Protective Care Problem of Foreign Nationality Child and Problem of Child Consultation from Convention on the Rights of the Child
Get PDFP(論文)本稿の目的は，日本に在住する外国籍児童の要養護問題に着目し，子どもの権利条約を踏まえながら，児童相談体制の課題を検討するものである。
外国籍児童の要養護問題に対応するための児童相談体制の課題として，２つが示唆された。ひとつは児童家庭相談業務に携わる支援者が専門性を向上させること、特に子どもの権利に基づくアプローチを実践してくことが必要である。もうひとつは子どもの権利保障を実現するための外国籍児童問題に対応する指針の作成である。The purpose of this paper is the issue of child care needed by foreign nationals residing in Japan which is in keeping with the Convention on the Rights of the Child and consider

An Analysis of Children’s learning in Their Exploration or Inquiry Activities at Kindergarten:How do their develop the Learning which will continue to gain through a process of thinking?
Get PDFP(論文)本研究は，３～５歳児クラスの保育実践として取り組まれた探索活動や探究的な活動の事例を通して，その中で見られる幼児期の「学び」とはどういうものかについて，思考の過程を経て獲得していく学びとその育ちの視点から論考したものである。その結果として，①探索活動も探究的な活動も，その過程において幼児なりの問題解決の過程（＝思考の過程）が含まれていること，②探索活動から探究的な活動への思考の育ちの道すじがあること，③探索・探究的な活動における関係性・協同性の育ちも捉えて学びを整理する必要があること，④保育者としては学びを引き起こすきっかけ（援助・環境構成）づくりや新たな学びを引き起こすための提案をしていく必要があることの４点を示した。This case study about learning during childhood was conducted using multiple searching and exploring activities held in two different kindergarten schools. From the experiment, four conclusions are made. One conclusion is that searching and exploring activities need to focus on problem solving for children. Two is that searching and exploring activities need to lead and enhance the abilities of children to search and explore. Three is that searching and exploring activities should enable children to enhance their relationship skills and cooperation skills. Finally, activities should trigger interest in children to want to learn more.departmental bulletin pape
Current State and Issues of ICT Use in Language Education
Get PDFP(論文)本稿では，高等教育機関においてICT環境の導入・整備が進んできている昨今の教育環境の変化を背景に，英語科目と日本語科目におけるICT環境を活用した授業実践について報告する。ICT活用の様々な方策によって，従来型の教室では実現の難しかった効果の高い授業実践が可能となる一方，既存のシステムとの併用や教員のICT活用力の重要性が高まるなど，実践を通して明らかとなったICT環境を活用した外国語教育の現状と課題について報告し、言語教育全般におけるICT環境活用の今後の展望を述べる。The rapid growth and improvement in Information and Communication Technology or ICT has led to the diffusion of technology and ICT has widely been applied to language education as an efficient learning or teaching tool in recent years. The effects of a nearby murder case on residents’ anxiety and crime prevention’s cognition
Get PDFE(その他)本研究では，身近で発生した殺人事件が，地域防犯への関心や，犯罪に対するリスク認知と不安感に及ぼす影響について検討した。2007年10月に幼女が殺害された加古川市にて活動する防犯ボランティアが研究対象である。この殺人事件は，彼女の家の前にて刃物で刺された未解決事件である。調査は，兵庫県の５市にて行った。加古川市と他の市は，防犯活動が活発な地域である。調査回答者は，全部で361名（女性130名，男性231名。平均年齢67.3歳）のボランティアであった。調査結果は次の通りである。加古川市のボランティアは他の市よりも，１）治安悪化を認識し，２）高い犯罪不安感を感じていた。This study examined the effect of a neighbouring murder case on risk perception, anxiety about crime, and concerns about crime prevention. A volunteer crime prevention group in Kakogawa city, where a little girl murder occurred in October 2007 was examined. This case involved the stabbing of a victim in front of her home, which has remained unsolved. The investigation involved five cities in Hyogo prefecture. In Kakogawa city and other cities, the anticrime activity was active. There were 361 volunteers involved in the survey. 130 are women while 231 are men and the average age is 67.3 years old. The survey results indicated that the volunteers in Kakogawa had higher perceptions than the volunteers in other cities in 1) recognizing that the public peace has worsened; and 2) feeling of anxiety for the increased in crimes.departmental bulletin pape

Get PDFP(論文)障害者の雇用の促進等に関する法律の基本理念では，「障害者である労働者が，職業生活において，能力発揮の機会が与えられること」「職業人として自立するよう努めること」の２つの理念が掲げられている。しかし，精神障害者の雇用促進の課題のひとつとして，障害の自己開示・非開示の問題が存在する。非開示就労の多くは，事業所側の障害の無理解による就労の幅が狭まることを懸念してのことであり，就労先事業所との丁寧な支援体制を構築する必要がある。本研究では，精神障害者の
