The mind of design in architecture and garden : The design theory of Shugakuin-Rikyu of Mori Osamu and Taniguchi Yoshiro
Get PDF本稿では、日本庭園研究者で作庭家の森蘊と、東京工業大学教授で建築家の谷口吉郎のそれぞれの修学院離宮意匠論を考察し比較することにより、彼らが建築と庭園の造形において作者達の意匠心をどのようにとらえているのかを探った。まず、森と谷口の研究面での交流について整理した上で、著書や対談などから主に谷口が「意匠」あるいは「意匠心」についてどのように考えていたのかを確認した。そして森と谷口の修学院離宮意匠論には、その場所に以前からあったものを最大限に活かしていることや、三つの茶屋が分散しながら一体となり、それでいて異なった意匠となっていることなどに作者達の意匠心をみている点が共通していることがわかった。一方谷口は、足音や水音などの音という環境面や、何気ない簡素な造形の美、建築と庭園の結びつきなどに、建築家としての独自の視点から作者達の意匠心をみていることがわかった。departmental bulletin pape
Community-based integrated care and Wellness walking : Analysis from the survey of in Kudoyama-cho participants in Wakayama
Get PDF九度山町65歳以上の居住者で、2017年５月～2018年５月の全５回のウエルネスウォーキングプログラムに参加した女性26名（77.0±6.3歳）について、介入前後の変化について調査した。今回研究対象の九度山町の年に５回だけのプログラムに対して、ノルディックポールを用いたウエルネスウォーキングは収縮期血圧を改善する効果があり、歩幅が少ない高齢者は、歩幅が大きくなり、下肢筋力の改善が期待できることが確認できた。また、65歳～74歳の前期高齢者では、75歳以上の後期高齢者に比べ、収縮期血圧が有意に改善されることが確認されたが、後期高齢者では、どの項目においても、有意な改善が確認されなかった。血圧の改善を期待する場合、できるだけ、65歳～74歳の前期高齢者で始めるべきであるかもしれない。
そして、もともと歩幅が大きい高齢者は、ノルディックウォーキングのポールに頼りすぎて、逆に歩幅が減少することも確認された一方、もともと歩幅が小さい高齢者は歩幅が顕著に増加した。今後、対象者の歩幅等の特性に合わせた、指導の細分化等がウォーキングプログラム開発には重要ではないかと思われる。departmental bulletin pape

Development and validity examination of a rubric for evaluating student skills necessary for completion of basic nursing education
Get PDF40021513215This study aimed to develop a rubric for evaluating the student skills necessary for graduating from basic nursing training and to examine its validity. Five university teachers created a draft rubric following a moderation process and asked 14 nursing students,consisting of 3 to 5 students each from the first to fourth grade to perform self-evaluation using the newly-developed draft rubric. Then, we listened to the students’ opinions on the draft and modified it based on these opinions to assure face validity. Using the modified evaluation indexes, we conducted a self-administered questionnaire survey of 334 students (from the first to fourth grades) of the school of nursing regarding the skills they had acquired by the end of the first semester. One-way analysis of variance and multiple comparisons using Scheffe’s method showed significant differences in the levels of acquired skills among the first, third, and fourth grades, although discrimination between the first and the second grades tended to be weak. Family experience of decision making in Life-sustaining treatment at Emergency medical situations
Get PDF40021513209Objectives: To explore experiences and investigate nursing support among family members who make decisions for critically ill patients regarding life-sustaining treatment.
Methods: We conducted and qualitatively analyzed unstructured interviews targeting the experiences of four family members who made decisions for critically ill patients regarding life-sustaining treatment.
Results: Nine categories were apparent in the experiences of the target group: “decisionmaking being left to one family member in a time of shock and confusion,” “believing in miraculous recovery and continual searching for vital signs,” “inferring the patient’s medical condition and progress from doctors’ explanations and staffs’ actions and expressions,” “questioning the meaning of life when faced with a family member being kept alive by a machine,” “self-questioning about the morality of a life and death decision,”“worrying about being blamed for the decision,” “attributing positive meaning to the moment of death,” “not being able to face family members who share the grief,” and “support and comfort from family and others.”
Conclusions: Our results suggest that family members who make decisions for critically ill patients regarding life-sustaining treatment require nursing support to 1) immediately understand and interpret the condition and symptoms of the patient, 2) facilitate communication with medical staff, 3) encourage family members’ cooperation and participation in the decision making process, 4) protect the dignity and closeness of the patient and their family in a time of crisis, and 5) promote sharing and reflection of experiences among people who have made decisions about life-sustaining treatment.departmental bulletin pape
The Reality of the Teaching Practice System in Italy:A Research Report on a Japanese–Italian Comparative Study on Teacher Training
Get PDFThis paper examines the types of new teachers Italy is attempting to train. Research is based on the results of questionnaire surveys targeting senior-year students aiming to become teachers by confirming the problems and the state of the educational field training program in the period when individuals who had received training in the new system began to graduate.
