Financial stability was tested using ACHANGE, industrial conditions were tested using RECEIVABLE, external pressure was tested using Debt To Asset (DTA), and fraudlent financial statments were test using EDAIT. The effect of e-commerce on entrepreneurial decision making using an android application-based accounting information system as a moderating variable
Get PDFThis study aims to analyze and provide empirical evidence of the effect of e-commerce and accounting systems as moderating variables on entrepreneurial decision-making. The method used in this research is a quantitative method, with classical assumption test techniques, multiple linear regression analysis, descriptive analysis, and hypothesis testing, using SPSS version 25 software. Data were collected by distributing questionnaires using random sampling techniques distributed to 40 respondents or students. The results of the study based on the Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA) show that the presence of a moderating variable, namely the variable use of the Accounting Information System based on the android application, will be able to strengthen or increase the influence of the E-Commerce variable on the variables of Entrepreneurial Decision Making in IAIN Salatiga students
In the Process of Being Bilingual of an Indonesian Child: The Phenomena of Code-Switching, Language Mixing and Borrowing
No full textThe present study is a longitudinal study for approximately 26 months to the Indonesian child and has been through her second language acquisition in Japan. A Longitudinal study is a research design that involved repeated observation of the same variables over long periods. The acquisition process took place for about four years. After returning to Indonesia, the family wants to keep her second language and do some second language maintenance. While in her process to be bilingual, she experienced a process of code-switching and code-mixing in her daily life using their mother tongue, Indonesian, and her second language, Japanese. This research focuses on how the child maintains her second language and how the bilingual process's phenomena occur through interactions in the family environment. Several language transfers from the second language to the first language occur in their daily life using Indonesian. This study uses an ethnographic research approach. Conducting ethnographic research requires a long-term process by making detailed notes about the group's behavior and beliefs from time to time. Observation and interviews are the procedures used in data collection in the field. The transfer language process is used through the code-mixing, code-switching, and preservation process of the second language after returning home. The results saw that the child both uses language systems in each language and sometimes mixed in between languages, as she has her languages.Keywords: code-switching; language mixing; Japanese as a second language; bilingual proces
Strategy of Public Image Recovery on Instagram; Case Study of Athlete Cristiano Ronaldo's Negative News Scandal
No full textPublic image is a person's view of self-image in order to appear to give a good and positive impression in the eyes of the public. Instagram is referred to as one of the social media to build, maintain and restore image by posting uploads that contain positive ideas and provide good comments. Image recovery is carried out when someone experiences an image crisis due to negative news and news so that the positive image decreases. Image decline can happen to anyone, including the world's number one soccer athlete who managed to score 600 goals on April 28, 2019 and won the Golden Soes award 4 times in 2007, 2010, 2013 and 2014. Many achievements have been achieved by a football athlete from Portugal. This makes the popularity more attached and ogled by big companies to become brand ambassadors and become a public figure. The high popularity made the image of Cristiano Ronaldo highlighted by many audiences, but at the end of 2020 news about the rape scandal, the violation of COVID-19 protocols emerged until his new case in January 2021, namely sexual harassment. The existence of negative news made Cristiano Ronaldo not remain silent so that he immediately restored his image through positive uploads on his personal Instagram media account, which became interesting to study. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative with the approaches used is semiotics and and image recovery theory. The results in this study are to find out the strategies used by Cristiano Ronaldo in fighting the image crisis through Instagram @cristiano and the model for uploading content on his Instagram to provide a positive image perception to the public. Cristiano Ronaldo can provide an example and inspiration for the public, especially other artists and athletes in order to maintain a positive image.
The Compare Analysis of Guidance and Counseling Services in Indonesian Schools of Kuala Lumpur (SIKL) And Schools In Kudus Indonesia
Get PDFThis article aims to find out the analysis of guidance and counseling services in Kuala Lumpur Indonesian schools with in Indonesian schools (Kudus). Research method using a qualitative method by using a descriptive approach study that aims to understand in depth the object that is examined. The results showed that One of the counseling guidance services in SIKL uses the support system by directing parents to participate in supervising students in the online learning process. Beside, in SIKL all teachers provide guidance and counseling services while schools in Indonesia are only counseling guidance teachers who provide guidance and counseling services. Counseling tutors in SIKL have an important role in school because counseling teachers are educators who serve and facilitate the development of all potential learners to plan for a good future from various aspects, ranging from personal, psychological, and social. Guidance and counseling services in Indonesian schools in their implementation are made the preparation or planning of counseling guidance programs. The guidance and counseling program in Kudus Indonesian schools has four services, namely: (1) Basic services, (2) Responsive services, (3) Individual planning services, and (4) System support. The conclusion in this study is the selection of appropriate counseling guidance services and a good approach will make it easier for teachers to guide counseling in helping to solve student problems

