LE POTENTIE DI DIO ED I SEGRETI DELLA NATURA:: ARTE E FILOSOFIA OCULTA NA SALA DEGLI ELEMENTI DO PALAZZO VECCHIO EM FLORENÇA
Get PDFAfter taking the Duchy of Florence in 1537, Cosimo I de’ Medici (1519-1574) realized a series of artistic commissions, seeking the promotion of his figure and his power. Among these works, the Sala degli Elementi in the Palazzo Vecchio was executed between 1555 and 1557. In this pictorial cycle, under the supervision of Giorgio Vasari (1511-1574) and the erudite Cosimo Bartoli (1503-1572), it has resorted to the mythological and conceptual repertoire inspired by the Neoplatonic syncretism developed in the second half of the 15th century. The present study argues that this theoretical corpus, derived from the Renaissance occult philosophy, was visually used as a tool of political propaganda and celebration of the figure of Cosimo I, being part of a broader process of circulation of esoteric ideas in Florentine society and art during the 16th century.Após assumir o ducado de Florença em 1537, Cosimo I de’ Medici (1519-1574) realizou uma série de encomendas artísticas, visando a promoção de sua figura e de seu poder. Entre estas obras, destaca-se a Sala degli Elementi no Palazzo Vecchio, executada entre 1555 e 1557. Neste ciclo pictórico, sob a supervisão de Giorgio Vasari (1511-1574) e do erudito Cosimo Bartoli (1503-1572), recorre-se a um repertório mitológico e conceitual inspirado pelo sincretismo neoplatônico desenvolvido na segunda metade do século XV. O presente estudo argumenta que este corpus teórico, pertencente à filosofia oculta renascentista, foi imageticamente utilizado como ferramenta de propaganda política e celebração da figura de Cosimo I, situando-se em um processo mais amplo de circulação de ideias esotéricas na sociedade e na arte florentina do século XVI

The study is essential to investigate whether court decisions that prioritize the mandatory eviction of irregular dwellings for subsequent demolition imply harm to the social rights of removed people. This research has a qualitative approach, based on literature review and small-N dimension sample analysis It is concluded that, in the verified period, the TJCE prioritizes the right to an ecologically balanced environment over the right to housing.A pesquisa busca responder ao seguinte questionamento: qual é o posicionamento do TJCE sobre o direito à moradia para famílias de baixa renda retiradas de Áreas de Preservação Permanente? O estudo é essencial para investigar se as decisões judiciais que priorizam a desocupação obrigatória das habitações irregulares para posterior demolição implicam em lesão ao direito social das pessoas removidas. A pesquisa possui abordagem qualitativa, embasada em revisão de literatura e na análise por amostra em dimensão small-N. Conclui-se que, no período consultado, o TJCE prioriza o direito ao meio ambiente ecologicamente equilibrado em detrimento do direito à moradia
ASPECTOS TÉCNICOS E JURÍDICOS DO IMPOSTO SOBRE A PROPRIEDADE PREDIAL E TERRITORIAL URBANA
Get PDFThis essay sought to address the taxable event of the urban property and territorial property tax (IPTU) and its hypothesis of tax incidence. The deductive method was used, which consists of basing itself on generalist statements, systematically through logical-deductive reasoning, to arrive at the explanation of the fundamentals. For this, the concept of ownership, possession, useful and immovable domain by nature or by physical access, as well as the legal difference between urban and rural areas, was demonstrated through bibliographical research. When seeking greater familiarity with the object under study, the features for the tax incidence of IPTU and the general aspects related to the nature and fiscal and extrafiscal functions of the tax were examined. In the end, it was concluded the importance of the phenomenon of taxation of urban real estate property, with the scope of adapting the levy to the economic potential of the taxed person, as well as ensuring the fulfillment of its social function.O presente ensaio procurou abordar o fato gerador do imposto sobre a propriedade predial e territorial urbana (IPTU) e sua hipótese de incidência tributária. Empregou-se o método dedutivo, que consiste em basear-se em enunciados generalistas, sistematicamente por meio do raciocínio lógico-dedutivo, para se chegar a exposição dos fundamentos. Para isso, se demonstrou por meio da pesquisa bibliográfica o conceito de propriedade, posse, domínio útil e imóvel por natureza ou por acessão física, como também a diferença jurídica entre zona urbana e zona rural. Ao buscar maior familiaridade com o objeto em estudo, examinou-se as feições para a incidência tributária do IPTU e os aspectos gerais relacionados à natureza e as funções fiscais e extrafiscais do imposto. Ao final, chegou-se à conclusão da importância do fenômeno da tributação da propriedade imobiliária urbana, com o escopo de adequar o gravame ao potencial econômico do tributado, bem como assegurar o cumprimento de sua função social

