UMA BREVE REFLEXÃO ACERCA DA ATUAÇÃO DO ASSISTENTE SOCIAL NA SAÚDE MENTAL
Get PDF In the public health scenario in Brazilian society, the weakness in the dialogues between health care network is visible, the quality of care towards the population that services, especially with regard to quality assurance, equity and rights. Thus, we see the need to reflect on the insertion of (a) social worker in the health-SUS System, specifically in Psychosocial Care Network and the challenges for the performance of this professional in Mental Health Programme in Care Centers Psychosocial (CAPS), with respect to the health process proposed by the National Mental Health Policy in expanding the recognition of social, historical and cultural overcome the use of the biomedical model to advance the social model. Finally, so we can make dialogue the issue of inclusion of the social worker in mental health, we seek to understand how the rights were produced, how have become professionals inserted in this working process and how this profession can contribute to this Dynamic rehabilitation of mental health users in contemporary society. The study in question included a literature review, data collection in Annals of articles, books, scientific journals. The literature has addressed issues such as mental health, perceptions and practices of professionals and inserting in psychosocial care networkNo cenário da saúde pública na sociedade brasileira, é visível a fragilidade nas interlocuções entre a rede de atenção à saúde, na qualidade dos atendimentos para com a população usuária dos serviços, principalmente no que concerne a garantia da qualidade, equidade e direitos. Dessa forma, percebemos a necessidade de refletir acerca da inserção do/assistente Social no Sistema Único de Saúde-SUS, especificamente na Rede de Atenção Psicossocial e os desafios encontrados para a atuação deste(a) profissional no Programa de Saúde Mental, nos Centros de Atenção Psicossocial (CAPS), no que tange ao processo de saúde proposto pela Política Nacional de Saúde Mental na ampliação do reconhecimento dos aspectos sociais, históricos e culturais a superar a utilização do modelo biomédico para o avanço do modelo social. Por fim, para que possamos dialogar a questão da inserção do assistente social na Saúde Mental, buscamos compreender como os direitos foram produzidos, de que modo transformaram-se em profissionais inseridos neste processo de trabalho e de que maneira esta categoria profissional pode contribuir nesta dinâmica de reinserção dos usuários da Saúde Mental na sociedade contemporânea. O estudo em pauta contou com uma revisão bibliográfica, levantamento de dados em artigos de Anais eletrônicos, livros e revistas científicas. AVALIANDO OS IMPACTOS DO PROGRAMA BOLSA FAMÍLIA: UMA PESQUISA BIBLIOGRÁFICA
Get PDFThis study is an effort to evaluate the impacts of the process of the Bolsa Família program, made by the data found in the Evaluation of Impact of the Bolsa Família - AIBF II. Taking that study while medullary source of the data to be analyzed, it is also considered other researches that reinforce the perceptions presents in, all the studies had done in ex-post, in order to best illustrate the social significance of each visited item. Then, intends a synthesis of the principal social effects generated by PBF and verified in AIBF II, to recognize which were the dimensional progresses in the key themes to reach the citizenship as gender subjects, education, health, nutrition, eradication of the poverty, among others. The results allow to conclude that in the first decade of existence the PBF provided significant changes in the composition of the social tissue in terms of improvement of the well-being.O presente estudo é um esforço de avaliação de impactos de processo do Programa Bolsa Família, construído a partir dos dados encontrados no Relatório de Avaliação do Impacto da Bolsa Família – AIBF II. Tomando esse estudo enquanto fonte medular dos dados a serem elencados, consideram-se também outras pesquisas que reforçam as percepções nele presentes, todos feitos em ex-post, a fim de melhor ilustrar a significação social de cada item visitado. Nesse sentido, propõe-se uma síntese dos principais efeitos sociais gerados pelo PBF e verificados na AIBF II, para se perceber quais foram os avanços dimensionais em temas chave para o alcance da cidadania, como questões de gênero, educação, saúde, nutrição, erradicação da pobreza, dentre outros. Os resultados permitem concluir que, em sua primeira década de existência, o PBF proporcionou mudanças significativas na composição do tecido social, em termos de melhoria do bem-estar

It is also intended to find out how society sees inmates. This appears with the project entitled THE STATE OF ART ON POPULAR EDUCATION IN THE PUBLIC POST-GRADUATIONS OF THE SOUTHERN ANDNORTHEAST REGIONS: Social Service and (2000-2010). Methodologically, the work is exploratory and bibliographical, whose approach is qualitative and quantitative, based on the critical theoretical framework. The research was developed between 2015 and 2016.Este trabalho tem o intuito de apresentar o resultado do plano de trabalho de iniciação científica (pibic/cnpq) cujo objetivo foi fazer o “Balanço das dissertações e teses que abordam educação popular nas áreas de Serviço Social e Educação na região Nordeste (2000-2010)”. From the contact with families involved in this reality, through the workshops developed by the project of University extension FAFAMI: Talk of family is Familiar, created in the year 2012 in the State University Paulista in the municipality of Franca and Linked to the Social Legal Center of the campus, such as return and approximation of the community and exchange of knowledge. Thus, it aims to point out a historical contextualization about family members in the capitalist system of production, as well as the impacts they are facing in the various social, economic and political transformations.O presente artigo traduz uma reflexão fundamental para o trabalho social com famílias no trato com medida socioeducativa de semiliberdade. A partir do contato com famílias envolvidas nesta realidade, por meio das oficinas desenvolvidas pelo projeto de extensão universitária FAFAMI: Falar de Família é Familiar, criado no ano de 2012 na Universidade Estadual Paulista no município de Franca-SP e vinculado ao Centro Jurídico Social do campus, como retorno e aproximação da comunidade e troca de saberes. “PARTICIPAÇÃO É CONQUISTA: UM CONSTANTE VIR A SER, SEMPRE SE FAZENDO”
