Get PDFDesa Arjasa mempunyai potensi sejarah dan budaya yang dikembangkan menjadi sebuah Desa Wisata Sejarah sebagai salah satu program dari kelompok sadar wisata. Penelitian ini berupaya untuk menggambarkan proses pemberdayaan masyarakat Desa Wisata Sejarah dalam pengembangan ekonomi kreatif. Metode yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif. Adapun pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi dan wawancara. Data-data yang telah dikumpulkan kemudian dianalisis dan dibuktikan validitas datanya melalui triangulasi. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pemberdayaan masyarakat dilakukan melalui pelibatan masyarakat dalam beberapa kegiatan yaitu; penataan zona wisata sejarah, pengaktifan kembali pengrajin Batik Khas Arjasa Jember. Selain itu, pengembangan wisata diarahkan untuk membangun kerjasama dengan eskavasi mandiri, BPCB Trowulan, pemanfaatan sanggar budaya sebagai pusat kegiatan Masyarakat Arjasa, kelompok sadar wisata (Pokdarwis), investor dan akademisi

This descriptive qualitative research was carried out at a sharia financial institution at BTM Pekalongan. This study aims to provide an overview of the information technology system implemented in the Pekalongan BTM environment. The instruments used in this study were observation and interviews. The results of this study indicate that the application of information technology has gone through a series of excellent analyzes, so the role of information technology is very large in the decision-making and development of BTM Pekalongan
The Phenomenon of Body Shaming and Speech Ethics Shifts among Societies and Social Media Users
Get PDFBody shaming refers to all the words offending someone's physique that seem normal when meeting someone called fat or too thin, the body is not ideal, the feet are too small, the hands are too big. It may sound normal, but those who get these statements suffer pain in their hearts and cause regret about their physical condition and go on a strict diet to look ideal. The body shaming phenomenon has now entered the realm of social media. Moreover, nearly all Indonesians have social media, and even worse, the wide access to social media makes body-shaming victims feel even more humiliated. While many people are still in denial about body shaming, considering it to be far-fetched, in reality, there are many victims of body shaming. This paper refers to several cases of body shaming in the real world and the virtual world. With the descriptive qualitative method of collecting data through observation and interviews, the author found the fact that body shaming is increasingly epidemic, especially in social media. When there is a photo of someone in cyberspace, there will definitely be negative comments that hurt. In fact, it is often likened to an animal, such as describing someone as a lumoe (ox), this happens in the social media user community in Aceh. Even though this behavior and speech are very contrary to the customs of the Acehnese people who uphold the teachings of Islam, the current conditions with the enormous openness to social media, da'wah for bad speech looks more massive than speech that is full of adab and politeness
The Effect of Equivalent Rate, Bank Indonesia Sharia Certificate And Office Channeling On Third Party Funds With Profitability As Moderating Variables
Get PDFThis scientific research aims to determine the effect of the Equivalent Rate, Bank Indonesia Syariah Certificates and Office Channeling on Third Party Funds with Profitability as Moderation Variable for Indonesian Islamic Commercial Banks. The method used is a quantitative research method with a population of all Islamic Commercial Banks registered with the Financial Services Authority. The sample used in the study was determined through a purposive sampling method with several criteria that have been determined by the author so that there are 60 samples for the period 2016 to 2020. The data used are panel data types. The analytical test methods include descriptive statistical test, stationarity test, multiple regression test, T test, F test, R2, classical assumption test and Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA) test. The test was carried out using the Eviews 10 software tool. The results obtained showed that the Equivalent Rate variable had a significant positive effect on Third Party Funds. The Bank Indonesia Syariah Certificates variable has a significant negative effect on Third Party Funds and the Office Channeling variable has a significant positive effect on Third Party Funds. Based on the results of the MRA test, the profitability interaction variable cannot moderate the effect of the Equivalent Rate, Bank Indonesia Syariah Certificates and Office Channeling variables on Third Party Funds.Keywords: Equivalent Rate, Bank Indonesia Syariah Certificates, Office Channeling, Profitability and Third Party Fund
Financial Stability, Industrial Conditions and External Pressure on Financial Statement Fraud in Manufacturing Companies

