identity during the Transition to Principal:Forcusing on the Life Histories of the Elementary School Principals
Get PDFP(論文)本研究の目的は,4名の小学校校長のライフヒストリーをもとに,一般教諭から管理職への移行を考察することを通して,管理職としての教職アイデンティティ形成プロセスを究明し,教師の成長モデル構築に寄与することである。研究の結果,以下のことが明らかになった。第一に,一般教諭から教頭への移行期は,一般教諭との関係性の編み直しを必要とするため,教職アイデンティティが揺さぶられる危機的な時期として捉えられる。その時期をうまく乗り超えていくことが,管理職としての新たな教職アイデンティティを形成していくにあたって必要である。第二に,教頭から校長への職位の変化における教職アイデンティティの揺らぎは,一般教諭とのコミュニケーション機会の減少や,最終決定責任者としての重圧に起因することがある。以上のことから,教頭と校長では異なる課題があり,それらを克服していくことが,彼らの新たな教職アイデンティティ形成にあたって重要である。The purpose of this study is to analyze the process that teachers build teacher identity of administrator during their transition period from teacher to principal based on 4 elementary school principals' life histories and to contribute to construct the model of teacher development.From this survey, some important findings were drawn. First, the transition period from teacher to vice-principal is the crisis situation that it is difficult that a teacher keeps teacher identity because he/she needs to reconstruct the relationship with other teachers. To overcome the problem is necessary for him/her to build new teacher identity of administrator. Second, the reduction of opportunities of the communication with teachers and the presser of the top teacher in charge cause of the difficulty maintaining teacher identity in the change form vice-principal to principal.Therefore, there are the different problems between a vice-principal and a principal and it is important for them to overcome them to build their new teacher identity.departmental bulletin pape
A study on the significance of voice in clinical psychology by using Hegel's text
Get PDFP(論文)本稿ではヘーゲルのテクストを参照しつつ,心理臨床における声の意義を検討した。ヘーゲルの言語観によれば,声は言語によって営まれる精神の活動の基礎とされる。ヘーゲルは声が身体に由来する感覚を疎外することで,精神を身体から抽出すると考えた。言語が文字に書かれる場合も声による語りを重視するあまり,ヘーゲルは文字そして言語の本質も音声の伝達にあるものと理解した。これは言語に対する限定的な観点ではあるが,心理臨床の方法にも見出される観点であり,心理臨床学の成立に関与する重要な視点であろう。声は精神が身体から分離される過程に現れる。このことは声が身体と精神を橋渡しすることを意味するが,同時に声は身体でもなく精神でもない。最後に,既存の身体と精神との自明性を否定するものとして声を聴くことが,心理臨床における心身の変容を促進することが示唆された。In this paper, the significance of voice in clinical psychology is discussed by using the text of G.W.F. Hegel. As per Hegel's view of language, voice was considered the basis of the activity of mind that was carried on with language. He thought that voice alienated the sensory, which is derived from the body in order to extract the spirit from the body.Because of attributing too much importance to speaking voice even in the case of written language, Hegel understood that the essence of letters and language was also the transmission of voice and sound. It could be a limited perspective to language, but we could find the same perspective in the methodology of clinical psychology. Voice emerges in the process of separation between the spirit and body. It means that voice connects the body and mind, butit also means that voice is different from neither the body nor the mind. In the end, it was suggested that listening to the voice as something which denies the obviousness of the body and mind could promote the transformations of the body and mind in clinical psychology.departmental bulletin pape

Get PDFP(論文)日本には米国外食産業史の研究は1953年以降のマクドナルドなどの研究しかない。そこで,筆者たちは米国で最初にレストランをチェーン化した企業の研究を行うことにした。その結果,1876年にレストランをチェーン展開していたフレッド・ハーベー社と言う企業が存在し,最盛期には100店舗以上をチェーン展開していたことがわかった。フレッド・ハーベー社は品質,サービス,クレンリネスと言う技術革新をすでに確立していたことも明らかとなった。As far as the research of the history of the U.S. food service industry, Japan has only the research of McDonald's in 1953. There is no research record of food service before this date.Therefore, a study of the first food service company in the U.S. was conducted.
