Get PDFThe WHO-19 pandemic is a state emergency that has major consequences for all countries, including Indonesia. These consequences occur in various fields of life, including education. Many Indonesian citizens feel that their education rights are not fulfilled because they have to undergo distance education. This makes the government have an important role to play in overcoming this problem, namely by issuing an emergency education curriculum. The curriculum is a curriculum that is in common with the National Curriculum because it is a simplification. This curriculum also, when viewed from the perspective of Constitutional Law, is a great hope so that the education rights of Indonesian citizens can be fulfilled. This hope can be created because the learning prioritizes the achievement of student understanding. So that with the Emergency Curriculum, it can be a step to adapt and proceed towards normal state conditions, especially to fulfill the education rights of Indonesian citizens. Responsiveness of Volatility Analysis of the Jakarta Islamic Index on Macroeconomic Variables
No full textThis study aims to analyze the influence and response of the Jakarta Islamic Index (JII) volatility to changes in macroeconomic variables. VECM was used to examine the long-and short-term effects, while IRF was used to analyze the JII response. Data were obtained from BPS, BI, and Yahoo Finance monthly from 2015-2020 using global macroeconomic fiscal variables, including inflation, BI and Exchange Rates, Industrial Production Index, World Oil Price, Malaysia Hijrah Shariah Index, and DJIM Malaysia Titan 25 Index. The results show that JII is influenced by inflation variables, BI rate, IPI, OP, MHS, and DJIM in the long term but not the exchange rate. Furthermore, it is influenced by BI rate, IPI, OP, MHS, and DJIM in the short term, while the exchange rate and inflation have no significant effect. Macroeconomic variable shock influence JII by 52,27% while the rest is influenced by other variables outside the model. This research implies that the JII index is very sensit ive to economic changes

Get PDFLayanan Bimbingan Konseling Islam adalah suatu usaha dalam memberikan bantuan terhadap dirinya yang mengalami kesulitan rohaniah baik mental dan spiritual. Tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pelaksanaan Bimbingan Konseling Islam dengan Terapi Puasa dalam Meningkatkan Kesadaran Sholat Lima Waktu Remaja. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan analisis deskriptif, dengan membandingkan perspektif teori yang meliputi 5 langkah yaitu : identifikasi masalah, diagnosis, prognosis, treatment/ terapi, evaluasi dan follow up. Dalam proses konseling konselor memberikan 3 tahap treatmen/terapi yaitu terapi puasa sebagai pemantauan diri, pemberian tugas dengan mengisi angket perilaku shalat harian, dan pemahaman shalat lima waktu dengan cara menjelaskan tentang tujuan shalat agar mendapat kesadaran tentang kewajiban melaksanakan shalat lima waktu. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa dalam proses Bimbingan Konseling Islam dengan terapi puasa adanya perubahan kesadaran shalat lima waktu konseli. konseli melaksanakan shalat 5 waktu dan konseli menuruti saat ibunya meminta bantuan atau menyuruhnya
Sinergitas Kegiatan Keagamaan dan Layanan Bimbingan Konseling dalam Mengembangkan Altruisme
Get PDFPenelitian ini memiliki tiga tujuan yaitu: (1) mengetahui kegiatan keagamaan di SMP N 2 Suruh (2) mengetahui layanan bimbingan konseling di SMP N 2 Suruh (3) mengetahui faktor pendukung dan penghambat dalam pengembangan altruisme di SMP N 2 Suruh. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian kualitatif deskriptif. Sumber data yang diperoleh berasal dari observasi dan wawancara mengenai kegiatan keagamaan, layanan bimbingan konseling dan faktor pendukung dan penghambat dalam mengembangkan altruisme di SMP N 2 Suruh. Pada penelitian ini, informasi diperoleh dari guru keagamaan, guru bimbingan konseling, dan siswa di SMP N 2 Suruh. Informan yang terlibat dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 4 orang yang terdiri dari satu guru keagamaan, satu guru bimbingan konseling, dan dua siswa SMP N 2 Suruh. Hasilpenelitian ini menunjukan bahwa kegiatan keagamaan dan layanan bimbingan konseling yang digunakan yaitu dengan mensosialisaikan, pendekatan, kebersamaan, keteladanan dalam melaksanakan ibadah, menerapkan nilai-nilai keagamaan, dan menajalankan kegiatan keislaman. Faktor pendukung dalam mengembangkan altruisme di SMP N 2 Suruh yaitu kondisi latar belakang agama, keadaan siswa, dan guru, kondisi sekitar sekolah, fasilitas sekolah, adapun faktor pengahambat dalam mengembangkan altruisme di SMP N 2 Suruh yaitu kesadaransiswa, orangtua dan lingkungan sekita

