Pensión de viudedad y parejas de hecho

The recognition of access to widow's pensions for common-law couples has been a significant step forward in terms of the moral and religious determinism that previously placed this type of union in an inferior category. However, such recognition has required subsequent legal reforms and the intervention of the courts in order to resolve a whole series of controversies that have revolved around same-sex couples, gender violence, the Roma minority, common children, and registration obligations. All of this has highlighted the practical difficulties involved in removing barriers to access to widow's pensions for more uxorio couples.

Isolation and characterization of natural yeasts for beer brewing

In the last two decades, there has been a rise in the craft brewery sector in our country. Although this industry operates on a small scale, craft brewers are willing to experiment with new flavors, produce native beer varieties, or develop healthier options in response to consumer demand, aiming to challenge the long-established and consolidated beer market [1]. One of the approaches to achieving these novel beer varieties is through the use of new yeast strains. Traditionally, brewing yeasts belong to a small group within the genus Saccharomyces. However, many brewers are inclined to explore alternative yeasts to introduce new characteristics into their beers. The main objective of this study is the identification and characterization of wild yeasts to assess their potential for beer production. The isolated yeast strains were classified through restriction fragment analysis of the ITS region. This method yielded distinct banding patterns corresponding to each isolated strain. Sequencing of the ITS fragment will allow for precise species identification [2]. To characterize the yeasts phenotypically, their fermentative capacity was evaluated. Sugar consumption was measured through growth curves in wort, and CO₂ production was analyzed by monitoring weight variation over ten days. Additionally, the ability to ferment maltose, the most abundant sugar in wort, was assessed using Durham tube assays in a minimal medium containing maltose as the sole carbon source [3]. Finally, we examined the killer activity of the analyzed strains to determine their ability to dominate fermentation over other brewing yeast strains. Commercial brewing yeast strains were used as controls in all experiments. Currently, we are analyzing the growth capacity of selected strains under different carbon sources, temperature conditions, and hop concentrations, as well as assessing their potential for producing undesirable phenolic compounds in beer. Finally, we will brew beer with selected strains to evaluate their brewing potential. Based on our findings, we conclude that we have identified new yeast strains with potential applications in beer production, which require further characterization

With this work we present three unpublished pieces that can be attributed to the sculptors Roque Balduque (¿? c. 1515 - Sevilla, 1561) and José Montes de Oca y León (Seville, 1676-1754), as well as the participation of Andrés Ramírez (¿? c. 1532 - ¿Sevilla? c. 1569) in two painting boards. They are kept in the Royal Monastery of Santa Inés of Seville. The three of small format correspond to scenes of the Passion of Christ, a Male of Sorrows, a Crucified and a scene of the Resurrection. The analysis of the medium surrounding these images reveals features that clearly refer to the production of the proposed artist.

The material depicts spaces and objects of research focused on Afro-American culture. The term corresponds to the plural territory baptized as "The Indies" by European ignominy and that in contemporaneity has been circumscribed to South American segments omitting other universes. However, land borders appear as a result of the colonizing conquest itself, and multiple narratives are translated that break through these barriers. From the value of culture, the weak line between sacred space and the surrounding Latin American real world is exposed. A process that has sustained since its genesis the cultural persistence among the dissimilar native groups, those brought from Africa and other parts of the world. The most up-to-date conception emphasizes rituality, orality, festivities and identity processes marked by the phenomenon of inter-American migration with an irrefutable Afro matrix. Likewise, the native peoples are a common axis throughout the transatlantic geography, the central reason in each of the interventions that can be seen in this audiovisual. Prestigious Cuban researchers and young people dominate this exhibition, shedding new light on universal culture. The album of watercolors Trajes y vistas de México en la mirada de Theubet de Beauchamp was discovered in the Library of the Royal Palace of Madrid by the Mexican historian Sonia Lombardo de Ruiz who published a facsimile in 2009. Long since forgotten, the album is divided into three volumes and was made by the Swiss colonel Victor Theubet de Beauchamp (1787-1863). Also considered to be of great artistic value, it contains numerous landscapes and costumbrist scenes of Mexican customs from a critical time period such as the Mexican War of Independence and the years immediately following its consummation. This work reviews the importance of the album and the role it would have achieved in the construction of the image of Mexico if it had been published in a lithographic album as was the initial intention, however the author decided to sell the work to King Ferdinand VII in 1830 who decided to withhold it.El álbum de acuarelas Trajes y vistas de México en la mirada de Theubet de Beauchamp fue descubierto en la Biblioteca del Palacio Real de Madrid por la historiadora mexicana Sonia Lombardo de Ruiz, quien publicó un facsímil en el año 2009.

By the beginning of 19th Century, industrial cement production started. Soon after it was improved and applied to new constructions seeking economy. In the United States the production multiplied and expanded. At the same time, it appeared simple machines used to mold blocks imitating stones. This had a wide echo in the Antilles and later reached distant places such as Europe, Asia and Oceania, helped by various political and social situations. Today these blocks are found in South America, South Pacific, the Caribbean Islands and in many other places. Material, advertising and machinery came together to make this construction system succeed in the first half of 20th Century. In these times it can be considered architectural heritage. In Seville there are at least two examples, one of them very prominent.-A principios del siglo XIX comenzó la producción industrial de cemento.