Get PDFPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis upaya yang dilakukan dengan adanya Program Pemberdayaan Masyarakat Pesisir dan Pantai di wilayah Kabupaten Batang Jawa Tengah. Manfaat dengan dilakukannya penelitian ini adalah dapat diketahui bahwa Program Pemberdayaan Masyarakat Pesisir dan Pantai ini berupaya untuk dapat mengentaskan kemiskinan dan mensejahterakan masyarakat yang ada di desa Klidang Lor Kabupaten Batang Jawa Tengah. Untuk memperoleh data dari sumber yang kredibel, maka penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan penelitian kualitatif deskriptif dengan teknik analisis triangulasi sumber data. Untuk memperoleh sumber data, dilakukan dengan cara observasi, In-depth interview dan dokumentasi. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, maka dapat dilihat bahwa penerapan P2MPP di Desa Klidang Lor Kabupaten Batang telah cukup membantu mengangkat kehidupan masyarakat dengan adanya 5 (lima) pendekatan P2MPP

The availability of health information is often a source of problems. In certain places, such as areas that are far from sources of information, coupled with poor management and health systems, health problems often become worse. The cultural and political issues are frequently invoked as scapegoats for people's refusal to accept the facts they require. As a result, the community's attitude to diverse psychological difficulties becomes critical, particularly in terms of health and, in terms of creating resilience. The purpose of this post is to talk about how important it is to establish community resilience during the Covid-19 pandemic. This research is literature-based research through a critical and comprehensive analysis of public health phenomena during the COVID-19 pandemic in Indonesia.AbstrakSekarang ini resiliensi menjadi tantangan tersendiri bagi para ahli di bidang kesehatan. Tantangan ini berhubungan dengan bidang multidisiplin yang berhubungan dengan masalah kesehatan. Ketersediaan informasi kesehatan seringkali menjadi sumber masalah. Di tempat-tempat tertentu, seperti daerah yang jauh dari sumber informasi, ditambah dengan manajemen dan sistem kesehatan yang buruk, seringkali masalah kesehatan menjadi lebih buruk. Isu budaya dan politik kerap dijadikan kambing hitam atas penolakan masyarakat terhadap fakta yang mereka butuhkan. Akibatnya, sikap masyarakat terhadap berbagai kesulitan psikologis menjadi kritis, terutama dalam hal kesehatan dan dalam membangun resiliensi. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menggali berbagai informasi tentang betapa pentingnya membangun resiliensi masyarakat di masa pandemi Covid-19. Muhammadiyah constitution jihad movement: a case study of the Omnibus Law on job creation
No full textThe Omnibus Law on job creation is a government initiative proposal and it has drawn public reactions to polemics of debate. Muhammadiyah as a religious organisation also expressed their objections to the Omnibus Law on job creation. This article is qualitative research that applies NVivio 12 plus to manage the data through crosstab analysis and cluster analysis. This study shows that there are aspects of conflictual relations that give rise to a movement. Muhammadiyah forms a formal or non-formal organization that involves the Law and Human Rights Council (HAM) as well as s a forum of the dean of the law faculty and the head of the law school of Muhammadiyah and Aisyiyah universities. In the concept, of Muhammadiyah emphasizes to synchronise between institutions by prioritizing transparency, making laws severe in their implementation. Muhammdiyah offers three concept points, namely revoking a government regulation in lieu of law (PERPU), delaying its implementation, and revising through public participation

Children's right to get exclusive breastfeeding in the Islamic law perspective
No full textAccording to Islam, exclusive breastfeeding means fulfilling the children's right to a healthy life, and it is a mothers' obligation. The government issued regulations that guarantee the children's right to exclusive breastfeeding, namely Article 52 paragraph (2) of Law Number 39/1999 concerning Human Rights, Law Number 23/2002 concerning Child Protection, and Government Regulation Number 33/2012 concerning Exclusive Breastfeeding. However, the coverage of exclusive breastfeeding in Indonesia is still relatively low, influenced by various factors. This qualitative study explored the various factors in exclusive breastfeeding and analyzed them from an Islamic Law perspective. Meanwhile, the informants were mothers with 0-6 months-old babies having exclusive breastfeeding rights. Data were collected through interviews and triangulation, including Integrated healthcare center (Posyandu) cadres and families. The results found in this study were that children's rights in obtaining exclusive breastfeeding from their mothers were not fulfilled. Various reasons were expressed to support their way by not fulfilling the rights, including the mothers' busyness causing them unable to breastfeed their children exclusively. It happens because the mothers lack knowledge about children's rights to get exclusive breastfeeding in Islamic law for two years
