    Toplu yapılarda geçici yönetim

    Get PDF

It is known that agriculture is as old as human history. It is known that people's need for food diversity has constantly increased since the beginning of their existence. In the early days, people carried out a more primitive agricultural activity and grew enough food to meet the needs of the household. However, today it is seen that capital companies are making serious investments in the agricultural sector and growing agricultural products. Thanks to the large investments made, enterprises that produce crops in bulk meet the food needs of the country's population and contribute to the country's economy with export income. In addition to these situations, the most important factors that distinguish the agricultural sector from other commercial and industrial enterprises are the production and stock keeping method. Therefore, it was thought that there was a need for an accounting method that would be different from the bookkeeping method of other sectors. In this thesis study, the book records of enterprises operating in the agricultural sector were examined and the differences between the Tax Procedure Law and Turkish Accounting Standards were pointed out and their positive and negative aspects were tried to be stated

Caregivers of home care patients with stroke have to cope with physical, psychological, social and economic problems. This study is a quasi-experimental, single group sampling study with its own control group between July-December 2023 in order to evaluate the effect of the training programme based on the Precede-Proceed model on the caregiving response, perceived social support level and patient outcomes of the caregivers of home care patients with stroke. The population of the study consisted of N=292 stroke home care patients and their caregivers who benefited from the home health services unit of a public hospital, and the sample consisted of (n=70) stroke patients and (n=70) caregivers. The time-dependent changes of home care patients with stroke after the intervention (at the 8th and 16th weeks) were evaluated using the 'Patient personal information form (statements about care)', 'Braden Risk Assessment Scale' and 'Hospital admission follow-up form'. The time-dependent changes of the caregivers after the intervention (at the 8th and 16th weeks) were evaluated with the 'Caregiver Reaction Rating Scale' and 'Multidimensional Perceived Social Support Scale'. It was observed that there was a significant improvement in the level of caregiver response (F=112.303, p<0.001) and perceived social support (F=608.436, p<0.001) over time (8th and 16th weeks). When the patient outcomes after the intervention were analysed, it was found that there were significant improvements in the presence of aspiration/pneumonia, incontinence, constipation/diarrhoea, and fall status (p<0.05). It was found that there was a significant improvement in the pressure injury risk of the patients depending on time (F=26.938, p<0.001). It was also found that the hospital admission rates of the patients decreased significantly after the intervention (8th week and 16th week) compared to before the intervention (t=14.000, p<0.001). It was determined that the Precede-Proceed model-based training programme improved the caregiving response and social support perceptions of caregivers of stroke patients and provided positive improvements in patient outcomes. This result suggests that the Precede-Proceed model should be encouraged to be used in caregivers of home care patients with stroke

Comparing the contents of outcome measures in upper-limb amputation using the International Classification of Functioning, Disability, and Health: A systematic review

    Get PDF
The International Classification of Functioning, Disability, and Health (ICF) provides a universal framework for assessing the functioning of any person. To facilitate the application of the ICF in practice, ICF core sets are being developed. This study is part of a project intended to develop an ICF core set for upper-limb amputation (ULA) and aims to identify relevant concepts included in the outcome measurements used in studies of ULA. Articles involving ULA aged 18 years or older from January 2011 to December 2021 were searched on Cumulative Index to Nursing and Allied Health Literature, SPORTdiscus, and Medical Literature Analysis and Retrieval System Online. We included studies with particular designs (randomized controlled trials, before/after studies, cross-sectional studies, and longitudinal observational studies) and published in English. Relevant concepts were extracted from measurements and linked to the ICF using linking rules, and a frequency analysis was conducted. Sixty-one of the 1272 identified publications were included, from which 86 measurements were extracted. Concepts extracted from measurements were linked to 129 ICF categories. Three hundred twenty-six (29.23%) of the 1115 concepts were related to body functions, 643 (57.66%) to activity and participation, 96 (8.60%) to environmental factors, 19 (1.70%) to body structures, and 6 (0.53%) to personal factors. Twenty-five (2.24%) were characterized as "nd-not definable." "Fifty-four" categories identified in at least 5% of the publications will be considered for inclusion in the final ICF core set for ULA during the consensus conference. This review provides information about the content of measures, and the identified ICF categories reveal the research perspective for developing an ICF core set for ULA

The addition of increasing complexity and uncertainty with the globalization of supply chains, as well as epidemics that have increased recently and affected the whole world, causes supply problems in all sectors, especially agriculture and food. All these developments have revealed the necessity of transforming existing supply chain systems into a more technologically intelligent and sustainable structure. Today, blockchain has started to take its place in the literature as a technology that is increasing its importance day by day due to its high potential in ensuring security and sustainability in supply chains. This study specifically addresses global epidemics that may negatively affect the agriculture and food supply chain. However, ways are being sought to make agriculture and food supply chains safer in the face of increasing epidemics. For this purpose, the superior features of blockchain technology are highlighted, its prominent features in its integration into the supply chain are emphasized, and thus, how to combat the negative effects of global epidemics is discussed. © The Author(s), under exclusive license to Springer Nature Switzerland AG 2024

Novel hybrid intelligence predictive model based on successive variational mode decomposition algorithm for monthly runoff series

