Research on automation in distribution center - Relation between flexibility of logistics service and automation -
Full text link近年、物流の人手不足が問題となっており、2021年に閣議決定された総合物流施策大綱でも自動化・機械化の取組の推進が挙げられる等、官民で物流の自動化の推進に積極的な姿勢が見受けられる。
本稿では、物流事業者にとって自動化は物流業務の生産性の向上及び効率化を実現し、人手不足等の課題解決に役立てられる一方で、サービスの便益といった部分にも影響を与える可能性があるという仮説の下、自動化と物流サービスの柔軟性の関係について検証する。そして検証結果を基に、物流事業者の物流センターにおける自動化の活用の仕方を考察することを本研究の目的とする。
本研究の対象は物流事業者の物流センターにおける物流を対象とする。その中でも、マテハン機器を対象とする。なお、物流センターは倉庫、TC（Transfer Center）、DC（DistributionCenter）等、上記の物流の機能を提供するノードのことを指す。articl