Get PDFConsidering that law by law is abstraction, since it must live by praxis, by spirit, we aim to discuss the process of participation as "a constant becoming, always becoming". We emphasize political and sociocultural aspects that exist among humans. We contemplate article 230, Chapter 7, of the Constitution of the Federative Republic of Brazil, trying to unveil family, society and state duties towards the elderly. On the other hand, we highlight the social and cultural heritage represented by the elderly. We point out, as a challenge for today's world, participation as a shaping force of a just, solidary, ethical society. For this, it is necessary to balance theory and practice, in an authentic condition of unity of opposites, as Demo teaches us (1996, p. 1).Considerando que a lei pela lei é abstração, já que ela deve viver pela práxis, pelo espírito, objetivamos discutir o processo de participação como “um constante vir a ser, sempre se fazendo”. Ressaltamos aspectos políticos e socioculturais existentes entre os humanos. Contemplamos o artigo 230, Capítulo 7, da Constituição da República Federativa do Brasil, tentando desvelar deveres da família, da sociedade e do Estado, relativamente ao idoso. Por outro lado, evidenciamos o patrimônio social e cultural representado pela terceira idade. Pontuamos, como desafio para o mundo atual, a participação como força plasmadora de uma sociedade justa, solidária e ética. Para tal, é necessário se fazer o equilíbrio entre teoria e prática, numa autêntica condição de unidade de contrários, conforme nos ensina Demo (1996, p. 1)

Get PDFThis work aims to recover the discussions about the conception of education defended within the category from the contributions of the CFESS/CRESS group through documents such as Legal Opinion 23/2000; the brochure Social Service in Education (2001); Subsidies for the debate on Social Work in Education (2011); Subsidies for the Performance of Social Workers in Education Policy (2013). It is a work based on the critical dialectical method that allowed considering the importance of understanding the category of education in line with its current ethical-political project, in an attempt to break with a conservative action and in favor of a new social order.Este trabalho visa recuperar as discussões acerca da concepção de educação defendida no interior da categoria a partir das contribuições do conjunto CFESS/CRESS através de documentos como o Parecer Jurídico 23/2000; a brochura Serviço Social na Educação (2001); os Subsídios para o debate sobre o Serviço Social na Educação (2011); os Subsídios para a Atuação de Assistentes Sociais na Política de Educação (2013). The importance of this work is to contribute to the production of knowledge in Social Work in view of the population's awareness of health care.O presente artigo reflete a importância dos cuidados essenciais à saúde em fase de pandemia da COVID-19 e discorre a expansão das demandas sociais decorrentes dos problemas de extrema vulnerabilidade social. O Serviço Social está trabalhando frente a algumas manifestações relacionadas nas diversas expressões da realidade social no atual cenário. Desse modo, se faz necessário a intervenção do Assistente Social no acolhimento junto às famílias para orientações. POLÍTICA DE ASSISTÊNCIA SOCIAL EM TEMPOS DE PANDEMIA
Get PDF This article proposes to reflect on the crisis resulting from the Covid-19 pandemic and the management of the Social Assistance policy, aiming to build theoretical and practical subsidies in the conduct of management instruments to guarantee and expand the rights to social protection. This study was carried out through bibliographic and documental research, with analyzes based on the method of dialectical historical materialism. Since the Federal Constitution of 1988, Social Assistance has made great advances, however, the management of this policy still has many challenges. The Covid-19 pandemic opened up social inequality in our country and made evident the situation of vulnerability and social risk, of a large number of families and individuals. The research assumes that this time of health crisis and that deepens the economic, social and political crisis is a fertile period to seek new ways to overcome social inequality, through democratic and ethical management.Esse artigo propõe refletir sobre a crise decorrente da pandemia de Covid-19 e a gestão da política de Assistência Social, visando construir subsídios teóricos e práticos na condução de instrumentos de gestão para garantir e ampliar os direitos à proteção social. Esse estudo foi realizado pelas pesquisas bibliográfica e documental, com análises fundamentadas no método do materialismo histórico dialético. A partir da Constituição Federal de 1988, a Assistência Social teve grandes avanços, todavia, a gestão dessa política ainda tem muitos desafios. A pandemia de Covid-19 escancarou a desigualdade social em nosso país e deixou evidente a situação de vulnerabilidade e risco social, de grande número de famílias e indivíduos. A pesquisa parte do pressuposto que esse tempo de crise sanitária e que aprofunda a crise econômica, social e política consiste em período fértil para buscar novos caminhos para superação da desigualdade social, através de uma gestão democrática e ética
