The effect of online learning on student learning outcomes on the theme of objects around us
No full textThis study aims to determine the effect of online learning on learning outcomes of objects around us in fifth-grade elementary school students. The subjects of this study were the fifth-grade students of MIS Al-Khairiyah, totaling 36 people, consisting of 19 males and 17 females. This study uses descriptive quantitative research with data testing using SPSS 25. Data were obtained through questionnaires, data from schools, and interviews. The data analysis consists of validity, normality, and hypothesis testing. The Kolmogorov Smirnov normality test results are known to have Sig = 0.200 0.05, so it can be concluded that the residual value is normally distributed. The hypothesis test results show that the value of fcount and ftable = 69.234 4.121. From the test results, it can be concluded that online learning significantly affects student learning outcomes. The coefficient of determination is 0.671, which means that online learning can explain student learning outcomes by 67.1%. This research contributes to developing the e-learning process in education for the better

Filsafat sendiri memiliki aliran-aliran yang dihasilkan dari pemikiran yang mendalam dari para ahlinya. Salah satunya adalah aliran konstruktivisme. Aliran-aliran dalam filsafat diterapkan dalam beberapa cabang keilmuan yang bersifat sosial seperti pendidikan, bimbingan dan konseling, psikologi, dan sebagainya. Aliran filsafat bisa diterapkan dalam pelaksanaan konseling. Seperti aliran filsafat rasionalisme juga menjadi dasar konseling rasional, aliran humanisme diterapkan pada konseling humanisme, dan banyak yang lainnya. Walaupun secara spesifik tidak ada penamaan mengenai konseling konstruktivisme, namun aliran filsafat konstruktisme juga mewarnai suasana proses konseling. Operational permits and brandings of savings and loan cooperatives and sharia financing (KSPPS) in legal validity perspective
No full textThis article described the legal validity of Savings and Loan Cooperatives and Sharia Financing (KSPPS) in East Java Region, especially regarding operational permits and their brandings. Most of them have KSPPS operational permits but in their operations use Baitul Mall Wa Tamwil (BMT) brand. Meanwhile, based on Chapter 2 Article 2 Point 7 of the Regulation the Minister of Cooperatives and Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) Number: 11/PER/M.KUKM/XII/2017, it is mandatory for every cooperative branch office and service network to display the cooperative identity either the name or logo, and not the BMT brand. The problem in this study was discussed using legal validity theory from philosophical, juridical and sociologicaldimensions. This was a qualitative research with a sociological, juridical, philosophical approach. Data collection techniques were divided into two, namely literature study to explore legal documents as data to review philosophical and juridical aspects and field studies to explore information from KSSPS in East Java to analyze the sociological aspects of the validity of the Regulation. The findings of the research were: the legal validity of the Ministerial Regulation Number: 11/PER/M.KUKM/XII/2017 from a philosophical point of view is not in line with the legal ideals of cooperatives in Indonesia. While from a juridical side, there is a legal vacuum. In addition, from a sociological dimension, it has not run perfectly due to non-optimal socialization from policy makers
Passive Islamophobia and cultural national construction: a critical note on art curriculum
No full textThis study aims to explore the passive Islamophobia in the arts and culture subjects on the KTSP and K-13 curriculum of secondary schools. Employing the representation theory, this article explores the relationship between marginality and Islamophobia integrated into the fine arts curriculum. Through content analysis of 2 textbooks for grades VII and VIII, some elements of marginalization in the Islamic cultural values were found. The conception of Indonesian nationality originates from various internal solidarity and contestation between Islamism, Hinduism and secularism in resistance to imperialism. The fallacy in the narrative of the mainstream of Indonesian nationalism seen as deeply rooted in the legacy of Majapahit/Hinduism, which unwittingly calls Indonesia the new Majapahit needs to be straightened out. The construction of cultural nationalism, meanwhile, overrides Islamic culture and identity. This article indicates that the teaching of the nationality of Indonesian culture does not consider the heritage of Islamic arts and culture. The marginality and exclusion of Islamic arts and culture in the construction of Indonesian nationality through the art curriculum and art education policy shows passive Islamophobia internalized therein, instead of the existence of accommodation and respect for Islamic culture

Program bimbingan karier di sekolah bertujuan untuk membantu anak dalam merencanakan karier di masa mendatang, agar karier yang dipilih sesuai dengan bakat minat dan nilai-nilai yang dijunjung tinggi. Fungsi bimbingan konseling karier itu sendiri adalah untuk menggali minat dan keterampilan berdasarkan latar belakang pendidikan seseorang sehingga mereka bisa bekerja melalui pelatihan profesional di bidang tertentu. Bimbingan karieradalah sebuah hal yang paling penting untuk mengarahkan siswasiswa sesuai dengan minat dan potensi yang dimilikinya. Pemilihan karier yang tepat pada siswa, akan memberikan kepuasaan dan akan meraih hasil yang maksimal. Kekeliruan pada pemilihan karier, akan berdampak secara luas pada kehidupan seseorang selanjutnya, yang kemungkinan akan menurunkan prestasi bahkan frustasi dan gangguan psikologis karena ketidakmampuan beradaptasi, hasil yang diperoleh tidak maksimal, tertutupinya bakat-bakat bawaan yang sebenarnya lebih dominan. Hubungan Kecerdasan Emosional dan Perilaku Orang Tua Terhadap Motivasi Wirausaha Pada Mahasiswa Akhir Unsyiah
