Consideration of the gap separating consciousness and behavior of consumers toward diffusion of solar power generation
Get PDF東日本大震災に伴う福島第一原子力発電所事故以降、太陽光や風力などの再生可能エネルギーに対する関心が高まっている。その一方で、再生可能エネルギーの普及はごくわずかなものにとどまっている。本論文では、太陽光発電の普及に向けて ⑴ 節電に対する意識と行動についての乖離が普及にどのような影響をおよぼすのか、⑵ 将来の利用の有無と設備購入時の補助金や固定価格買取制度による投資費用の回収の見込み等の関係、⑶ 太陽光発電システムの普及に必要な要素という点を検討した。
その結果、⑴ 節電に対する意識は高いが、実際の行動となると意識しているほどはできていないことがわかり、⑵ 将来利用したい人は設置費用の５割補助を望んでいる人が多いが、将来利用したくない人は設置費用の５割補助を受けても利用したくないと思っていることがわかった。⑶ 太陽光発電システムの普及に必要な要素については、SD 法および因子分析の結果「環境に対する関心を持つ」「設置費用が安くなる」「国や自治体が設置費用を補助する」といった要素が重要であることがわかり、環境意識を高めることと補助金等を活用して設置費用が安くなることを望んでいると考えられる。departmental bulletin pape
A walking for both one's mind and body : Analysis from the survey of the mental and physical condition in the adolescence
Get PDF青年層におけるストレス応答処理に関するアンケート調査（ n ＝1,077）から、個々の持つ「心の在りか」について分析し、現代の青年層が抱えるストレス意識およびその処理方法について検討した。
「心」の所在に対する正答率は32.5％であったが、「不明あるいは不在」との回答が約１割に上り、円滑な大学生活継続の観点から、「心」のケアーと、医療サイドへの誘導が必要であると考えられた。また、学生の感じるストレスの約９割が人との関わりの中で生じており、ストレス軽減・解消のためには、「心」の鍛錬とリフレッシュが必要である。「心」と体は連動しており、気分転換により「心」の風通しを良くすれば、自然と「体」が動いて行動に移せるようになる。その際のストレス処理過程の中で、人が「癒やされる」ためには、逆に、人との関わりを避ける傾向が強い。分析結果から、最多回答は「好きな事をして楽しむ」ことで、そのうち５割弱が「音楽鑑賞」であった。また、上位に「十分な睡眠」、「ペットや動物との触れ合い」、「風呂で湯に浸かる」、「自然の中に身を置く」、「ひとりきりの時間をもつ」などが位置し、約７割５分が人との関与に否定的であった。近年のヘルスツーリズムの取り組みの中で、「森林セラピー」が効果を上げている。著者らが行った宿泊型森林セラピーにおいても、バイタルサインの安定化、ストレスホルモン抑制による精神の安定化および免疫力上昇効果を得ている。
今後、孤独やうつ症状に悩む方などを対象としたメンタルヘルスケアーの一環として、ウオーキングや森林散歩・散策という従来型の取り組みに、付加価値をつけた「メンタルヘルスツーリズム」としての取り組みが期待される。departmental bulletin pape
A consideration of the differences between languages in terms of the ways of describing events or situations
Get PDF40020539526Recently, researchers have been claiming that in the Japanese language, subjective description is preferred, whereas in the English language, objective description is preferred.
This paper considers that the difference between the two languages can be attributed to the level of description or the difference stems from the difference in the level of construal. By evaluating this consideration, I point out that the possibility that at least the differences of descriptions using “noun modifiers” and “relative tenses” between English and Japanese do not stem from the differences concerning the level of the perception but rather are just the result of the difference in the syntactic and semantic systems of these two languages.departmental bulletin pape

An Analysis of Japanese EFL Learners' Errors in Written English
Get PDFThe purpose of this paper is to describe the common errors of the Japanese learners of English in their essay writings and to consider the background of those errors from a cognitive linguistic perspective. In this paper, we take typical errors of a possessive verb ‘have’ in English for example, and argue that those errors may be caused by the lack of the learners’ knowledge that the cognitive process of English is quite different from that of Japanese. A Basic Structure of Practical Use of E-portfolio at the Stella and Charles Guttman Community College in the U.S.A
Get PDF40020540333本稿では，アメリカ・ガットマンコミュニティカレッジのeポートフォリオをめぐる組織的教育の基本構造を明らかにすることを目的としている。目的のために，同カレッジの教員の論文等を引用しながら，ガットマンコミュニティカレッジの概要，eポートフォリオの基本的性質，授業等におけるeポートフォリオの活用，eポートフォリオに関する教員研修の実態を取り上げた。その結果，次の3点が明らかとなった。第1に，「Digication」というプラットフォームが統合的，社会的，そして省察的な教育方法の実践を促進するということである。第2に，入学前と初年次教育段階において，eポートフォリオの活用が学生と教員に徹底して求められているということである。第3に，eポートフォリオに特化した研修の機会としてアセスメントデイズが設定されているということである。The purpose of this investigation is to study basic structure of organizational education related to the e-portfolio at the Guttman Community College (GCC) in the U.S.A. In this research, the authors examine the outline of GCC, ssential characteristic of the e-portfolio, the practical use of the e-portfolio at classes, and the actual ituation about the professional development of the e-portfolio, referring to the papers of the faculty at GCC and GCC ebsite.
The obtained results are as follows;
1. The platform of Digication supports the integrative, social, and reflective pedagogy.
2. Both the students and the faculties are required to use the e-portfolio at the level of pre-entrance and the first year experience.

Get PDFThe formation and careers of researchers and professors, of the higher education institutions in Mexico, and even in other countries in Latin America, are important policy issues oriented to evaluate their academic work that are receiving more attention, particularly in higher education programs, as research and learning environment diversify and their skill needs evolve. Academics staff needs develop new skills relating to communication, problem solving, team-working, and business and management know-how, as a relevant competencies to go forward in a broad job institutional changes, and to interact with different areas of knowledge, economic sectors and activities.
In this paper, I highlight mechanisms and areas of evaluation in which policy makers may wish to review their policy approaches, having regard to the features of the institutional arrangements in place. They concern issues valued by a spectrum of stakeholders, as evaluation of transferable skills to the cognitive learning process, the dialogue between academia and society (knowledge as a common good and social responsible praxis), encourage provision of Ph.D options, as well as opportunities for academic mobility to promote intellectual networks (both within and between sectors), stress the benefits of a balance of formal and informal learning, collaborative research and academic teams, and around the new trends of experiences that need to go forward the traditional mechanisms of evaluation and assessment in higher education institutions.departmental bulletin pape

As a result, Firstly students have increased the training time at the university while reducing the aspiration for the teacher. In the other hand, they have not much learned the attitudes and behaviors that are necessary for teaching, and this trend has more pronounced in social behavior and social awareness .
Secondly, focusing on the awareness toward curriculum autonomy, some factors have effect on the awareness that student become to think limited curriculum autonomy. Previous studies have examined the outline and formation process of section 1202 of Education Amendment of 1972. However, these studies have not focused on the formation of intergovernmental relationship between the FIPSE and 1202 state commission. Then, the obtained results are as follows; (1) Section 404 (b) was set at the committee of conference for the first time. (2) The role of section 1202 state commission was defined as planning statewide postsecondary education system, and administering federal program under section 1203 or Title X of Education Amendments of 1972 through the committee of conference.departmental bulletin pape