No full textEste trabalho aborda as relações entre Estado, economia, imprensa e educação na ditadura civil-militar. Trata-se de um estudo que objetiva a análise de editoriais, artigos e notícias publicados nos jornais O Globo, O Estado de São Paulo e Folha de São Paulo, que contribuíram para justificar ideologicamente o golpe de 1964, a ditadura que se seguiu e as reformas educacionais do período. Demonstramos que o projeto educacional dos governos militares foi legitimado em nome da eficiência técnica, do desenvolvimento econômico e da modernização das relações capitalistas. Não se tratou, portanto, de um fenômeno isolado das condições históricas que o forjaram, mas de um projeto inerente ao desenvolvimento associado e dependente de nossa economia. Assim, a defesa da igualdade de oportunidades e a ampliação de vagas não passou de um instrumento que reforçou a hegemonia do capital sobre a classe trabalhadora

Get PDFThis article has as its central theme the Student Assistance in Higher Education, resulting from a cut of our graduation course in Social Work, its objective is to analyze the management of Student Assistance actions at the Federal University of Ceará (FUC). It is structured in three parts followed by brief final considerations. Thus we present initially the legal framework that establishes student assistance in Brazil. Next, we deal with student assistance at the FUC, exposing the main programs, aids and services carried out by the Dean of Student Affairs, and we conclude by analyzing the management of these assistance actions. Este artigo tem como tema central a Assistência estudantil no ensino superior, resultante de um recorte de nosso trabalho de conclusão de curso de graduação em Serviço Social, seu objetivo é analisar a gestão das ações da Assistência Estudantil na Universidade Federal do Ceará (UFC). Está estruturado em três partes seguidas de breves considerações finais. Assim apresentamos inicialmente, o marco legal que institui a assistência estudantil no Brasil. Em seguida, tratamos da assistência estudantil na UFC, expondo os principais programas, auxílios e serviços realizados pela Pró-Reitoria de Assuntos Estudantis e finalizamos expondo a análise da gestão dessas ações assistenciais

Get PDFTechnological education has developed as a proposal that overcomes the educational dichotomy that emerged in society divided into classes. The objective of this work is to discuss some philosophical contributions to technological education based on the thinking of Brazilian philosopher Álvaro Vieira Pinto. This is an essay. The Brazilian thinker conceives the technique as an existential, a character trait of the human being and that elucidates the quest for overcoming dualistic education. The text points to the importance of technological education for the humanization of society, as well as the relevance of the decolonial movement. A educação tecnológica tem se desenvolvido enquanto proposta superadora da dicotomia educacional surgida na sociedade dividida em classes. ENVELHECIMENTO POPULACIONAL, QUESTÃO SOCIAL E A ATUAÇÃO DO SERVIÇO SOCIAL NA GARANTIA DOS DIREITOS DOS IDOSOS
Get PDFThe main work was to approach the theme of aging in the perception of Social Service, moreover, points out the discussion about the warranty policy of the public aged, in the arena of capitalist interests. The job materialized by means of bibliographical research using primary and secondary sources, for analysis of the problem studied. Research is based on Marxist base as a method that has characterized the need for explanation of social phenomena, associated with the capitalist mode of production. Thus, the work came to discuss how the aging process arises while demand for the field of the social worker. In this way, it was inferred from analysis of perception of authors who discuss the topic of aging in capitalist society, in times of social rights regression. Because