【医療系ビッグデータと薬剤疫学】 薬局薬剤師視点で実施する医療ビッグデータ研究 ―薬局薬剤師による，薬局薬剤師のための，ビッグデータ解析のススメ―
Get PDF医療分野における情報技術の発展により，診療記録やレセプト，有害事象報告などの医療ビッグデータが急速に整備されつつある．これにより，従来，診療情報へのアクセスが限定されていた薬局薬剤師にとっても，医療ビッグデータを活用する道が開かれている．とくに，NDBオープンデータやJADERなどの公的データベースは，費用や技術的ハードルが比較的低く，日常業務の中で生じた臨床疑問へのアプローチ手段として有用である．また，薬剤師会等が主体となって行う調査やドラッグイベントモニタリング事業など，薬局薬剤師自らが収集・蓄積する実地型のビッグデータも，新たなエビデンス創出の基盤となりうる．本稿では，医療ビッグデータの特性や限界を踏まえたうえで，薬局薬剤師が実際に活用可能なデータベースの種類や特徴について，実例を交えて概説する．departmental bulletin pape
