    P(論文)トラックドライバーのなり手不足・長時間労働などが課題となる中で、様々な働き方改革の取り組みが進められている。これらの一つとして、ドライバーの過重労働解消等のため、労働基準の厳格運用がある。また、バブル期に物流業の労働力不足の対策として提唱（1990年）されたモーダルシフト（長距離トラックの幹線輸送機関の海運等への転換）が、改めて注目されている。 　本稿では、労働基準の厳格運用が長距離トラック輸送に及ぼす影響と、トラックが利用できる長距離の定期航路サービスの現状などを整理した上で、長距離トラック輸送で海運を活用することの意義を、長距離トラック輸送の輸送力確保、ドライバーの働き方改革の観点から報告する。departmental bulletin pape