even though advances provided through the struggle in favor of social rights, the change of the Brazilian population profile is far from guaranteeing equal features for all citizens, being observed that aging is a reality in deficit, there was absence of various aspects including, since the lack of social, economic and political support, recessive conjuncture of social rights the increase of social inequality and the deepening of poverty associated with the accelerated growth of unemployment because of corporate changes arising from the world of work. Soon one realizes the indifference with which the State has treated the implementation of social policies, with the reduction of their budgets causing even more the promotion of targeted social policies and fragmented dismissed the old guy. Being identified many challenges for which the elderly could face.O trabalho teve como principal abordagem o tema do envelhecimento na percepção do Serviço Social, além disso, ressalta a discussão sobre a política de garantia de direitos do público idoso, na arena de interesses capitalistas. O trabalho se materializou por meio de pesquisa bibliográfica utilizando-se de fontes primárias e secundárias, para análise da problemática estudada. A pesquisa se fundamenta na base marxista como método que tem como característica a necessidade de explicação dos fenômenos sociais, associado ao modo de produção capitalista. Assim, o trabalho tratou de analisar a trajetória de crescimento da população idosa e como esse processo se apresenta enquanto demanda para o campo de atuação do assistente social. Procurando compreender como o processo de fragmentação das políticas sociais enfraquece a qualidade dos serviços ofertados às populações idosas. Dessa maneira, foi inferida uma análise a partir da percepção de autores que discutem o tema do envelhecimento na sociedade capitalista, em tempos de regressão dos direitos sociais. Apesar de avanços proporcionados através da luta em favor da garantia dos direitos sociais, a alteração do perfil populacional brasileiro está longe de garantir características iguais para todos os cidadãos, sendo observado que o envelhecimento é uma realidade deficitária, verificou-se ausência de vários aspectos que inclui, desde a carência do suporte social, econômico e político, conjuntura recessiva de direitos sociais, o aumento da desigualdade social e o aprofundamento da pobreza associada ao acelerado crescimento do desemprego em virtude das mudanças societárias em curso. Logo percebe-se a indiferença com que o Estado tem tratado a execução das políticas sociais, com a redução dos seus orçamentos ocasionando ainda mais a promoção de políticas sociais focalizadas e fragmentadas dispensadas ao indivíduo velho. O ASSISTENTE SOCIAL NA POLÍTICA DE ASSISTÊNCIA SOCIAL: DESAFIOS DO "FAZER PROFISSIONAL” PARA A RUPTURA COM O CONSERVADORISMO
Get PDFSocial welfare policies have undergone significant changes since the adoption of LOAS (the Social Care Organic Law) in 1993; since then, several theoretical treatises have analyzed its impact. However, old challenges such as overcoming paternalistic social assistance and clientelism and the mix-up between professional practice and the development of proposed policy actions, go beyond the social worker category and take on new contours with the advance of conservatism. For this reason, it is important to reiterate the need to overcome these challenges by taking theoretically consistent actions directed by an ethical-political professional project. This paper proposes to contribute in this regard, bringing up a discussion on Social Work and its professional action challenges in Social Assistance Policies.A política de assistência social passou por significativas mudanças desde a aprovação da LOAS em 1993, e várias produções teóricas têm analisado as suas repercussões. Entretanto, velhos desafios como a superação do assistencialismo e do clientelismo, da confusão entre o exercício profissional e o desenvolvimento das ações propostas pela política, atravessam a categoria de assistentes sociais, e adquirem novos contornos com o avanço do conservadorismo. Por isto, é importante reiterar a necessidade de superação destes desafios com ações teoricamente consistentes dirigidas pelo projeto profissional ético-político. O presente trabalho se propõe a contribuir nesta perspectiva, trazendo uma discussão sobre os desafios do Serviço Social no seu “fazer” profissional na Política de Assistência