Get PDFPencemaran lingkungan, baik pada tanah, air, dan udara yang disebabkan oleh mnausia yang terus menerus secara langsung akan berdampak buruk, sebagaimana adanya pembuangan sampah tidak pada tempatnya. Tujuan penelitian ini bagaimana proses pemberdayaan pengelolaaan daur ulang limbah plastik melalui gerakan pemuda Desa Tejosari Parakan Temanggung dengan melalui pendekatan penelitian ParticipatoryAction Research (PAR). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa (1) Tahapan rencana aksi dengan hasil analisis sosial atas permasalahan sampah plastik yang ada di Desa Tejosari dilanjutkan dengan musyawarah dengan beberapa narasumber yakni ketua RW 01, ketua RT 01, PSRT dan gerakan pemuda Desa Tejosari terkait dengan permasalahan yang ada di Desa Tejosari. Kemudian membentuk tim pengelolaan daur ulang limbah plastik. (2) tahapan pelaksanaan melalui organisir komunitas, melaksanakan pengumpulan sampah-sampah secara Bersama-sama dengan penjadwalan untuk mengambil disetiap rumah warga, untuk dikumpulkan untuk dipilih kembali limbah plastik yang bisa didaur ulang. (3) tahapan evaluasi dan refleksi yaitu melakukan pengkajian ulang dan rencana penjualan produk yang dihasilkan atas daur ulang plastik bersama gerakan pemuda Desa Tejosar
Tendency and Ideology of Arabic and English Online Media
Get PDFThis study aims to show the tendencies and ideologies of Arabic and English online media. Al-Jazera and CNN International, as online media, in reporting the death of a journalist named Jamal Kashogi is as a case of the study. This study uses Norman Fairclough’s model of critical discourse analysis which is divided into text analysis, discourse practice, and sociocultural practices. The result of this study suggests that Al-Jazeera and CNN both showed a supportive attitude towards the Kassogi murder case. Aljazeera shows a neutral tendency, while CNN tends to adopt a negative trend towards Westerners because of its ideology. Aljazeera represented the interests and sensibilities of the Middle East with an ideology that appeared to be similar to anti-American view in the presentation of news texts, while CNN could not release the collective consciousness as Westerners

No full textThis study aims to: describe the practice of implementing knowledge management in the management of the Jurnal Pustaka Ilmiah Journal, and to find out what activities are oriented towards increasing the culture of sharing knowledge in the management of the Jurnal Pustaka Ilmiah Journal. This research is a descriptive qualitative research. Data collection was carried out using interview, observation and documentation methods. The informants in this study were the managers of the current and previous Jurnal Pustaka Ilmiah Journal, amounting to 4 people. The data presented in a narrative format and equipped with supporting pictures in several parts. The findings of this study are that Jurnal Pustaka Ilmiah Journal’s human resources was still very limited, but have a strong commitment. Jurnal Pustaka Ilmiah Journal was led by an egalitarian leadership style. Communication between managers is carried out over various media both synchronously and asynchronously. Institutions play a role in providing material-immaterial support in this matter even though the intensity is still limited to ceremonial. Meanwhile, the learning process in managing Jurnal Pustaka Ilmiah Journal found that managers did not hesitate to try new things to improve the quality of journal management. The success of the knowledge transfer process is not the success of the journal manager alone, but rather needs to get support from various elements, such as the participation of parent institutions which is not limited to ceremonial to create a strong and professional management. This will have implications for increasing the confidence of readers and writers in Jurnal Pustaka Ilmiah as a credible reference in the field of library and information sciences
Indonesia's Dispute Resolution in All England 2021
No full textAll England is one of the oldest and famous badminton competitions in the world which experienced challenges during the Covid-19 pandemic in 2021. The forcing of Indonesian to withdraw from the event due to the National Health Service (NHS) regulations led to a dispute between the Badminton World Federation (BWF) as the organizer to the Indonesian Badminton Squad. The situation becomes complicated when the media creates a narrative that triggers a bigger conflict due to public pressure through social media, which causes Indonesian government to intervene. This study aims to explain the dispute resolution through negotiation and its factors. The method in this study is qualitative descriptive with literature review and interview. Based on data from online media news, the research results show Indonesian dispute resolution in All England cannot achieve a Win-Win solution since state policy is above everything. The factors of the negotiation process come from the internal, external, and cultural factors
The influence of corporate governance and financial performance on disclosure of Islamic Social Reporting
Get PDFThis research is motivated by the disclosure of Islamic Social Reporting (ISR) because it needs to be implemented by Islamic banks in meeting the expectations of stakeholders, especially the Muslim community. The purpose of this study is to find out the effect of Good Corporate Governance (GCG) and Financial Performance on Islamic Social Reporting (ISR) Disclosures with Non-Performing Financing (NPF) as Intervening Variables in Islamic Commercial Banks in Indonesia (2016-2020 Period). The research data collection method is by using secondary data sourced from the Annual Reports of each Islamic bank from 2016 to 2020. The results show that the variables of the Board of Commissioners, and Financial Performance are able to influence the Disclosure of Islamic Social Reporting (ISR) while the Sharia Supervisory Board, Audit Committee, Institutional Ownership does not affect Islamic Social Reporting (ISR) Disclosures. The variables of the Audit Committee and Institutional Ownership mediated by Non-Performing Financing (NPF) are able to influence the Disclosure of Islamic Social Reporting (ISR) while the Board of Commissioners, Sharia Supervisory Board, and Financial Performance mediated by Non-Performing Financing (NPF) do not affect the Disclosure of Islamic Social Reporting (ISR).Keywords: Good Corporate Governance, Islamic Social Reporting, Non-Performing Financin
