Microfinance and social work: a roadmap to sustainability
Microfinance is a tool to enhance the well-being of the individuals through poverty reduction. It is also considered as an effective instrument for social development-controversies arise when we try to critically analyze the different aspects of microfinance models. But the bottom-up approach cannot be denied at all when gender is taken into consideration. In a developing country, like, India, there are instances where women are still deprived and gender inequality is quite prominent. Moreover, evidences demonstrate that the microfinance models worked best for women and often targeted women. This paper provides a combination of narratives and secondary data. The paper also throws light on conceptualizing a worker's contribution in the area and the role of the implementing organizations at different stages. At the end, the paper proposes an informalized road map for the holistic development of the client to bring out sustainability in the microfinance delivery models in India.Â

WEAK COMPATIBILE AND RECIPROCALLY CONTINUOUS MAPS IN 2 NON-ARCHIMEDEAN MENGER PM-SPACE
In this paper, we introduce weak-compatible maps and reciprocally continuous maps in weak non-Archimedean PM-spaces and establish a common fixed point theorem for such maps. Our result generalizes several fixed point theorems in the sense that all maps involved in the theorem can be discontinuous even at the common fixed point

Prashna Upanishad gives the example of taking seat at same level about Guru and sishya both. Upanishad gives us the feeling of: every person is god in his own view are a collection of texts in the Vedic Sanskrit language which contain the earliest emergence of some of the central religious concepts of Hinduism, some of which are shared with Buddhism and Jainism. The Upanishads are considered by Hindus to contain revealed truths (Sruti) concerning the nature of ultimate reality (Brahman) and describing the character and form of human salvation (moksha).Actually it represents the education system of 700 sq.km of northern India. With the translation of the Upanishads in the early 19th century they also started to attract attention from a western audience. Schopenhauer was deeply impressed by the Upanishads and called it "the production of the highest human wisdom". The 19th century transcendentalists noted the influence of the Upanishads in western philosophy. This paper will highlight the upanishadic education and the nourishment of it in recent Indian Education especially on the light of Our Visva-Bharati.Â
Basic Concept of E-Commerce
Transacting or facilitating business on the Internet is called ecommerce. Ecommerce is short for "electronic commerce." Interestingly, I am credited with teaching ecommerce at the business school at the University of Texas at Austin, far before the term "ecommerce" was invented. So, I have had the opportunity to see the earliest versions of ecommerce in the late 80's and early 90's.Popular examples of ecommerce revolve around buying and selling online. But the ecommerce universe contains other types of activities as well. Any form of business transaction conducted electronically is ecommerce

Transition from Modernity to Post-modernity
The era of enlightenment is known as “mother of modernityâ€. It has promoted human rationality, scientific development, and human supremacy and paves the way for the decline of religious understanding of the society. The rise of human rationality, materialization of industry, invention of printing press and rising trend of democratic principle, emerging market economy and technological development are characterised as modernity. The idea of modernity is first stage of human era where human beings were treated as supreme authority of their spheres. With modernity, the concept of nation/state emerged which has the credit to organise the world, promote the rights of the individuals and pay its emphasis on the construction of the democratic society, participatory politics and free individuals. But modernity is criticised by scholars like Perry Anderson, who argue that modernity has actually created another layer and made society absolute. It has inserted empirical documentation and rejected the persons’ observation, including local reality. With these critiques, post-modernity emerged which has questioned the foundation of modernity. It advocated for ‘bottom to approach’ unlike modernity. The main objective of this paper to analysed the main tenets of modernity and discuss the actual principle of post-modernity. This analytical paper concludes with the major critics of post-modernity by taking the author’s understanding about modernity and post-modernity