Many Scienze della Formazione Primaria (SFP) and Tirocinio Formativo Attivo (TFA) students were aware that they had obtained the attitude of a teacher, the ability to manage classes, and the ability to teach classes. In addition, there were many students who became able to think critically about things and reflect on implementation. The current educational field training program is believed to have achieved certain results in the training of teachers as reflective practitioners who have acquired practical guidance abilities. We can see a shift away from teacher training strongly weighted towards theory.
On the other hand, it can be seen from the requests of the students that there are clear issues for the educational field training program as well. More than 80% of students held the opinion that more communication with guiding teachers and children was necessary. In addition, many students are seeking to increase their class hours and their chances to hold experimental classes and it is believed that the quality and quantity of experiences at schools must be made more fulfilling. In addition, many students felt that support was needed to relate implementation to knowledge and skills learned at university and it is probably necessary to build a system which organically connects the field study experiences of students at schools with learning at university.本論文では，新システムで養成教育を受けた者が輩出され始めた時期における教育実習プログラムの現状と課題を，教職を目指す最終学年の学生を対象とした質問紙調査の結果から確認することを通して，イタリアでどのような新しい教師を養成しようとしているのかということについて検討した。
その結果，次のことが明らかになった。
幼稚園・小学校教員志望の学生と中等教育学校教員志望の学生ともに，授業力，学級経営力，教師としての態度を修得したと認識している者が多い。また，実践を振り返ったり，ものごとを批判的に捉えたりできるようになっている者も多い。実践的な指導力を身につけた反省的実践家としての教師を養成するという点において，現在の教育実習プログラムは一定の成果のあるものとなっていると推察される。理論的比重の高い教員養成からの転換を読み取ることができるだろう。
一方，学生の要望から教育実習プログラムの課題も窺えた。指導教員や子どもとのコミュニケーションを増やすことが必要であるという意見を持っている学生は8割以上おり，また，授業時間や実験的な授業を行う機会を増やすことを求めている学生も多く，学校現場での経験の量と質をさらに充実させることが必要であると考えられる。また，大学で学習した知識・技術と実践を関連づけるサポートの必要性を感じている者も多く，大学での学習と学校現場での実習経験を学生に有機的に繋げさせるシステムを構築することが必要なのかもしれない。departmental bulletin pape

Research on Housing Policy for Child-rearing Households : Residential Choice Behavior of Applicants for Public Housing
Get PDF市営住宅の応募者分析や市営住宅そのものの考察を行うことで、子育て世帯に対する住宅政策における知見を得ることを目的とした研究である、特に一般住宅B（3K/3DK）タイプの応募者特性を把握したが、２人世帯が非常に多く、床面積とのミスマッチがみられた。また子育て世帯は、応募者の約半数を占めており、申込者は比較的多いものの、応募回数が少ない傾向があり、他の世帯に比較して平均倍率の低い団地を選択する傾向があること、さらに、子育て世帯の応募の多い団地の特性を見ると、子育て世帯の中には、交通利便性やエレベーターの有無などの条件を譲歩しても、子どもを育てやすい環境の良い団地を選択している世帯が少なくないこと等が分かった。また公営住宅には施設面や環境面に大変大きな格差があり、公営住宅をランク別に管理運営することも検討する余地があると考えられる。さらに、子育て世帯は３人世帯が最も多く、３人以上の世帯が入りやすい住宅が不足しているため、床面積の広い 3K/3DK タイプには入居・退去条件を整備する必要性があることを指摘した。今後公営住宅の管理運営については更なる検討が求められる。departmental bulletin pape
A Study on the Ability Cut out Shapes with Scissors in Early Childhood : Survey on the Current State of Scissors Skills in Early Childhood
Get PDF40021625012本研究では，保育所・幼稚園でのハサミ指導に資する年齢と切り方の発達の関係を明らかにした。64名の子ども（3歳児クラス11名,4歳児クラス32名，5歳児クラス21名）に対して，ハサミの使用技能に関する調査を実施し，森下らの研究をはじめとする先行研究と比較した。その上で，子ども達のハサミ使用技能の発達時期に大きな変化がないことを確認した。幼児の能力低下が取り沙汰される中で，ハサミ技能の発達時期に変化がないことを明確にできたことはとても意味のあるものであり，保育所指導指針で示されている「おおむね4歳」から機会を見つけてハサミを使用させることの裏付けとなった。In this research, I clarified the relationship between the age and cutting method development that contributes to guiding scissors at nursery schools and kindergartens. A survey on the skill of using scissors was conducted for 64 children (11 in 3-year old class, 32 in 4-year old class, 21 in 5-year old class) and compared with previous studies including Morishita's research etc. And I confirmed that there was no major change in the developmental stage of the scissors use skills of children. It was very meaningful that I was able to clarify that there was no change in the timing of the development of scissors skills while the infant's ability was declining. It was indicated corroboration of finding opportunities and making them use scissors from the "about 4 years old" indicated in Nursery Center Childcare Guideline.departmental bulletin pape
