EXCHANGE RATE MOVEMENTS AND STOCK PRICES: A REVIEW OF EMPIRICAL LITERATURE
Exchange rate and stock prices has grabbed the attention of researchers and had been a subject of empirical research for some decades now especially in the wake of events like Asian financial crisis and global recession. Exchange rates are said to effect stock prices, while a few argue that stock prices in turn effect exchange rates, this disagreement among the researchers has left the question open for research. This article attempts to review the existing empirical literature available on the subject and separating it into two (1) studies based on causality and Cointegration (2) studies based on volatility spillover. This article also tries to offer brief summary of each study for convenient understanding of researchers. Lastly, new direction for future research has been provided
THE IMPLEMENTATION OF STRUCTURAL REFORMS IN SLOVENIA AND READINESS TO THE NEW ECONOMIC AND FINANCIAL CRISIS
The last economic and financial crisis from 2008 to 2014 hit Slovenia harder than most other EU Member States. The aim of the paper was to find out in which state Slovenia emerged from the crisis and to determine the current situation with the help of secondary sources. We compared Slovenia with seven EU member states from Central and Eastern Europe (CEE) Eastern Europe, which were most similar to our former political and economic system and which joined the EU in the same year as Slovenia (Czech Republic Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Hungary, Poland and Slovakia). We analysed the main socio-economic aspects of the development and on this basis we drew conclusions and guidelines for the future development of Slovenia. We paid special attention to innovation and technological development and examined them in more detail. We used indicators from the international statistical database and data from international surveys to make a comparison between Slovenia and comparable EU Member States from the EU-28 CEE and the EU-28 average. We found that despite accelerating economic growth over the last five years, Slovenia has not eliminated most of its structural deficits and macroeconomic imbalances. To sum up, given the above-average GDP growth, driven mainly by increased foreign demand, Slovenia has forgotten that economic expansion is a cyclical phenomenon and will therefore run out of time for structural changes that will contribute to sustainable and stable economic growth
STATEMENT OF CASH FLOWS FOR SMALL AND MEDIUM-SIZED ENTERPRISES IN ROMANIA
An entity presents its cash flows from operating, investing and financing activities in a manner that best matches its activity. Classification by activity provides information that allows users to evaluate the impact of the respective activities on the financial position of the entity and the value of cash and cash equivalents. This information can also be used to evaluate the relationships that arise between the respective activities. A single transaction may include cash flows that are classified differently. The value of cash flows from operating activities is a key indicator of the extent to which the entity\u27s activities have generated sufficient cash flows to repay the loans, to maintain the entity\u27s operating capacity, to pay dividends and to make new investments without resorting to external sources of financing. Information on the specific components of historical operating cash flows, along with other information, is useful for forecasting future operating cash flows. They generally result from transactions and other events that determine profit or loss. The research methodology is descriptive and qualitative, making a comparison between the two methods of cash flow: the direct method and the indirect method in the operating activity
COMPARATIVE CONCERNS REGARDING THE ORGANIZATION OF THE ADMINISTRATIVE SYSTEMS IN NEW ZEALAND AND SOUTH AFRICA
The parallel examination of different states with their government systems is, was and will always be a necessary inurement for their in-depth knowledge and for the discovery of generalized orientations and developments. Regarding this affirmation, in the present article we intend to analyze from a comparative perspective two administrative systems, one from New Zealand and the other from South Africa, to identify the particularities in their organization and the way of functioning and to determine the similarities and differences between them. This research begins with the presentation of main identification data of the states, namely etymological explanations, continuing with the geographical locations and ending with the national emblems and flags. Afterwards, the present study provides insights into the genesis of the mentioned states, presenting brief historical records of how they appeared and developed. According to administrative-territorial organization criteria, New Zealand is divided into non-unitary and unitary regions, containing a territory as well, while South Africa is divided into provinces which, in turn, are divided into districts that are subdivided into local municipalities. From the point of view of the form of government, New Zealand is a unitary parliamentary constitutional monarchy, while South Africa is a unitary parliamentary republic with an executive presidency
Social Capital and SME: A Systematic Literature Review and Research Directions
This study aims to review past literature on social capital and SME. The paper systematically discusses the literature on social capital and SME between the years 1999 to 2020. The Scopus database was selected to make the literature search process transparent, and the literature survey used social capital and SME as keywords. The PRISMA 2009 helped the selection and exclusion process. During the literature classification, the final 33 articles were used to find the gap and future directions of social capital and SMEs. The results revealed literature on the methodology of the studies, Social capital and SME performance, innovation, and marketing capabilities and CSR-SME relationship. The systematic review recommends that future research may focus more on mixed methodology, the direct relationship between social capital and SME performance in less available research areas, the link between dynamic capabilities (innovation, marketing) of SMEs, social capital CSR-SME relationship, social capital, and family SMEs to remove the existing gaps in the available literature

ACCOUNTING INFORMATION IN CONDITIONS OF RISK REGARDING FINANCIAL INSTRUMENTS
The fast pace of business and the frequent changes in transactions make it impossible to eliminate risks from the financial market. An entity that transacts with financial instruments may be exposed to certain specific risk categories. Under these conditions, the entity is obliged to provide sufficient information to investors in order to determine the degree of risk related to financial instruments. The main objective of the paper is to identify the aspects that characterize the risk hedging operations and to ascertain their influence on the financial position and performance of a company. The orientation towards principles and not towards precise rules allows the improvement of the professional reasoning in the presentation of the information related to the derivative financial instruments

By analysing the dynamics of the purchase behaviour and food consumption, digital culture and pragmatism of the consumer, and also the influence exerted by the supply chains upon the purchase decision, we intend to investigate three main clusters of consumers who believe they purchase organic food and, thus, provide helpful suggestions for small entrepreneurs from this niche sector, who wish to further their development strategies