Financial stability was tested using ACHANGE, industrial conditions were tested using RECEIVABLE, external pressure was tested using Debt to Asset (DTA), and fraudlent financial statments were test using EDAIT. This study uses secondary data quantitative methods. The population in this study are manufacturing companies listed on the IDX. DETERMINANTS OF PRODUCT PURCHASE DECISIONS ON THE SHOPEE MARKETPLACE
Get PDFTechnological developments increase online buying and selling transactions through e-commerce. This study aims to examine the determinants that affect purchasing decisions on marketplace Shopee. This type of descriptive quantitative approach is used in this study. To determine the research sample, a stratified proportional random sampling technique was used and 100 students of IAIN Salatiga were obtained as research samples. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression with the research instrument in the form of a questionnaire. The results showed that 1) Islamic branding had a positive and significant effect on Shopee marketplace purchasing decisions, 2) promotions had a positive and significant impact on Shopee marketplace purchasing decisions, 3) product reviews had no significant effect on Shopee marketplace purchasing decisions, 4) security has a positive and significant effect on Shopee marketplace purchasing decisions, 5) payment methods have a positive and significant impact on Shopee marketplace purchasing decision
E-research untuk Universitas Riset Studi Kasus Layanan Digital Perpustakaan Universitas Sumatera Utara
No full textThis study aims to determine e-research on the Digital Service Library of Universitas Sumatera Utara in supporting the mission of Universitas Sumatera Utara as a research university. This study uses a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. Research informants are users of Digital Services, namely Lecturers and Postgraduate Students who are conducting research. Informants were taken using snowball sampling. During the data collection process, eleven key informants were netted, namely six lecturers, five postgraduate students. One additional informant is the Digital Service Librarian. The results showed that e-research at the Digital Service Library of Universitas Sumatera Utara was first, information retrieval, namely the assistance provided by librarians to users in finding references relevant to the research topic. Second, e-resources, namely electronic information sources: e-repository, e-journal, e-thesis, and e-dissertation. Third, information literacy, namely training on the use of online databases, e-journal and e-book searches. Fourth, global network, namely internet facilities with bandwidth 30 Mbps and wifi for library users who are doing research. The conclusion that can be drawn is that e-research in the Digital Services Library of Universitas Sumatera Utara has supported the mission of Universitas Sumatera Utara as a research university. Digital Services has acted as a mediator and facilitator in research activities at Universitas Sumatera Utara. The facilities in Digital Services are used to build research excellence and maintain the status of Universitas Sumatera Utara as a global research university

Get PDFPelaksanaan pemenuhan dan perlindungan hak penyandang disabilitas dalam fasilitas ruang publik perlu memperhatikan Peraturan Daerah Kabupaten Semarang Nomor 12 Tahun 2021. Hal ini telah mempunyai indikator khusus pada Pasal 39 ayat (1) dan (2) terkait infrastruktur pada fasilitas ruang publik. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana pemenuhan dan perlindungan penyandang disabilitas ruang publik yang ada di Kecamatan Bringin terhadap Peraturan Daerah Kabupaten Semarang Nomor 12 Tahun 2021 perspektif Maqashid Syari’ah. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian yuridis sosiologis dengan bersifat penelitian deskriptif-analisis. Metode pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan sumber informasi langsung dari narasumber, aturan peraturan daerah terkait pemenuhan dan perlindungan penyandang disabilitas. Permasalahan yang ditemukan dalam penelitian ini, kemudian dianalisis menggunakan pendekatan yuridis sosiologis dengan jenis penelitian Field Research yang didasarkan pada hukum positif Indonesia dan beberapa teori hukum Islam. Hasil penelitian pemenuhan dan perlindungan penyandang disabilitas ruang publik pada peraturan daerah Kabupaten Semarang nomor 12 tahun 2021 perspektif maqashid syari’ah, yakni Kecamatan Bringin harus membuat kebijakan terhadap fasilitas ruang publik yang kurang ramah bagi penyandang disabilitas. Adanya koordinasi terhadap proses pembangunan pada masyarakat sipil. Prioritas dalam pembangunan yang aksesibilitas bagi penyandang disabilitas (difabel) berdasarkan pada Pasal 39 ayat (2) yang diperjelas pada peraturan menteri pekerjaan umum nomor 30 tahun 2006 pada Pasal 4 ayat (1) huruf a sampai p. Hasilnya adalah dalam ruang publik Kecamatan Bringin yaitu kantor Kecamatan Bringin, bangunan gedung, pasar tradisional, masjid dan taman karanglo bringin belum sepenuhnya sesuai. Pembangunan ramah hanya di kantor kecamatan saja kurangnya pemerataan dalam fasilitas ramah penyandang disabilitas dan belum sepenuhnya sesuai jika dilihat dari maqashid syari’ah

No full textThis article focused on studying the dynamic nahwu learning curriculum developed by Nurul Qur'an Islamic Boarding School for Tahfidz (PPNQ) Jumoyo Salam, Magelang, Central Java. It aimed at describing nahwu learning in the pesantren, focusing on memorizing the Qur'an. The method used was participatory, done by being directly involved in the learning at PPNQ, starting from the design of learning, students placement, building classes, and deciding the books used. Data were collected through observation, limited discussion, and interviews with the teachers, students, and administrators. The study found that the learning dynamics are developed in this pesantren because the curriculum is not yet stable. The dynamics are in the form of students' obligation to present on each subject (book) taught and to memorize at another time. The fact is different from the eras before this dynamic development. It is very interesting considering that the Islamic Boarding School for Tahfidz is known as a pesantren that firmly adheres to the principle of maintaining a tradition that has been going on for decades. Therefore, dynamic observations are also needed regarding subsequent developments

No full textThis study assessed the items quality of the Test of Arabic as a Foreign Language (TOAFL) conducted at Sultan Syarif Kasim State Islamic University (UIN) Riau, including the questions’ validity and reliability, difficulty level, and discriminating power. It used the descriptive quantitative method. The data were collected by tests and documentation, and then analyzed using SPSS 25. Regarding question validity, it was found that 35 items (25%) were valid, and 105 (75%) items were invalid. Meanwhile, the reliability score was 0.856. while judging from the level of difficulty, it was found that the easy category included 40 items (28.57%), the medium category included 56 questions (40%), and the difficult category included 44 questions (31.43%). In terms of discriminating power, 36 questions (25,71% were in the excellent category, 21 questions (15%) were good, and 83 questions (59,29%) were considered in the bad category