Get PDFAbstract High entrepreneurial motivation comes from intrinsic and extrinsic. Emotional intelligence is one of the abilities needed to achieve success in all fields, can be a supporter of intrinsic motivation. Parental behavior is a form of extrinsic motivation needed by individuals in career development. Quantitative research method with multivariate correlation type, respondent sample is 263 Unsyiah final students. The sample was selected by simple random sampling technique. Data collection with Motivation to start a business scale, Emotional intelligence scale, Parent career behavior checklist. The results of the study explain that the main hypothesis is accepted, the value of sig is 0.000 0.05, it means that there is a relationship between the independent and dependent variables. The research findings found that emotional intelligence and parental behavior had an effective impact of 18.8% on student entrepreneurial motivation. The results also found that there was no relationship between parental behavior and entrepreneurial motivation. Due to the behavior of parents towards the world of children's careers, it tends to be low, while the motivation of Unsyiah final students tends to be high.AbstrakMotivasi wirausaha yang tinggi berasal dari intrinsik dan eksrinsik. Kecerdasan emosional ialah salah satu kemampuan yang diperlukan guna mencapai kesuksesan di segala bidang, dapat menjadi pendukung motivasi intrinsik. Perilaku orang tua adalah bentuk motivasi ekstrinsik yang dibutuhkan individu dalam pengembangan karir. Metode penelitian kuantitatif dengan jenis korelasi multivariat, sampel responden 263 mahasiswa akhir Unsyiah. Sampel dipilih dengan teknik simple random sampling. Pengumpulan data dengan skala Motivation to start a business, Emotional intelligence scale, Parent career behavior checklist. Hasil penelitian memaparkan hipotesis utama diterima, nilai sig 0,0000,05, bermakna ada hubungan antara variabel independent dengan dependent. Hasil temuan penelitian menemukan kecerdasan emosional dan perilaku orang tua memberikan dampak efektif 18,8% terhadap motivasi wirausaha mahasiswa. Hasil penelitian juga menemukan bahwa tidak adanya hubungan antara perilaku orang tua dengan motivasi wirausaha. Dikarenakan perilaku orang tua terhadap dunia karir anak cenderung rendah, sedangkan motivasi mahasiswa akhir Unsyiah cenderung tinggi
Code-switching and Code Mixing on Vlog: A Sociolinguistics Study
Get PDFThis paper aims for identifying the type of codeswitching and codemixing found on the vlog and recognizing factors causing codeswitching and codemixing. The researchers take data from 14 vlogs of Nurul Taufik themed Jaamiah or Campus. Some steps done in doing the research including listening to the vlog, analysing, and reporting. The result shows that there are 20 data of codeswitching and 52 data of codemixing. All forms of codeswitching belong to extraneous in the form of sentences. Some factors causing code switching are including speakers, interlocutors, the presence of a third person and changes in the topic of discussion. In addition, the form of code mixing is extraneous codes in the form of words, phrases, baster, repetition of words, expressions, and clauses. The cause of codemixing is the speaker's desire to get the “right” expression, and the habits and relaxedness of the speech act participants in communicating
Moderation of the Board of Commissioners in Determining Earnings Management
Get PDFThe problem of this research is earnings management, namely the actions taken by managers in manipulating the numbers presented in the financial statements. This study aims to analyze the effect of tax planning, profitability, and leverage on earnings management with the frequency of board meetings as a moderation. The study population, namely all manufacturing companies listed on Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) exchange in 2017-2019. With the sample of 22 companies. The sample selection method used in this research is the purposive sampling method and the data analysis technique uses panel data regression analysis. The study uses secondary data, namely financial statement data from companies listed on the IDX obtained from the website www.idx.co.id. The results show that partially, tax planning, profitability, and leverage don’t have a significant effect on earnings management. The frequency of board meetings has a positive effect in moderating tax planning and leverage on earnings management. However, the frequency of board meetings has not to effect in moderating profitability on earnings managemen
The Role of the Mass Media on the Issues of Religious Blasts in the Sharia Maqasid Concept
No full textThis study aims to describe the role of mass media on the issue of blasphemy in the concept of maqashid sharia. The theory used in this research is agenda setting in which the power of the media has a very strong influence on humans, thus forming certain emotions with the issues raised by the mass media. The type of research and the approach used is descriptive-qualitative like library research, which takes data from the case of blasphemy Joseph Paul Zhang through his YouTube account and the Waspada daily newspaper. Data collection techniques were carried out by literature study and documentation. Data analysis is inductive with data reduction stages, then data presentation and verification. The results of the study show that the role of the mass media in overcoming cases of blasphemy news cannot be filtered out and can easily be accessed by the public in cybercrime, the media is easily polished by the owner of the interest, so that the issues circulating are not balanced, in the case of blasphemy the media can only be a bridge and return to the public to respond to the news circulating.