    No full text
A high-accuracy estimation of the runoff has always been an extremely relevant and challenging subject in hydrology science. Therefore, in the current research, a novel hybrid decomposition-integration-optimization based model is developed to enhance the estimation precision of the runoff. The suggested predictive model is a combination of successive variational mode decomposition (SVMD) technique and Multi-Layer Perceptron neural network (MLP) model integrated with particle swarm optimization (PSO) meta-heuristic algorithm (i.e., hybrid SVMD-MLP-PSO model). To test its performance, the mean monthly runoff data recorded from Sep 1986-Aug 2017 in Dez River basin (MRDRm), southwest of Iran, are used. The performance of the recommended model is also matched with other different hybrid and single models including MLP-PSO, SVMD-MLP, and MLP as the benchmark model. In all models, the sequence-to-one regression module of forecasting (i.e., without using meteorological parameters recorded in the study region) is utilized. In the SVMD based hybrid models, the optimal value of compactness of mode (α) for the original MRDRm time series is achieved at 100. Then, the PACF (partial autocorrelation function) diagram related to the lag length from each decomposed intrinsic mode function (IMF) sub-signals sequence generated is operated to select the ideal input variables. Performance evaluation metrics prove that the hybrid SVMD-MLP-PSO model under the best predictor and meta-parameters, outperformed with an R2 of 0.89, modified 2012 version of Kling-Gupta efficiency (KGEʹ) of 0.83, volumetric efficiency (VE) of 0.91, Nash–Sutcliffe efficiency (NSE) of 0.88, and RMSE of 13.91 m3/s. Comparatively, the standalone MLP as the benchmark model results in an R2 of 0.24, VE of 0.33, KGEʹ of 0.2, NSE of 0.29, and RMSE of 153.39 m3/s. © 2024 Elsevier B.V

A nivalenol imprinted quartz crystal microbalance sensor based on sulphur-incorporating cobalt ferrite and its application to rice samples

    No full text
Nivalenol as a mycotoxin pesticide is toxic to humans and animals and causes major health problems including hemorrhage, anemia, and vomiting. Thus, the need for fast and reliable analytical systems in terms of the management of health risks resulting from nivalenol exposure has increased in recent years. The aim of this study involved a novel molecularly imprinted quartz crystal microbalance sensor preparation based on sulphur-incorporating cobalt ferrite for nivalenol detection in rice samples. For this aim, cobalt ferrite and sulfur incorporated cobalt ferrite were successfully synthesized by sol-gel and calcination methods, respectively. Then, nivalenol imprinted quartz crystal microbalance chips based on cobalt ferrite and sulfur incorporated cobalt ferrite were prepared by an ultraviolet polymerization technique including N,N′-azobisisobutyronitrile as the initiator, ethylene glycol dimethacrylate as the cross-linker, methacryloylamidoglutamic acid as the monomer, and nivalenol as the analyte. After some spectroscopic, electrochemical and microscopic characterization studies, the developed sensor was applied to rice grain samples for the determination of nivalenol. The linearity of the prepared sensor was observed to be 1.0-10.0 ng L−1 and the limit of quantification and detection limit were found to be 1.0 and 0.33 ng L−1, respectively. Finally, the high selectivity, repeatability, and stability of the prepared sensor based on sulphur-incorporating cobalt ferrite and a molecularly imprinted polymer can ensure safe food consumption worldwide. © 2024 The Royal Society of Chemistry

    Get PDF
This study focuses on the development of eco and user-friendly mechanochemically-activated geopolymeric stabilizers, surpassing the limitations inherent in traditional geopolymerization methods. A comparative analysis was undertaken with conventionally activated geopolymer stabilizers to establish benchmarks for effectiveness in soil stabilization applications. Additionally, the research delves into the impact of granulated blast-furnace slag (GGBS) content on the mechanical and durability properties of stabilized soil samples. In addition, the investigation focuses on the influence of the activation method on soil effectiveness and strength post-exposure to sulfate attack. The durability performance is rigorously assessed through the immersion of specimens in a 1 % magnesium sulfate (MgSO4) solution for 60 and 120 days. The comprehensive evaluation includes visual appearance, mass changes, Ultrasonic Pulse Velocity (UPV), Unconfined Compressive Strength (UCS), and Fourier-Transform Infrared (FTIR) spectra of geopolymer-stabilized soil specimens. The results showed that before the exposure to the MgSO4 solution, the UCS of mechanochemically activated geopolymer (MAG) samples was higher (12–45 %) than that of conventionally activated geopolymer (CAG)-stabilized soil. Furthermore, the strength of the geopolymer-stabilized soil improved by 114 %, 247 %, and 361 %, at 50, 75, and 100 % GGBS content, respectively. On the other hand, after exposure to the MgSO4 solution, the results showed that the mechanochemically activated geopolymer-stabilized soil has better resistance to sulfate erosion than the conventionally activated geopolymer-stabilized soil. The residual UCS for MAG and CAG samples were 93 % and 89 % when exposed to 1 % magnesium sulfate solution for 60 days, whereas they declined to 70 % and 58 %, respectively, after 120 days of immersion. © 2024 The Author

In this study, which was conducted with correlational design, one of the quantitative research methods, 878 participants were reached. 78.2% of the participants are women and 21.8% are men. In the study, self-report scales consisting of a personal information form, adverse childhood experiences scale, rumination scale, and Liebowitz social anxiety scale were administered to the participants. The analysis of the data regarding the research findings was carried out using the SPSS 25 package program. First of all, the relationship between adverse childhood experiences and social anxiety and rumination was examined; Then, parallel multi-agent analysis and serial intermediary analyses were performed using the Process V4.2 extension (Model 4). According to the findings, it was found that there was a significant positive relationship between adverse childhood experiences, social anxiety disorder symptoms, and rumination variables. It has also been observed that rumination has a mediating role in the relationship between adverse childhood experiences and social anxiety disorder symptoms. Examining the role of rumination in the relationship between childhood adverse events and social anxiety symptoms may help develop new interventions targeting SAD and expand the literature on the cognitive, behavioral, and affective vulnerabilities that early adverse events bring with them. © The Author(s) 2024
